Mike was fantastic and he was first person I met. Then the following week, we met Sonja and set up our reservation with her. She too was super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. We started our storage yesterday and finished our reservation. I love the convenience, the automatic doors when entering a storage building and the carts are readily available. I had been a loyal customer of Cube Smart, even before it became Cube Smart, for 5 years. I discovered I could receive a much better rate if I went in as a new customer, rather than getting a better rate as a loyal customer. Since Cube Smart took over the climate control unit temperature was not adequate and the maintenance was less than desirable. The hallways were always dusty, dead bugs and rodents at times. Would not recommend, look elsewhere!!

The facility is well maintained with the exception of a automatic door that needs to be repaired on my units building. The payment reminders and options are convenient. The previous staff before the buyout was fantastic. I have not dealt with anyone except Cody and Sandra briefly and both were true to they’re words.

My complaint iis the lack of carts. I went to 3 buildings to find one after 2 visits. Today is 108 degrees. I was not happy with this. Since this review….still no carts, there are bugs and dust in halls.

No one ever answers the phone and they want to charge to a convenience fee to pay your bill over the phone. I guess it's more of a convenience to pay in person because they won't charge you. Since CubeSmart took ove my bill has doubled and no one will take my payment unless I pay more. Please do not rent here!!!

Jeff and the team at Storage West are top notch! This was my 1st time renting a unit and it could not have been easier. It was also a tremendous value which include free use of the moving truck, 50% off my 1st 2 months, and 3 free boxes and tape. This was a perfect fit for our short term need (3 months) for my daughters 1 bedroom apartment goods, which fit into a 10x5 unit with ease. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

Looks like a nice place. We called and asked if someone was available at the office so we could come down and decide on which size unit we wanted to rent. Rosalinda said she would be there. When we showed up (within 30 minutes of the call), the office was locked. There was a sign that said “Manager in on the property, please call....” and had a phone number listed. Multiple calls to the number went unanswered and the voicemail mail stated the messages are not monitored nor will the calls be returned. Called the main number and they couldn’t locate her either. Went someplace else that was incredibly helpful and friendly.
