So sad about this place, we rented a storage unit and the ceiling was in totally bad condition, we did not realize this until a storm occurred, all our stuff ended up wet and damaged because of rain and storm, they said to file a claim in our insurance which we did and haven’t had any answers yet, the lady in the office said we would not have to pay next month, my husband went there because they were charging next month and ask and the lady said manager said no, we have to pay completely the amount, this month free this lady offered, my husband did not ask for it but we thought it was fair and not even enough because we have a lot of damages since looks like they don’t pay attention to their units, they did not offer even move us to a different unit and the unit haven’t even been fix and it’s been two months!!!! Please do not rent at this place, looks like storage units are in bad condition and they don’t take care of it.

This location is a joke. I started off with a 10x20' unit paying a little over $100/mo. Before long, they increased it to ~$180 and I ended up paying $206/mo. They automatically adjust your prices up.. but don't expect them to adjust them back down. I called recently and mentioned that they have the same 10x20' unit listed on their site for $54.50/mo. I asked if they could adjust my rate down to that and I was told, no, that's just for new customers, not for customers that have been with us for as long as you have.. 3 years. Basically, the whole thing is a scam. They lure you in with a low price, and then drastically increase it because they're banking on the idea that people won't be willing to come pack up all their stuff and move it somewhere else, but I did. Also, this location hasn't had a working gate in a LONG time. Which means, especially if you have an inside unit, anyone can walk in, go to the inside and close the door and do.. whatever. We had stuff stolen but it's not worth the fight with them to try and get paid back for it, plus, you'd have to know everything that was stolen and we don't. So, with no working gate, don't expect your stuff to be secured at all.

Me and my husband have had storage here for 2 years now it wasn’t a good experience at first but this pass month or two had been amazing it’s always clean and I feel like are stuff is safe thanks to a young lady name Augustine she has amazing customer service experience. And she is what’s brightens up the place if it wasn’t for her being here I think I would’ve moved out. I hope I got her name right . I would recommend to my friends and family.

This place is not maintained and in HORRIBLE condition! The security gate is left open 24/7. Everything I had stored there was ruined due to severe roof leaks. I have photos of all of my belongings covered in mildew and mold. I also have pictures of the ceiling that is covered in mold and mildew from the leaking roof. They say I have no insurance, which I have proof of on my monthly receipts. All of my belongings are a complete loss and no one will try to help rectify the situation. Update: yesterday 6/29/2023 I sent all requested items to the email address provided by CubeSmart. I haven’t heard back from them. As soon as this gets taken care of, I will post an update to let you know how easy or difficult this situation was made and what hoops I have to jump through to get the insurance reimbursement I am entitled to due to their negligence of proper maintenance. Final update: 7/15/2023 I had to go to my receipts from previous storage payments and found the insurance company’s name and search for information due to CubeSmart not having any record of me having insurance. After a long process I have been approved for my maximum insurance coverage and am receiving the settlement. This is the worst storage facility I have ever seen and it was in great shape when I started storage there under a different storage company name a few years ago. Please be cautious if you store with them and check to see if they fixed their security cameras and gate because neither have worked for months!

Had an unexpected need for storage space a few month's ago. After doing some research and making several calls, we were blessed to come across Michelle and this great Extra Space Storage location. No matter the arena, Michelle has provided perhaps the best and most sincere customer service that I have ever received. She has gone over and beyond to assist us with our unit and maneuvering the facility. She very patiently explains all of the details of the agreement with us (as needed). She even offers bottled up water to us as a courtesy (very much comes in handy). Very clean and new feel to the location. Feel very comfortable and safe with my possessions at this place. Continuously increasing ones payment will lead to looking for another storage facility. Since Extra Space too over, there had been two increases already. I can find a cheaper storage elsewhere anytime, if this continues.

This is probably the best storage facility I've used and I've used many. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and professional. The store manager April rocks! Every unit and size you need.

I went in to check on a storage unit at the Nance Road location and have to say that the facility and the lady working there were very pleasant. The front desk area was very neat and clean. Karen (I think was her name) was very personable and explained the policies very clearly. She took me on a tour of the facility and I was impressed by how clean the storage units are. I will not think twice about renting from Extra Space when I get moved to the area.

My experience was great here. Renting for over 3 years from long distance. Whenever I was in danger of being late with payment, I could count on a courtesy call to avoid fees. Incredibly accommodating and pleasant to deal with staff. Highly recommended!! 5??

We rented a unit 8/16 at a rate of $76 for a 10x12...one of the lowest rates we've found. It took 3 months to get them to take the correct amount out of our account partially due to there being a different person in the office the first 4 times I went in. It was finally taken care of. As of 1/17, they raised our rent to $87. I called to find out why and they said they sent a letter letting us know of the increase. We never received a letter. Their reason for the increase is "because we were paying such a low rate compared to the average of storage units in the area". They don't tell you when you sign the paperwork that they'll raise your rent in a few months because you received a good rate. All that being said, the facility is very cleaned and well maintained.

Customer service has been great. Easy access and plenty of lighting if loading or unloading after dark. I would definelty recommend this location for your stoarage needs.
