I am so very pleased with this storage facility. Customer service is a huge plus, Erin was so kind and extremely helpful to me over the phone, literally walking me through everything. The place is kept so clean, always well lit if I have a need to go at night I feel safe. Prices are comparable with other places which in my honest opinion aren't kept up like this one. Close to campus so it's definitely a plus for students. I have no problem at all giving 5 stars??????????

I called a week earlier than I should have for a reservation; they only take reservations a week out. The person said someone from their facility would call me in a week. I thought, yeah, sure. It'll never happen. I was flabbergasted to get a call back a week later. Wow! Erin called, walked me thru the process, and set me up with everything I needed. We rented a storage unit April - August and had the best experience with Stop Eagle Storage. From the moment we walked in, the service was great - the representative was nice, gave us all the information with needed, and helped us secure a unit for the summer. When I called to let them know we would be moving out in August, the person on the phone was super helpful and gave me all of the information I needed over the phone. Today I received a close-out statement via email The storage unit we had was clean when we arrived and the building felt safe and secure. I will definitely rent here again next summer!

I was in Stor Eagle on Thursday of this week and had a wonderful experience. The staff not only was patient when answering my questions over the phone, but also returned my calls promptly and professionally. When I arrived, the staff was eager to help and tried to make my move in go as smooth as possible. Being a college student in the area, it was so refreshing to have a customer service interaction in which the individual was kind and professional. Phenomenal customer service. We used this to store furniture between moves to new apartment. Close to campus and everything can be done on their app so super easy. Price seems comparable or cheaper than everything else in close proximity. Staff was helpful but honestly didn’t even need any help moving in or out.

Rates changed! I was quoted $64/ month 60 days ago fully disclosing we needed it only for the summer. I was told to call back 4/1, I did. The rate is now +$300/ mo. Ridiculous. Had I been told I would have just paid 2 extra months back in March when I called.

I've come back to edit my review. I initially chose this storage facility because I've used them once before a couple of years ago. However, my experience this time around has been awful! I've rented my current unit with them now for 8/mos. My current experience in comparison to my previous experience as well as other experiences leasing storage units is by far the worst! I'm currently on an active duty military assignment, however they refuse to apply my military discount without me physically being there to present my military ID/ orders. Again, I state, I'm on an active duty assignment, so I can not just up and go into their office! I've offered to fax and/or email any information they'd need and there has still been no effort to assist me with what is already a ridiculously high rate. There was also a sudden rate increase which I was not notified of, and when I called to inquire about the rate change, as well as if there was a notification sent out and when... I was provided a date, however, no said notification was to be found. I am very unsatisfied, and awaiting my assignment to end so I can go retrieve my belongings.

This place is open on days when it's competitors are sitting at home sipping ice lattes and not making money. The facilities are freaking perfect I mean literally it is super clean there's no dense or scratches anywhere these people really do care about the product that they give you and they give it to you at a very affordable price and when it is officially time for you to leave and become a homeowner instead of a storage unit owner they don't hold you accountable for six seven months of that rent as long as you do what they ask you to do you can walk before your next rent which is awesome and the staff are super knowledgeable about what they sell and completely completely professional and nice. Honestly after living in six different states my entire life I have to honestly say that these guys have the best customer service in terms of a place to put your stuff that I've ever seen and it's perfect but even that word doesn't really seem to sum it up it makes you feel wanted. Could not recommend more.

It's a nice place with reasonable prices....however the elevator was out of service while I had to move out. Having to carry furniture such as couches and beds up 2 flights of stairs is not ideal. Not sure if this is common but based on the timing I would not recommend.

Basically no loading dock and no parking for a 28ft long U-haul truck. If you have that much stuff to store all at once this is not the place to do it. The facility was nice otherwise.

