After stressing about where I’m going to put all my things, I found the perfect place. It’s very quiet and the management is amazing. Not only of the prices worth it the property itself will taken care of and clean. There’s not a lot of traffic or Riff Raff inside. The manager of this place is completely unhinged and unprofessional, to say the very least. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he kicked me out, locked me out, and threatened to call the cops when he found me in my RV (which I didn’t realize I couldn’t be in and later realized was stupid and a mistake). I was trying to fix it up to sell and it needed a lot of work, which again, I later realized wasn’t permitted. But, it was a one time occurrence. I had only came in to check on it a couple times over the several months it was parked. Anyway, he started banging on my door and yelling as if I was a transient who wandered onto the property. He then told me to immediately get out with my RV (which was not starting at that time, btw). I had to walk out of there right away, and then he locked me out so I wouldn’t be able to get back in with my code. I spoke to him in a very calm, respectful manner while all of this was going on. He could have easily spoken to me like a human being, let me know the rules, and let me off with a warning. When I came back to get my RV, he was sitting in his office with his feet on the table. Same pompous attitude after I politely asked for an extension. I understand rules are rules and I unknowingly violated one, but there is no reason to treat a paying customer like they are a common criminal. This guy should not be in any position of management.

Their prices are outrageous. Almost $90/month for a 5x5 unit. $90 for a walk-in closet! You can go down a few blocks west on Bell & rent the same size for $10/month. It was better before it switched to Cube Storage. Best thing I did was move my stuff out of there. I should have done it when the switchover happened.

Everything seemed ok when my fiance and I rented out units. Sure the guy who was working was being nice because we gave him money that day. But give it some time before you leave a review like I am. When we went to sign up he tried to sell us a motorized scooter that he got out of a unit that was abandoned. Right there is against policy. Then he quoted my unit wrong it was actually 20 $ more than what he said. He apologized and told me I would get a credit on my second bill. He told us that we would be locked in the gate if we were there after hours and said if it happened a couple of times it would be ok cuz things happen. But don't make a habit it you could be evicted. Told us he was going to be living on site . Well one night I got there and lost track of time and noticed it was 10:02. So I threw everything in my car drove to the gate and got locked in. No one lives at the facility like I was told and I made a mistake but so did he but I didn't threaten him like he did me the next day when I got a phone call from him and told me that he will start the eviction if I do it ever Again. One time it happened what happened to a couple of times.then proceeded to tell me that I can't be on property longer than 2 hours a day. Every body knows it takes a long time to get everything situated. It's take a while couple of days. So I looked into the rules and regulations and didn't see anything about 2 hours it only said no loitering . I was only moving and packing my stuff in my unit. But apparently that is not ok there at the facility. I feel like I'm being more judgeed as a person than being respect ed as a customer. Also a tip that some people who work at the store won't tell you when you are getting information when moving In and paying for your unit that they won't tell you and is something that every customer should absolutely no. And also so what happened to me won't happen to you. Cuz being locked in somewhere other than jail is not cool at all when it comes to your free will. Don't call whatever number they have posted and don't leave a message just call the 1-800 number when you Google CubeSmart storage customer service the person will get your information ask you your unit number what location you're at and the last four digits of the card that you paid your bill with and if you give all the correct answers they'll give you a code to let you out I don't understand why the employees won't tell you this maybe they like to see people locked in somewhere because even when I left a message nobody even tried to help me or let me out I had to figure it out on my own. please remember that tip if it ever happens to you so you won't have to go through what I had to

I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Henry at cubesmart storage! I was diagnosed with a rare illness recently and unfortunately had to move back in with my parents due to all the increasing medical bills. After spending 2 dismal days trying to find storage that worked for my needs I decided that I would try one last time and I ended up being connected to a CubeSmart location very close to me. The monthly cost was slightly lower than most others with no contract so I took it. Due at signing the agreement the amount due was $100 more than what I reserved it for because "they weren't offering any move in special with my reservation according to the computer and they also charge a $29. Admin Fee and $12 for insurance. I was able to prove that the quote and reservation I submitted online said a much lesser amount to move so they said they would honor it, NEXT month but today I have to pay the amount it said on computer. On t he positive side, the office rep I worked with was very helpful, respectful, efficient and pleasant to talk to. So in the end, I'm now moving my stuff in and I have one less headache to deal with.

I was a customer for several years (most of it while this location was Storage West) and I had a good experience with both SW and Cube Smart customer service. I just moved my belongings out of storage and ended my account because the small unit I was renting doubled from the first year’s monthly rate. Storage costs are rising across state and company so I understand the rate will not stay the same, but I wasn’t willing to pay 60+/month for a small unit. If that is in your own budget then this Bell Cube Smart is an excellent location to choose.

I’ve had this storage unit over a year and when it was Storage West, I got my unit broken into and quite honestly, I believe the manager was in on it. I made a claim to replace what was stolen. Fast forward a couple months, they get bought out by CubeSmart. IMMEDIATELY they raised my rent almost $80 more a month. What a rip off! The “online price” looks good but can’t get it because I’m already a paying customer. I am currently looking for another storage company that doesn’t take advantage and raise rent when it wasn’t even warranted. This is NOT the Taj Majal of storages. It’s pretty ghetto and dirty. DO NOT rent from this company. They are crooks!

While the location is very convenient for us, there was times in the past that there was some sketchy people hanging around so it would be unsettling to walk threw to get out the gates. Ok so I've had a storage unit here for about a year (since it was Storage West, last manager was very kind and attentive-no complaints-just wanted to say that!) BUT the new manager Henry that they hired is seriously taking this place to a very competitive level of customer service and quality. I had a nightmare situation and He completely turned it around. I was moving and needed a second unit- called the customer service line and took advantage of a first months free deal and they emailed me the paperwork to sign. I loaded a uhaul full of stuff and when I arrived the front gate was broke and they weren't able to let anyone in. The manager Henry actually came in on his day off the next day to meet me at 3 to manually open the gate so I could unload my stuff- I missed the appointment due to work and he followed up and called me to check in (very good follow through). I then came the following day and the gate was fixed already-wonderful- it was taken care of so quickly! I went to the unit and opened it and it was full of someone else's left over stuff. I called the customer service line and they said ok no worries we will give you a different unit there, so they set me up with a different unit over the phone, I pull up to it and open it-ALSO full of someone else's left over stuff. Then I call customer service back they tell me they are going to call the manager. So Henry calls me himself, apologized, personally checked the next unit to make sure it was open and clean and empty and for my troubles waived the admin set up fee! So I got the first month free unit and no admin set up fee :) then I unload my stuff and I thought my lock was the right one but it wouldn't work so I went into the office to buy one and Henry gave me a free lock from the Storage West old locks and put a Cubesmart sticker on it as a courtesy. So I hade a 15x10ft unit completely free! I'm not done- I briefly mentioned that I was finally moving into my house and that I wasn't going to need the unit soon anymore after I'm done and rather than wait for me to reach out- the manager contacted me himself to check in on if I was finished with the unit AND told me to let me know if I needed anything. He was constantly helpful and took care of any issue that came up immediately. Also they are really making these units look nice-fresh paint ect... If your looking for place to store your things this particular location is exactly where you should go- your stuff will be safe- the manager Henry will be attentive and professional and take care of you and your things. VERY genuine. 10 out 10 guys. Seriously.

I have been with Storage West for 7 months now and they are good. We upgraded to a bigger unit and they made it pretty easy. The only complaint I have is the door is broke off the rails but I told Andrew about it and he fixed it. 4 stars just because the prices don't seem very competitive.
