I was assisted by Tammy today and she was hands down the best employee at CubeSmart. Not only was she knowledgeable but she took the time to show me several different units on the property. The best part was she volunteered to give an exclusive tour by GOLF CART ( talk about above and beyond customer service)! She advised how to avoid price increases in the future so I paid 6 months in advance to secure my rate without any surprises. She gave meTHE FIRST MONTH FREE as well. She took her time and explained every question I had and how to avoid any problems with the owner! I initially didn’t want to rent here because word of mouth about the owner being MONEY HUNGRY and combative have spread at this particular CubeSmart. Tammy resolved all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Rent here if you can connect with Tammy ONLY! She is exceptional!!

The people in the front office were always friendly and helpful. There was a dolly available when I moved in but not when I moved out. If the dolly was from Cubesmart, I would just make sure it stays in the hallways all the time so people can use it regularly.

The 10' x 25' unit I rented was not properly maintained. Rain leaked through holes in the roof causing damage to the items I had stored inside. I had to take a day off of work on short notice to relocate everything to a new unit. I rented this unit to protect the items I had stored inside it. CubeSmart's failure to properly inspect and maintain the roof is inexcusable.

Not a bad place as far as storage goes. Very clean. But only can access til 7pm. Plus rent was expensive enough but just had a big increase. With the notice that they can increase as often as every six months. They give you a few months notice b4 increase. If renting for a few months they give good discount.

CubeSmart off of McQueen and Warner is the best service for storage in AZ. Manager and staff is awesome! As far as i can see, no bug issues either, which is a huge plus for me! I had this unit for YEARS then I started getting rent raises almost every few months. My rent started out at $95 and when I recently left it was up to $185. The storage was originally a different company and cube smart bought the property, when they did they cleaned up a bit and it was much easier to pay the bill but, I started getting rent raises without any notice and the last one was a few months ago again with absolutely no notice. I can't justify paying a company that never reached out after the transition to begin with.

This storage unit company has great prices, even after they changed ownership. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. With the changes there are now fees to pay your bill, unless you go in to pay in person which is one downside to the new ownership. However over all I am content with this storage unit. The only reason I rated this company 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the fees you have to pay now, as opposed to previous ownership having no fees.

Done business W these guys for years and paid their premium price every month on time. Sold my toy hauler on the 9th and they won't refund the rest of the month.
