I have not personally spoken to Chrissy but she has left me a couple of welcoming voicemails and given me all the details I needed to move into our storage unit. The grounds are kept amazingly clean as well as the units in and outside are very well kept. Hands down one of the easiest processes I’ve ever dealt with and there’s an app for any other needs. Very bad experience with Christi, very rude, a liar and a cheater with prices and unit locations, I have been there calling her number , it was around 6 pm, texting her saying I am diabetic type 2 need my medications, but she had changed the Locke code, she was upstairs , i was able to see her, but she didnt come to help and open the unit lock, I been forced going to the hospital for emergency, very bad person.

The sign says to ask about the first month free. I definitely did not get the first month free and the discounted rate is the same amount as the normal rate because of all of the small fees tacked on afterwards. There was no free month or discount. This is very disappointing.

This place is very very clean the office lady she was so nice I think she's fairly new but she did a wonderful job it was super easy and fast she explained everything to me I was upset when I came in nothing to do with cube smart but I had a situation where I was staying at in the homeowner just gave me 20 minutes to get out and he was trying to keep my stuff I had to call my sister and brother-in-law to come and get my belongings and my furniture with their truck and trailer I was only able to store my stuff in my sister's garage for 24 hours I found CubeSmart I did a lot of it online and then I went in there and looked at my storage unit and all that good stuff and I was more than happy she knew I was upset she called me down explain to me how the process works everything would be okay and now my stuff is safe and sound and I abide by the rules I had to put my furniture in a storage unit cuz I will be staying at a hotel for about a month and a half I'm so grateful for CubeSmart and for the great people that they have I would refer anyone and everyone to keep smart easy process they take prepaid debit and credit cards and all the good stuff their prices are very very low and I even bought a lock that is normally $50 and I got it for $20 and that is the CubeSmart's price..IAM so great ful for them but the lady that took my sale she is one amazing lady and she is going to go far in the CubeSmart family thank you again keep smart you guys were really there when I needed you in an emergency...

Very Disappointed, we started here while it was Storage West, once Cubesmart took over, they more than doubled our prices...we were storing our boat here for $160 and small 4x5 unit for $25 (Storage West)...Cubesmart raised it systematically month after month until we left when it was $340/mo for our boat and $65 for our 4x5...my boat payment is less than that...bye bye Cubesmart!

This was an easy experience. Other storage companies never called even when we reserved a space. When we arrived, we were shown the space to make sure our needs were met. The non-climate controlled storage room is tiny and there is a fairly big space between the wall and the roof which allows a TON of dust in! Plus my rate increased 147% in the last 5 years so I went from $85 to paying $210/month for my stuff to be covered with dirt. The only positive was the easy entry in and exit out plus I felt very safe there even at night.

Location was always clean, never crowded and easy to access. Hand carts were available in the building and made loading/ unloading from car to unit much easier. I loved this place when it was Storage West. Friendly staff, easy to pay, and easy access. Now that it's Cube Smart, it's horrible. The rates have increased twice since they took over, and now they charge you to pay through the automated system. I tried to pay in the store and was told, " the system isn't working, you'll have to pay using the app or through the automated system." The app doesn't work, and I shouldn't have to pay extra to pay my damn bill! I'm already in the process of looking for another storage space, so I don't have to deal with this company anymore!

Poor communication, Tiffany the office staff very rude and seems to bully people and stand back and laugh, she seems to have issues. the 2 other girls were awesome.. Mike the district manager seemed to work along side with Tiffany, he bullied while she sat on the golf cart snickering, just a very uneasy uncomfortable situation. And Tiffany lives in the apartment, seems Everytime I was at my shed she would be staring at me through her window. It was broken when I first got my unit but was told they were in the process of fixing it. Its "fixed" yet there is only a 10° degree difference..

I rented a 5x10 storage unit for approximately 10 months. The staff are courteous and helpful. This would be a 5-star review but for the following: My "air conditioned" unit was at 100 degrees for a large portion of summer. It wasn't always this way; the swamp coolers were working effectively through the hottest parts of June/July and keeping things at 87 or cooler until suddenly they stopped working. This was quite obvious because the inside air became very dry, and sometimes it was hotter inside the unit than outside (especially in the morning). Staff not so politely reminded me there is no guaranteed temperature for my unit. I'm not sure what happened to the swamp coolers, maybe someone complained about the humidity or they broke and can't afford to repair. Another slight inconvenience was due to a malfunctioning motion sensor which required break dancing to activate. Lights turn off every 10 minutes or so in my alcove and more break dancing ensues. This was known by staff... these sensors are cheap and easy to replace.

Sooooo everytime I call to pay my bill I'm rudely assisted. . It's very upsetting that Ive experienced this at 2 different locations.
