Cube Smart is fine however, the area directly behind it is very concerning. About a half a dozen trailers with frequent police presence and known drug activity according to employees at Cube Smart. Just be careful if you go there at night.

Just got a call from CS that I need to update my credit card that used for auto payment.I don’t know why she need to force to update it.My unit is 5/5 at first I only paid $65 and not they charge me $85 without any notifications. Yes we paid that much money then we can’t use their dumpster and bathroom.

The ladies at the office were professional yet very friendly. I would do business with them anytime. I will say I was upset that they had to go off premise to use bathroom room. The company they work for should do better to treat good employees better. No working bathroom at a facility is just wrong.

Rented completely online. Random system error and I was unable to immediately access the facility on my first attempt, which was after hours. I called the number and don't recall getting frustrated with support so it must have been quick! She was helpful and pleasant and provided a temporary code, and I was then called the next business day informing me the error was resolved. May inquire about an exchange on the lock, which was required with online purchase.

I believe I was not told the truth on several instances. One I already had the lock that I needed their exact lock that I had from a prior time. The lady at the cube smart center when I got there said I had to buy a new one. Also, I did not want the insurance but I had to have the insurance I was told so that was wasted money also. I also have pictures of some kind of droppings. I don’t know what if it was mice don’t know what, but it was droppings and gooey stuff all over the floor and it wasn’t from us because we did not have any liquids with us. Just furniture.

Well they don’t tell you is that it might be a 10x10…………by x8 , 10’ x 8’ across and 10 foot high. So basically you get a 10 x 8 because no is gonna go 10 foot high with boxes.. They don’t even show you the spaces first unless you request them. looking through the pictures I thought was OK, it’s not even a 10 x 15 you have to remember it’s 15 across by eight and 10 foot up that’s an open area with bars. Completely unsatisfied. As the contract states…I already paid the first month, refunds are not even allowed on the same day. I will be switching. I would rather have an outside unit with no climate control, then to be on the third floor with 8 feet of space I can’t even use! Super disappointing. Great people, but they lie on their sizes. Do your research. For over $100 a month. I can buy a shed. At my house.. for a better price.

I haven't filled my unit yet. I did not see an option to supply my own round storage unit lock. Do i receive ALL of the keys? This is not stated in the contract. I've been using storage units in various states and this is the first time that i have encountered this. UPDATE!! Changed from 1 star to 5! I received emails & a phone call about the above review. They explained that the online reservation process comes with a lock. I asked about a refund and they said yes and credited my account for the lock. We went into the office when we checked in and they have a sticker for your lock to show that the cube is "Officially" occupied. The manager showed us to the gate and took us to our cube. I am very impressed!

Ease in establishing the account, managing the account from out-of-state, and quick response to payments and closure. We contracted the unit prior to leaving the state to purchase another home. After an extended search due to the housing market, we returned to empty the unit and close the account. Units are clean, facility is well supervised and staff are efficient. Very pleased with our choice of facility.