This time around I needed a small one and looked around at prices... this place was comparable in price to others, plus I knew firsthand how nice, clean, safe, and accessible this one was from my experience last time. My husband and I could not be happier. The place was extremely clean and in wonderful condition. The manager was extremely helpful and took us throughout the facility and took the time to make sure we knew when the facility was opened and closed. I really love the our storage unit. Stor Eagle are very spacious, clean and most of all climate control! They are just Awesome! Today was Easter Sunday and we are moving and we ran out of space for the first 10x20 we had. So we got on the phone and call the cell number and we was granted another one 10x15 just what we needed through text. They was great! They really helped us out so much. I’ve used Stor-Eagle 2 summers in a row now, and I can’t say enough good things! The employees are always polite, helpful, and personable. Even when I was struggling to figure out what size unit etc was best for myself and the rest of my roommates, the manager was patient and talked me through all of my options to find what best suited my needs. I’ll be continuing to return here every year for as long as I’m in Auburn. My belongings are always in perfect shape when I pick them up, and the passcode protected entry allows for convenient access for people like me who pack at all sorts of weird hours while still making me feel my things are safe and secure. I have recommended Stor-Eagle to all of my friends and will be coming back!

I came across Stor-Eagle on Google when desperately looking for storage solutions in Auburn, AL on Saturday. I had shipped my car from California to APR LLC a few miles away to have some work done, and the driver was due to arrive on Sunday evening, with APR being closed. I frantically called Stor-Eagle's number and Benjamin answered. I explained my predicament, and he went over and above to assist me, a complete stranger. He drove 30 minutes from his home to the office on a Sunday afternoon, signed for my car and parked it under his camera. The following morning he personally drove it to APR and kept me updated every step of the way He didn't charge me a penny. Although I can't comment on the storage facilities here, I can say that Benjamin is a good, honest man, and that counts for a lot in my book. I wish Stor-Eagle all the success in the future!

Used for local storage while preparing to move out of town. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful!!! I was very happy with the low cost considering it was extremely new and clean. It was also very safe - my wife felt safe going there by herself. It was also very convenient being in the center of town. I used them to store my daughters dorm belongings over the summer break. Upon returning to school in August and removing the contents, my daughter accidentally failed to secure the unit properly. I received a call from facility management to notify me that the unit was not properly secured. Unfortunately, it took me a while to call them back but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Ben. He immediately knew who was calling why. He notified me that he had already taken care of the issue and that I would not be billed for the most recent month. I'm thrilled with everything about them. The fact that they take security so seriously is a definite positive in a storage facility. Additionally, their willingness to take care of the customer is refreshing. They could've easily charged me but the instead decided to take care of the customer. I will absolutely be returning the next couple of summers when I need to store my daughters belongings over the summer break. Great job Ben and team!!

First, a human answers the phone or calls back immediately. Second, reserving a unit was super fast and efficient. Third and amazing, our plans suddenly changed and we need to access our unit a week early and on a Sunday. They're closed Sundays, so the owner and his amazing assistant bent over backwards to email the lease and take my payment information over the phone. The lease/payment was nailed down after hours and neither one of them complained or gave me a rough time. The instructions are clear and we are beyond relieved to have this secured ahead of schedule. Best customer service ever.

I needed a place to store my daughter’s belongings for the summer. I found Stor-Eagle by chance. I’m very pleased with my experience with them. Their facility is spotless and climate controlled. The staff, Ben and Regan, are very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Importantly, their prices are reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anybody with storage needs, big or small.

Friendly staff, very easy to get the lease setup, completely hassel free. Multiple floor indoor storage with some floors offer climate control. Very clean and secure place, gotta use pin to access the main entry door as well as the elevators. Huge facility. Definitely recommend!

Great facility with great prices. They will work with you to find options within your budget, and bend over backwards to make it work for you. Personable staff that makes sure to speak to you every time the see you, and knows you by name! Highly recommend when looking for storage needs, whether they’re short or long term, Stor-Eagle is a great place to be.

I was referred to this place by a friend, and they did not disappoint. First off the facilities are amazing. World class! But the best part was the customer service offered at this establishment. Ben Miles was the person who helped me and he was amazing. Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about everything. The other associates I talked with were tremoundous as well. This is definitely where people need to look for their storage needs!

I purchachased a storage unit today and I had a very good experience. Benjamin was very helpful. I called to get more info before I came to get my unit and he was able to tell me all of my different options for everything that I needed to store and it made the process very quick and easy when I arrived. I highly recommend getting your storage units here I will definitely be coming back when I need another storage unit
