It's great location, it's clean and safe. But they raise the rent rapidly, so watch your bill. That is the only complaint.... I have to mention Marina, she was so nice and helpful getting into my unit. Over the top a sincerely a nice person, her nature is to help and cares a lot about anyone who crosses her path. Unforgettable person, I hopemanagement assures her of job security and good pay, she deserves a lot more than basic needs...a true winner and her soul is the best you could ask for!

Marina was awesome help today! I have been here for a few years now. Carts are always available and working, hallways are always clean. Went in today to get a bigger size unit and the transfer was seamless. I don’t mind the longer drive to come to this location, because it has always treated me well.

A super special thank you and ten stars to the female associate @ 4361 Cubesmart. I called and needed a storage facility that would accept a third party check to rent out a unit. She heard my distress called her manager and was able to obtain authorization on accepting the check. Although Salvation Army fell through with assisting with the storage I decided to still obtain a unit. The same associate assisted me the following day. I felt like we were friends for years. Thank you for giving me grace during one of the toughest times of my life. I will be forever grateful. I cannot remember her name but my transaction was done 08/06 at 11:02. Easy online registration and information about my unit was spot on. An agent called me immediately after registration and answered all my questions. She was pleasant and professional. The facility is very well organized and clean. Our storage unit was easy to access and storage hallways are wide enough to negotiate with larger items. Very clean space with great working access panels, flatbed carts, and storage doors. I would definitely recommend this place.

Price gouging So many other places are better priced. The staff is great but pricing is awful. Got out one day after billing. Won’t refund remainder of month. It’s storage not an apartment. Even so REALLY. They can rent it out immediately too. I have never had an experience with a storage unit like this.

I'm leaving a negative review because items were stolen out of my unit. Police were called but that doesn't solve anything in regards to missing items, just reports the incident. Lots of time wasted and many tools missing that I won't get. Office manager seemed to care upper management didn't. What a shame. Nothing was done to try to make things right on their end. Apparently this was the second break-in in two days so it’s hard for anyone to feel like their stuff is safe here.

I do not recommend CubeSmart for any storing needs. I will never use them again. My account was always paid before my due date since day one and I maintained it in good standing for over 18 months. They do not pro-rate upon your move-out even if you give them a 20-30 day notice. I was required to pay the new increased amount on Sept 20th even after giving a 25 day notice that I would be vacating the unit Sept 29th. Secondly, the indoor aisles are very narrow.

They ask for too much personal information when filling out paperwork. (My social, supervisor number, where I work, place of birth). All of this shouldn't be necessary. Also, the customer service wasn't great. Whenever I had a simple question, they told me to read the pamphlet instead. The only reason why I decided to go through, was the price. The gave me 35% off. But it's not because I was active duty, as they claimed. If you actually go online the price will be the same and 35% off. Anyway, maybe try another unit in Phoenix with better customer service.

I had a horrible experience, my items were stolen, the manager was nonchalant about my whole situation and did not care about what happened. I asked if I could speak with the owner she said no, I asked asked if she could help me take the correct steps to retrieve my stolen stuff she said no. Cassidy was the only pleasant person that spoke to me as a person . I personally think the manager needs demoted and guided on how to speak to people very sad but I highly don’t recommend this place. I usually never complain ever but my stuff was stole and they did not care at all. This was my first time using a storage unit and it was a bad experience. Hopefully they can hire a better manager to handle serious situations and care about what goes missing in her storage unit/facility.

We were recommended this facility by our realtor and I’m so glad we choose here! The service is top notch! The whole experience of renting here was so easy and smooth. We were able to secure a unit online while stated away a week before we moved. We paid a $50 start up free which included a $20 lock. When we got to the facility we used our passcode to get in the gate and building. The unit had a temporary lock on it that was unlocked with the passcode being provided to us in the email. Inside the unit was our new lock we purchased a welcome brochure and our storage locker information. The place is always clean and well lit inside. The AC works great and kept our items cool and safe. They have dollys you can use to help move boxes into the building. I felt very safe storing our items here and will absolutely be using them again if needed. Highly recommend!

The facility is decent with lights inside the exterior units. I moved in shortly after opening in 2020 and had no issues for the first year or so. I stored inventory for a business so was at the facility frequently. However in the last 6 months, repeated rate hikes came with no notification. Our rate went up over 30% in the 18 months we were there. As of late, the grounds could use some cleanup and the bathroom is never clean and frequently lacking toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. Our unit was near one of the interior entrances so that does become a bit annoying when moving trucks are frequently parked in front of your unit's door.

What really irritated me was they charged me for two months but couldn’t figure out why when I brought it up. They also didn’t refund the money for that second month. I changed storage companies this month due to the inconsistency.

Review update: I rented a unit for 3 months at this CubeSmart location. I originally rated 5 stars for the attentive customer service and clean facility. As someone who relocates frequently for work, I was happy to find a storage company that was clean and reliable. However, things drastically changed when billing got involved. I was billed October 14th for a brand new month, but moved out October 16th. Because of those two days, I was charged the entire monthly bill with no exceptions. Proration and refund are not available options with this company. When I called to inquire about my options regarding my payment, I felt belittled by James via phone on both occasions. Cher, the manager, has proven unreliable and unresponsive as she has ensured call backs with updates and has not followed through. Here is one example- I spoke to her last Monday, she told me she would follow up by Friday at the latest… I didn’t get a call so I called today (Wednesday the following week) and was told by James to “call next Tuesday”. Frankly, I’m disappointed in the customer service here. CubeSmart clearly puts policies over people. Companies that enforce such rigid and unforgiving policies like this are not customer friendly. I don’t think that CubeSmart chose to do the right thing here, and for that, I won’t be returning. I’m saddened by the situation and disappointed in the choices made on Cubesmart’s behalf.

Marlene initially help me to get the storage units that were close to the entrances. The day that I signed the contract Celina was there. She was very accommodating. She was friendly , courteous and professional. She make sure I took it advantage of whatever deals CubeSmart was offering.
