If I could give a 0 star rating I honestly would. My father and I went and paid a bill. Upon paying it the lady at the front desk was told to place the account on auto pay, to which she said she had. We left not thinking anything about it. My father then received an email stating that we had until the 28th to pay the 450 that was overdue. We went to pay it this Saturday 2/22/25 and our unit was already sold.

I stored belongings here during my move back to Alabama from Florida, making several trips over a couple months. I had the unit for 5 months overall and it was always kept very secure. The facility is easy to get in and out of with a trailer, which is often something that's overlooked when people consider storage facilities. I was able to get my Silverado HD with 20 ft dovetail trailer into and out of the facility very easily. The staff is very friendly also, and ginger was always happy to help. They did recently install new roll up doors on all of the units which definitely updated the look, and also increase the functionality and security. I would definitely come back here in the future if I had a need for storage.

the ladies in the office in mobile are wonderful but this cute smart thing is it’s awful. They have went up twice in a year time from eighty dollars to ninety dollars in 2024. from ninety dollars to $150 now how does that makes sense for people who are on a base income. It’s ridiculous. I would not recommend cute smart for nobody. They’re awful awful. I say just awful. I cannot even rape them on the scale and I know it’s a lot of other people that feels the same. I’m just the one that speaks out. No, I did not just give you a one star because you don’t deserve no stars. This is the only way that I can post this if one star comes up. I don’t appreciate it.

It's ok but the lil debbie guys have food delivery there an the truck drivers unlock the gate an leave it wide open ..before the staff even get to work ..I don't understand it says no food to be stored there but the vendors use as a food distribution. Ot clearly says in every o essence contract not to to store food there ..but the lil debbie guys I guess the rules don't apply to them. there unwilling to obey the rules don't apply to them they have big trucks come in to unload food..they really need to do something about them an them leather gate wide open for ppl units to get broke into.the lil debbie guys need to go somewhere else..its a storage space not a food store

I done business with these people for 3 years just to have them threatened to auction my units off cause I was 10 days late due to hardships. Consumers beware they also charge you 2 late fees per month

Decent place for the price. However, there is a snack food vendor that seems to rent half of the facility and uses the facility not only as a storage place, but to distribute and sell snack foods to the public. Every single day, they have trucks they are blocking the entire aisle loading and unloading boxes of snacks into peoples vehicles, and today they had a larger drive-through which wrapped around the entire facility with hundreds of cars picking up and buying cases of snacks. When you try to get through, they tell you that you have to wait on them or they are rude when you asked them to move out of the way. Management seems to turn a blind eye to this.
