The location was clean, that's the first thing I noticed.All question were answered and we look forward to feeling our belongings will be safe while stored at cubesmart. Update... Here I sit a month and half later and am sorely disappointed with the unprofessional manners of cubesmart and the employees at that location. We have since left that location and moved to a Public Storage where we have a great relationship with the staff there. DO JOT USE CUBESMART. Pay nearly 1/3 for the same size at public storage.

She is absolutely phenomenal, very straightforward and her approach, no hidden agendas to be nice to you when you are renting. Come to find out they are constantly on your back about some minor ignorant detail of whatever. So just to recap, the new office manager property manager, this lady is amazing very straightforward very friendly. I highly recommend this location to whoever may need this information good morning. Again I hope this was helpful, God bless and stay true to yourself. The staff here is not very friendly, i have a service pet, and they denied me access, i had to leave my service pet in my car. Just so rude, this lady was not nice about it at all. If i could get this one back i would never rent here.

The door said they were at lunch and will return at 1:30. They did not return until almost 2 o’clock and I had to wait they were not very friendly and I’ve left my license there. I told me I would be right back to get it, I live less than five minutes away, when I went to get it, there was nobody there in the door was locked. So I had to go back yet again later and get my license.

The manager, Mo, was SO nice and helpful! He answered all of my questions and then some. Really made me feel at home here at Cubesmart! The facility is very clean and feels secure from the moment you walk in! I will absolutely be recommending that my friends rent a cube here with Mo! EDITING: I was VERY saddened to hear of Mo being let go! I don't know the circumstances, but the facility has started going downhill since he left. It's a MESS all the time and the homeless problem has started to increase again.

I came to this particular location in May, looking for a unit but didn't need it yet. Came back because everyone there seemed very nice and delt with my multiple reservations and flighty nature. The on site manager was very knowledgeable about the units they offer and assisted me in choosing one suitable for my storage needs. He explained all the details of the rental agreement and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The facility seemed well maintained and clean. Overall, it was as pleasant as renting a storage unit could possibly be.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The blonde nerdy guy with glasses that works there is childish. He literally took the cart away from my movers while they were loading it!. I am a senior and do not move as well as I used to. I couldn't believe he acted like this. There was nobody else there and there were 4 carts total he wouldn't even let us use 2 of them. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Inconsiderate personnel and outrageous prices for rented spaces, be sure to shop around, especially if you need climate control. I’m 75 years old , I had rented two 10x15 climate control spaces and during my move I had to hand carry objects from storage to the truck because even though I was there before 5 p.m. Moe refused to let me use a cart because he had already brought them inside the office (before 5 o’clock). Just had my last knee injection in June!!!

Constant rent increases. I didn’t always receive notice either though they claimed they sent out letters. I liked that it was a secure storage but I wouldn’t recommend them due to constantly raising the rent.

MO IS THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY MANAGER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN OVER 30 YEARS OF RENTING STORAGE UNITS! I have been in real estate for over 29 years and managed over 600 real estate agents and 3 offices here locally. We have rented storage units throughout the entire valley. I currently still have 7 storage units around the valley and by FAR Mo's customer service, work ethic and caring about his customers truly shows up every time my wife and I walk through the door. He is always kind, soft spoken and willing to help with a smile on face, never upset and always problem solving and cheerful. The only reason I am have moved out is that we are moving locations and consolidating farther South. Owners/Upper management, do not lose this manager, he is what you want in every one of your locations! Hopefully you are already aware of Mo's talent and compassion towards your company, If not I encourage you to visit and observe how Mo treats and cares for your customers. I have no idea how your company training structure is set up? If this was my company, Mo would be placed at a minimum of a local or regional custom service experience manager training every one of my employees who engages with my customers. I truly believe your return on investment would be through the roof. I typically do not write reviews, but with all of the laziness and just punch the clock attitudes I run across on a daily basis I could not let this young mans work ethic go unnoticed. When I first moved in, the place was clean, friendly, and climate controlled. Now there is a new manager there running everything, no carts are ever available they are either hiding or they are on the first floor locked behind the door so you can’t ever access them, half of the lights in the unit don’t work so it is very dark and the lights don’t stay on that long and if you need to use a light to see in your unit I was told to bring flashlight because you can’t use their outlets even though they are right there for you to use and the person previously there never said anything. The parking lot is full of trash there are homeless people hanging everywhere inside their units and outside. On top of that, the CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS well about 80 °, not cool at all. The first interaction I had with the current manager, he walked up to my car as soon as I pulled in and knocked on my window and gave me a big creepy smile and asked me why I was sitting in the parking lot I told him I had just finished driving and needed to finish some emails. I didn’t think much of it until a few weeks sweeter I was in my unit going through some things my unit is 10 feet deep and the light doesn’t stay on and it’s very dark and I couldn’t use the electricity so I hear the elevator come up to my floor and then I can hear somebody slowly walking towards my unit and I look out and he’s just standing there asking me what I’m doing. I was going through my belongings and he just came and tiptoed over to me that was very uncomfortable . I told him he made me uncomfortable the first time and I didn’t appreciate him creeping up on me because I heard him coming. I don’t know his name I’ve never felt comfortable talking to him and when I was moving out he gave me a big smile as though he had some kind of gratitude in making me uncomfortable I had to leave due to his demeanor.

