I just found a dead rat in my storage cube. Who knows how long he was in there. I went to go tell the manager, but the manager was not in. They are very rarely ‘in’. If it’s during open hours, I’d say you have roughly a 1/10 chance of someone being there. At least in my experience. I’ve been with CubeSmart for roughly a year and I think they’ve raised their rates around 5 times in that period. But the quality of their service has remained the same. But hey, they have a gate and will hold your stuff. So if you don’t mind rats, management that is never there, and constantly increasing rates, this CubeSmart is the right place for you.

Rented a cubical online got a call back immediately about confirmation, we spent less than 20 minutes at the office. Service was absolutely amazing, the secretary was so lovely, nice, and speedy at her job too. My honest review on this would be 5/5 I was absolutely amazed at how good and fast the renting of the cubical was, would definitely rent another cubical with them!

The staff was very helpful answering my questions. Was not difficult a process to get started. The staff stated very well what is expected such as payment consequences and recommended an insurance be added on for coverage. Also mentioned pros and cons of the different locks which was helpful also. I like cube smart because it's very convenient. No stairs/elevators and fast and easy to sign up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS. I got behind on a payment and called to pay in full before any action was to happen and the rep I spoke to took all my payment info and advised me on next due date and that I was paid current and in full but they sold all of my belongings a week later. They record all calls and said they could pull the call and give me a call back and never did. I called 3 times to try and get anyone from management to talk to me about what happened and no one ever called me. I have turned all of the info to VA legal support as all of my military belongings, awards, records were in this unit. I hope and pray they can at least stop this from happening to someone else.

I put my stuff in storage to be kept safe while I was transitioning homes and looking for another place to live. I had a previous competitor storage for 9 year and when I cleaned that out I barely had any dust. No bugs, spiders, or rodents anywhere. I had my CubeSmart for 3 years and I was not happy with finding a dead rat and droppings while cleaning out my storage. I did not have anything ruined but definitely had my recliners chewed on. Shook everything out to make sure I wasn't carrying any passengers to my new home. I did send an email to the store prior to cleaning out my unit asking about a previous review I found about rats and had NO response back. While I may recommend CubeSmart again I would not recommend that exact location. To not even be notified of a rodent problem is unacceptable. If I knew I would have pulled my stuff out and found another location or competitor.

Since the new owners came in they are way strict on hours of operation, where before they would allow 24 hours passes, but not any more. They also took away any access to power that we had as renters, not trying to live in my unit but it would be nice to be able to see inside of it...

It's ok. For a fee they rent you an enclosed space to store your stuff. It was pricey to me, but the prices are very competitive with their market. Facility seems to be clean and secure. The staff that I interacted with was nice/professional. A couple fresh coats of paint would help the overall appearance. After a year of storage the dust and leaves that managed to get into my unit seemed a bit much and there were some signs of a rodent visitor. No bathroom available. If you have to be there for hours, be ready to hold it. Both my times on the site were long hours to load and unload the unit. I really needed to pee, but would have had to close everything up and drive the moving truck down the street to a gas station to relieve myself. NOT GOOD. Overall it was OK, we survived, our stored items mostly survived the heat, dust, and who knows what else. I would use them again, if needed. (but hopefully no need)

Not an easy location to get in and out of because of traffic on country club, and there are always people coming and going there. But the manager here is a sweet lady and will treat you fair. Worst storage facility ever. The lady who works the front desk and sounds like she smokes 5 packs a day is rude and belittles you. The manager Sandra was rude and pushy. Had she told me that i needed to have locks on my storage BEFORE i started putting my personal belongings inside the unit, i would have purchased much cheaper ones but ofcourse she conveniently had them there at 3X the price. And when i said i would go purchase some then return she said i couldnt leave the property. Talk about a trap. Never mentioned any of the additional fees included until it was time to pay either. Also, at the very end insisted i give her a 5 Star rating so she could get some kind of bonus... not very professional and obviously didnt earn it if she felt the need to mention it.

WOW!!! Sandra the manager at this location has the most amazing customer service I have ever encountered! The registration process was easy, the tutorial of the quirks of the storage unit door was so helpful, the small talk was great, and the reassurance that my stuff would be as safe as could be at her location was so calming. Sandra was absolutely wonderful! She thought out everything in order to make the experience as convenient and cost-efficent as possible, and she was as nice and hospitable as can be. We moved in with a 26 ft. moving truck and thought that a 10 × 20 and a 4 × 10 unit would be enough. When we realized that 2 - 10× 20's were needed, she came right out and opened up a space, blew it out for us and told us we could do the paperwork when we were done. And on top of that, it was very hot out, so she kept bringing us cold waters. And when we needed to reserve the small moving truck from the other facility, she helped us get it done. She went above and beyond what was expected. Thanks Sandra!

The only thing I find a bit off putting is the entrance/exit. What FANTASTIC SERVICE! I walked in not really knowing th esize of the unit that I would need. The Manager asked me a few questions, gave me an idea of waht was available at the location and then offered to take me around so I could see indoor storage versus outside storage options as well as just looking at a unit to see if th espace was appropriate. The most imporatant thing was TIME. I do not have a lot of it to spare and they DEFINITELY did not waste any. I was able to have my paperwork and payment for my unit processed in just over 30 minutes, and leaving VERY SATISFIED. THANKS!!

I was a walk in and met with one of the Managers ther named Juan Salcido he was very courteous and made my first experience with gettong a unit great! His customer service was superb! She was very knowledgeable to all the questions I asked. As this move is a fast and overwhelming for me, she did a great job of helping me out. From the time I walked in the door from the time I left my experience with Juan Salcido was excellent! He was friendly, informative, and my time there was very minimal. Arrived late on a Sunday and the staff member who assisted us was very pleasant and helpful. There were a few issues that were overcome, and those that needed additional handling were fixed the following day. Very happy with management following up and quickly resolving any issues or questions.

Beware! I was enticed with a low price and after a few months the price was raised! It may be a coincidence, but I moved my stuff in on February and the price was raised in June when the weather is hot and people are less likely to move their stuff out to a new storage facility in the heat. This was a very sneaky tactic, go somewhere else!

Chris and Jenn have been more than friendly and helpful since I moved into the Country Club location more than a year ago. Every time I walk in the office I am greeted with a smile and a warm hello. They make sure the property is well kept and always clean. They offer to assist with whatever changes I need to make to my storage needs and have become good friends over the past year. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to any of my friends and business associates. I would definitely say they WOW me with every visit.
