Had excellent service from two locations today. At Cooper/Ray, Marc was very helpful in trying to find the right match for me, but I just missed the last 10x15 space that he had available. He referred me to the Arizona/Ray location, and Keith and Darryl had a space for me. Both locations were clean and very well kept, and the customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and just awesome. Thanks guys!

Worse customer service ever I have seen and initially offered me a very low payment then increase two times in a year almost more than a double rent payment increases which I never seen yet anywhere else. I am giving one star, but they deserve zero star.

The absolute WORST place to rent a storage unit. They don’t notify you, even though they say they do, about price increases. They say the increases are due to supply and demand, yet they have a lot of the same size units empty. I was tired of paying over $300 for a warm, dirty facility with rude staff and a horrible manager that lies to its tenants and speaks to them like they are stupid.

Today is 09/24/24. We came to pick up some stuff from the storage and one guy with gray hair opened our storage because it was on auction a couple months ago. We paid and today we needed to pick up something but the locker has no lock. He just left it open. When we tried to ask him how were we supposed to lock it again he just answered that he was already going to leave and so he did left. Letting us with no answers, with the open locker and no lock to put on when we leave.

I am in the process of leaving the facility at Extra Space Storage which is only 1 mile away, and I am moving all of my 9 storages to CubeSmart Self Storage. The reason for this decision is because of having to deal with a very unpleasant new manager who made my stay there as unpleasant as she could make it. So they lost my account to Cubic Smart. I find CubicSmart Self Storage to be newer, better, cleaner, and more reasonable, than the other. However, what determined my choice to move to there, was primarily because of the decency, the competency, the professionalism, and the kindness of the management team at CubicSmart. I am referring to Daryl and Mark. They are both truly amazing. I am ever so happy that I made that decision!

This place has Excellent customer service. Everything was explained and keys and lock purchase on site, as well as moving boxes. I am impressed with the cleanliness and this place also has a flat cart which helps reduce amount of trips from vehicle to unit.

It’s unfortunate that pricing at this establishment is not equitable with size of units. When questioned to the main office it was brushed off. This was not hearsay I was able to view an online bill from another client with a larger unit that had been in the complex in a shorter amount of time.

Very clean and overall safe. I've been there just under a year. Prices are inceased, but this appear to be the thing here in Arizona on everything. There's no cap on rent control, food, storages etc. You just have to pick ur battles.

Quick and easy, started the reservation online, but with no option to opt out of the paid insurance, I had to go in to provide proof of insurance. The place is neat, tidy and the manager on duty was very professional. Finished getting my unit in less than 10 minutes.

Today, I rented my third storage unit and I have to say that Darrell the manager goes above and beyond to help every customer have a pleasant experience. Deer lose, efficiencies dream lines your check in he’s always kind enough to remind you if your payment is due. Most importantly, he’s kind considerate, and he has a wonderful sense of humor. I do hope that Cubesmart self storage recognizes what a wonderful employee they have, and Darrell. I rented a 5x10' unit but turned out I needed more space. It was easy to reach the manager, reserve a larger unit, and get my content transferred. It's very clean and cool inside with carts to transport your belongings. First time using storage and I'll definitely use CubeSmart again!

Let’s start with the amount of respect that this location give you while renting… absolutely NONE. The guy at the front desk hung up on me after I asked him why would he keep my unit locked up after I payed the current balance. I called back to let him know that I will be in to speak to him about this situation. I came and the door is locked with a break sign that’s up for more than 30mins. Never have I ever experience such disrespect from cubesmart. Not to mention I’m paying almost 500$ a month for a storage unit. I will be recording my conversation with this employee so that I can report it to BBB.

We have a storage here for a month and a half now, and it's already been flooded out about 3 times and each time the manager is no help. He couldn't give us an answer on where we can move our items the first 2 times and so we just found an empty storage right across from us so we can get our things out of the water. And we went back again today and the new storage is flooded out again even though they told us they "sealed" the roof in our old storage, but water is flowing underneath into our new one. he said can't do anything because we are on the other side so there's no actual leak. But he still had no solution to our problem which is our stuff is currently sitting in water!! And when we put a claim in, we still don't get a fast enough response. By the time we do we have to redo the claim because it's another incident. I asked for sandbags or something to at least dry up the water/ keep it out, but nope! No help! He said he would have to call a district manager to get an answer on what to do but that will not happen till Monday. What a business...

When we started with Cube Smart it was called Storage West. The rate was super reasonable for the size unit we were renting. 10x25’ $179 We just received a notice in the mail that our rent would be going up to $289 from $228 at HUGE 21% increase! We will be moving our stuff out ASAP!!

My experiance has been great so far, the customer service has been fantastic, and I just felt comfortable with the staff. I am still moving my stuff into the facility and so far I have only had one time where there were no dollies available for use, which was annoying, but understandable as it was a Sunday afternoon and I think there are only 6 dollies in the whole building. I am happy so far. Still waiting to make sure my auto payments process correctly. I will update my review if anything changes.

I live on SSDI and pay the same time every month, they won't make my due days convenient for me. After a year of having my storage there, I pay as I normally do and 8 days after my due date. They cut the lock from my largest storage closest. Such terrible service, if I was in Arizona I would move my stuff. Even called corporate 3 times and never a call returned. I would totally stay away from this company overall.

The facility 1170 N Arizona Ave, was spotless! Everything was maintained extremely well and every time I went to visit my unit, the facility look like it was brand new. The staff who welcomed me as a new client when I first contracted, did a great job making sure, that I felt very comfortable and happy with my experience. Upon my exit, again, I was given all of the information needed, to make sure that my experience vacating the unit, was a very positive one. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who's looking for a place to store their belongings.

Very frustrated with the new employee that works here I had one simple paper I needed to sign so I could get my deposit back... but instead of quickly helping me so I could be on my way he helped another customer that took at least 45 minutes... This long wait made me late for my next appointment. I know this seems small but I felt I should at least make him aware so he won't inconvenience the next person

Darryl is the man! Darryl was polite and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need he listened to what I had to say and set me up with my storage unit as easy as 1 2 3. I got a great rate and one month free! No contracts, no surprises. Darryl took the time to show me each unit I was interested in. My unit was brand new- CLEAN! Gate access code to enter, high speed reconnaissance surveillance cameras, 12 ft walls places like fort Knox. Thanks Darryl you went beyond the call of duty. In the 2 years I have had my stuff here they have hiked up the storage rent several times. I now pay over $200 a month which is ridiculous and they nickel and dime you when you are late. I'm not talking chump change .... I mean they charge $25 here $40 there. Moving our stuff out as soon as humanly possible.

I was in need of a place to put some belongings and didn't have a lot of time. Luckily, a friend of mine told me of Storage West. The employee, Silvia, was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time and showed me the different sized units and explained the pricing. I was surprised how inexpensive the indoor units cost. And thanks to her recommendation, I chose one of the larger units. I'm glad she did. The unit is just big enough for all my stuff!

Now city of Chandler needs to take care of the vacant building and property to the south.
