I want to say that the New manager has really made a difference the way she keeps the place nice and clean the way she makes sure everything is safe and in place and the way that she treats the clients that come through there she really makes a difference the other manager before her would harass me , she would follow me as soon as I came in because she smelled something in one of the units and she accused me of it in my unit I opened the unit for her and let her inspect my whole unit I have nothing to hide I only have a little small square unit but every time I will come in there she would follow me straight to my unit stalking me and I'm not the only one she has done it to other people too I don't even know why she still works there at another unit somewhere they need to keep an eye on her I told her she can expect my unit anytime I'll even leave her a key because that's how she made me feel and I'm paying for unit that I felt uncomfortable going to see the thing in my unit that I need to get out this new manager makes you complete different experience for me she knows what she's doing she's very thorough I really appreciate her the way she goes about her business and make sure everything is correct she makes a big difference in this store I give her five stars if I could get for 10 Stars I will get for 10 Stars

I don't know what the manager's name is, but she harasses you if you don't move at her desired pace, and accuses you of "loitering" if you're there longer than her suggested time limit of 10 - 15 minutes that "most people" spend at their unit. She told me she "just didn't see much going on". Twice she pulled up to my unit, and just stood there with her arms crossed. And I had to ask her "what's up ?" And she proceeded to scold me like a child. As much as I pay, I should be able to take a little time to figure out what I need to keep out, or what I'm gonna need to use without coming back too often. She's ridiculous and very rude.

Yesterday, I had booked a different storage unit down the street and when I got there the price was $156 just to get started then another $102 a month. I wasn’t going to do that. So I got on Google and came across Cube Smart. Edna made the entire process quick and painless. Now I’m on day 2 of renting but first impression is everything and Edna did an amazing job representing Cube Smart. They seem to have a lot of precautions with safety which made me feel better about having technically an outside unit. She went through all rules and policies up front. I felt comfortable leaving me stuff there and don’t feel stressed about stuff being safe. So Thank You Edna for your help and wonderful customer service. ????

Great price, horrible manager. This lady will haunt you if your not moving at her desired speed. She will pull up on her lil golf cart and harass and harass and harass you for any and every little thing. Whether it's taking too long for her liking or your door isn't TOTALLY pushed up all the way, or maybe your talking to your friends at the neighboring unit and she wants to come up and embarrass you by asking YOUR FRIENDS if this person is bothering you, there is no shame in her game. One of the most awful people I have ever had to deal with and I haven't even been at this place for 2 months. I've told 3 different people so far to avoid this particular location because of her. And to top it off, the main gate is usually broken and wide open during the weekends so far and ive personally witnessed a couple different street people walking in with no resistance. So if your a generally happy person and want to keep it that way, exhaust every other option before settling for this facility. It's just not worth it. Thank you

You get what you pay for I guess. These units are located in a pretty rough area of Phoenix, the storage unit is also in a low lying area and the units are all ground level. The management leaves alot to be desired. I prepaid my unit when they where storage west to prevent having to deal with their management. When I surrendered the unit early Cube Smart gave me grief about getting a refund. Which they actually did send me after much grumbling and drafting a letter the AZ AG. Would not go back. Extra Spaces is way better.

When CUBESMART took over STORAGE WEST, where I had stored my belongings for almost 2 years, different policies and Managers were inforced....I was temporarily locked out of my unit. This was a VERY BIG incoveinance due to the fact that I was planning on moving my storage unit contents. I did wait a couple of weeks for a response from a AREA MANAGER from CUBESMART to call me back, (it was during the holidays-which could be expected) but when I spoke to that AREA MANAGER he took the time to listen to my issue and quickly resolved it.

I would recommend Storage West to friends and family. The staff was awesome polite and helpful. They offer a moving truck at no extra cost. Which I thought was a big plus in making my choice. The facility is clean and easy to get to. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Storage West.

The manager is really picky, about small matters. Such as for homeless using the restroom to change clothes, her replied was "this isn't a change station.

Awesome staff, the manager is wonderful, and nice facilities. You can also pay rent online and schedule your move-out. I would recommend this place.
