I paid for my stuff to be in a storage to be safe and my storage was broken into and robbed. I don’t know how because the lock was still on the door so I have no idea, but TVs were stolen pictures of my husband who passed away that I can never get back mementos from kids and grandkids all these things were stolen from me, and I trusted this place to keep my stuff safe.

The management team was awesome. They did everything they could to accommodate me within their limits. Polite, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. My own bad decisions ware the reason I left. I would rent there again if I could. They also have the best move in specials out there.

I've been using this facility for over 3 years. The place has changed ownership a couple of times. Was always a bit on the shady side, but the prices were good. I knew it wasn't very secure, no cameras, a night guard that gave everyone his gate code who wanted to stay the night there. But it worked for me because I have nothing worth stealing in my unit. Fast forward to a couple months ago. When Cube Smart took ownership everything changed really fast. Security cameras went up everywhere, the staff dose walk thurs several times a day and night. They have a security guard that does his job, no more people spending the night there. There was a problem with the phones at first but that has been fixed now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If they are not in the office they are usually out checking the facility, making sure it's clean and secure. I would even consider storing more valuable items there now. Please remember to treat people how you would like to be treated. It goes a long way when you like to have good service.

I called & spoke with a very nice young lady about the response to my review as asked. She seemed very sympathetic to the fact that this facility was HORRIBLE. She assured me she would escalate my call & someone would call me back shortly. That was 2 days after they responded to my negative review as if they actually cared. It has been 3 weeks now no return call. Oh & all those "businesses" in that strip mall all have 24 hour access to where your lockers are. Including every past disgruntled employees of theirs. The never change the access code to the facility. That was according to the police officer that spoke with the crooked people that worked there. This photo was all that was left of my unit after it was almost entirely cleaned out that they kept charging me for months & months after they knew it was robbed.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! This place is crooked & the management are criminals. I had my storage unit completely robbed of everything! They put a new lock on it, never told me, kept charging me storage fees & when I came months after it "supposedly" happened they said they attempted to contact me but couldn't. When I looked at my contact information on their computer it was all correct. I filed a police report & was informed that this facility & it's east facility counter part were both stolen from regularly. They didn't even refund the money the charged me after they knew it was empty! And only 1 camera works at the entire facility!

To start, the facilities are very secure and seems they are as much concerned about the use of their space (i.e must be registered and in good working order.) As far as customer service goes, John was not only personable, he demonstrated solid knowledge of both the market place and the concerns of RV owner's in regard to storage. Highly recommend! Oh, and the swag was cool; see dog with carefree swag.

Stay away from this place!!! Almost zero security too many ways to break into this place many entrances and no cameras on all entrances. Many homeless living there and hanging out. Place gets broken into often, some people multiple times. Do not store anything you don’t want stolen it’s just a matter of time. Few cameras so no way to track. Management group is remote if you have a problem good luck. Prices keep going up and poorly maintained….beware
