CubeSmart in Saraland, Alabama has a good office staff with resident manager for 24-hour available if needed. Both Melissa and Joe treated me with friendliness and respect. The prices are good for it's location, and insurance is included in monthly rent. Storage Units are in need of updating and driving lanes need better drainage and resurfacing. This team will make a big difference for it's customers.

So far so bad! The manager is flat out uncaring. Unsympathetic to us common folks that sometimes have issues. Was told multiple times * I just don't care". Don't believe the smile upfront it's clearly superficial and a different story later. Remember people sometimes you're the only person who can help your fellow man. A small concession could help another or UTTERLY encourage the downward feeling. Please never miss the opportunity to be kind and not just dump your situation or mood on them because it's convenient. Please pray for this lady.

I've had a storage unit here for over 3 years. The staff has always been quick to handle any issue I had. The units are very basic with no power or climate control, but are conveniently located and well secured with security living on-site 24/7.

This place is absolutely not the place to go !! I’m not even the type of person to leave a review no matter how bad the service was but this business is and absolute joke we called ahead and informed them of what type of unit we needed , they said they had it !! But when we got there ,it was and gone to lunch sign on the door so we waited like 20 minutes when the lady returned she started yelling and demanding that we get in our vehicles and all of the sorts but we’re all standing there confused on what did we do to make her so angry ?? Well long story short she ended up telling us that she don’t want our business and to leave the property???!! No one was ever rude to her that’s what’s crazy about it all and it’s sad and me and my family literally felt degraded as human beings!!

I was in real bind. Spartan storage gave me a great deal & helped me out when I was in a pickle . Elise was great & wished more people in customer service would take notes from her. The units was clean the price was outstanding. If you want excellent storage options check out Spartan storage!!!