I have to say that this was an easy process as far as getting and using the storage, however, I chose a location that was a pretty good distance from where I am staying in order to have our stuff be in a better area. Problem is there is no bathrooms at the place, and it has really become an issue. Next time I get a storage for whatever reason I will make sure they have restrooms.

If it wasn't for them raising rent every 6 months, I would still be using them for storage and giving them a 5 star rating because it was very clean, easy access, and most of the time the employees were customer friendly,

In a crunch this place works for my out of season clothes. Hate the fact that half the time the elevator, air, or doors don't work. And every few months they go up on the rent. It's tons of homeless and questionable people hanging around.

This storage facility is really nice and very clean. Seresa was amazing! She was very professional and thorough from the start. I did have a hiccup with a new contract but Seresa helped clear it all up. She was on top of it and made it alright. I can only say good things about this place and Seresa. We have an older home, so needless to say we lack storage space. We’ve been at CubeSmart for a few months and we have found it to be safe, clean, and most of all accessible. Customer service is exceptional and today we seamlessly upgraded to larger unit as Seresa answered all our questions and showed us various options to ensure we made the best selection. Check ‘em out and don’t be shy to ask what deals they have because who doesn’t like to save money.

Helpful and very nice units. Moving out was super simple, they can set the doors open for you and you just leave the storage unit open and empty to cancel your contract. Would definitely use again for external location temp controlled storage.

Little did I expect to be out of a place to live this Halloween.... Issues with the landlord and a house I was supposed to live in delayed me at least a month because how bad the previous renters treated the house and couldn't legally be rented to me in the current condition. Luckily Seresa was there to handle a huge problem of keeping my stuff in storage. She made the whole process pleasant, fast, and smooth which took a huge chunk of all my stresses away. She made sure the truck was also available to use which was perfect because I only had two days to get all my stuff out of my previous house. There was even a moment when she actually helped me get two beds through the door of the front entrance. Thats what I call A1 service and she deserves GM of Year!!! Very pleased overall and definitely always going with CubeSmart if I ever need a storage unit.

Rented a 10 x 10 storage today and was assisted by Seresa! She was very helpful with getting us into a storage, broke down all the rules and told us everything we needed to know about renting a space. Also make sure you are aware of the fees this is surprising to some people so just call and ask and they would be more than happy to let you know. Overall very clean facility great customer service and easy to access! Very satisfied ????????

I've had my CubeSmart storage unit for over one year now. The facility is very clean, the hours are convenient, and Amanda and May have been great to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and frequently monitor the facility to ensure everything is okay. I definitely would recommend this location - it's right on the boundary between good and maybe a little questionable areas, but I haven't had any issues.

The on site General Manager is great. She made sure the unit I reserved was ready, showed me the facility and did everything one could want from someone on site. This storage unit is interior only, not an outdoor drive up one so keep that in mind. The temperature is controlled which is great and the units are terrific. Thank you!

This is a great company, with a good business model. They do their best to make sure you get to keep your stuff, and are willing to work with you if you are late with a payment. The facility is clean and tidy. They have four wheel dollys available for your use, as well as other packaging/moving type materials for sale on site. They also have a fairly large sized elevator (could be bigger). The security is good, with thorough camera coverage, and keypad entry with each tenant having a unique code. They even call you with reminders if your late, and they give you a 6 or 7 day grace period, before assessing any late fees. Very happy with this location, and it's staff. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. If the elevator was a "freight" sized one (bigger), I would have given 5 stars.

My family has been storing here since 2011 and i have to say i do miss the old owners but CubeSmart seems to be doing something right! Definitely more professional (look and feel) since they took over and i can honestly say that the homeless problem we've had since i started storing here is somehow, completely none existent (main reasons we renewed our lease) ONLY reason i'm not giving a 5th star is because of the lack of cart variety, bring back the vertical carts for mattresses! Stacking 3+ full beds on that tiny black cart is darn near impossible!

DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY RAISED RENT ON "$25" UNIT TO OVER $90 AFTER 3 MONTHS!!! Fraudulent Bait & Switch. Never said anything about upcoming rent change when I checked in, then after 2 months I get a letter saying the rent for the 5 x 10 unit is going up to over $90!!! When I complained they said "You moved in with a promotional rate, we decided that's over now". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
