The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. Curtis gave me a call after I made a reservation and helped me with any questions I had. I arrived, introduced myself, and was shown to my unit. He pointed out the bathrooms on each floor, the carts, and how to get into the storage unit. After dropping off my stuff, I chatted with Curtis again and he told me I could pre-pay for the unit and lock in my current rate. I went ahead and locked in my rate for 6 months and I’m a happy customer!

I'm in the Madison area this week looking at apartments as I will be relocating here from Illinois in July. I decided to check out storage units as well and stopped into the office to see the facility and find out the unit prices. Curtis greeted me at the door, showed me several different sized units, and answered all my questions with a smile on his face. To say I was very impressed with Curtis and the facility is an understatement; I got to experience true southern hospitality at it's finest! I will definitely be back to rent a storage unit in July.
