We rented B218 and it was very easy to get paperwork done . Customer service Patrick was very efficient courteous and knowledgeable , explained all the things and the place is so clean . Love the layout of the place that has different entrance and the exit area is not so busy street . I was recommended by BBC Richelle to get temporary storage while we were in the process of selling and buying a house . We will always use CubeSmart! We’ve been to several storage companies over the years and always seem to get overcharged and have issues. Every time we come back to CubeSmart, we feel our things are safe, well taken care of, and we don’t have to worry about the price of our unit(s) doubling or tripling over time like a lot of the other storage companies around town. Staff has always been kind as well. We especially love Patrick at the Riggs Location who is always very helpful and prompt in his responses when they are needed. He went out of his way to make sure I have my access codes safe and in place should I forget- which I actually did and his effort saved me a lot of trouble. When my fiancé did not lock our unit correctly, he called to tell me so I could fix it. The list goes on really with the customer service he provides! Staff were very friendly as well - on move in they provided a small welcome bag with our lock and some additional information. Patrick is an amazing young man! We got there and there were two customers ahead of us. He came to the door and explained that due to covid-19, only one customer at a time was allowed inside. We watched his cheerful attitude dealing with his current customer as he very efficiently finished the task at hand. The customer left and Patrick disinfected all the areas where the prior people were standing and everything they touched! The customer just ahead of us was taken care of just as efficiently. Great Friendly Customer Service. If you have your own lock remember to bring it to the initial visit. You will need one when you go to secure your space, even if you do not plan on putting items in the unit at that exact moment. Otherwise, they will charge you for the lock or tell you your space is free for someone else to take. Storage insurance is also required every month, starting at $12.

We have been a customer here for about a year now and we have nothing negative to say; and that's saying a lot since most of my day is spent yelling about how incredibly incompetent people are and how most businesses are run. The location itself is great, clean and well kept. Wide outside aisles with interior units if that's what your into. You always see the staff out and about cleaning, checking and organizing. Every time our units were handed over to us you could not find a grain of sand on the floor. Clean and very nice front office staff. It didn't dawn on me to ask about carts, they have them but you have to get inside lower level. Also they don't have a pull in area to offload, we didn't realize how problematic the access was until 3 of us were there at once and you just park parallel to the building and hoof it even further. Great price, just pay for the savings in sweat equity. :)

Everyone here is amazing. I’m always greated with a smile, and easy going conversation. The facilities are all clean, and cool. I always feel good about having my things stored in this facility. I have been here for over a year and choose to come in and pay every month because the costumer service is exceptional, and more like catching up than a business transaction. Poindexter Moving sent out three, well trained, cordial and competent movers, with a truck that was obviously well maintained, and they arrived at the appointment time! The training these young men had was obvious. Not only did they work as a unified team, discussing the best option for safely transporting everything from valued art pieces to antiques, they remained polite and listened during our suggestions, described their reasons for the packing strategies they suggested, and maintained a happy, eager demeanor, even when the day grew warmer and the strain of heavy lifting had to be getting to them. The two Anthonys and Eriberto completed the very complex move and did an excellent job on budget. I absolutely add my recommendation to those given me that prompted me to choose Poindexter moving. They will be the first we will call for any moves in the future, and the first we will recommend to anyone who asks for recommendations for top professional moving.

Arrived 15 minutes past 6:00 pm. Patrick was in the office because he had come back to get his phone. He started up the computers and checked me in after hours when he did not have to. He was very professional and accommodating. I would not have had anywhere to go with my motor home for the night. I am from Duluth MN and do not know the area at all. My family & I had a wonderful experience! We were first greeted by an open door welcoming us to their facility, prices were the best in town & the facility was spotless. Upon moving in our things they were additionally able to meet out needs by the extra necessities like tape & new boxes that we were conveniently able to purchase in the office. We had a very pleasant experience finding a space to store our 40' motorhome. There is a young lady there (Ms. K. Jones) who was so helpful. She made very sure we were satisfied with our space and could maneuver into the space. If you want five star service, I would ask to talk with Ms. K Jones. The site is very modern and clean and in our opinion very secure. We had a great experience.

I have been storing my RV at this facility since they opened and the office staff has been amazing. They are very friendly and professional and do a great job of accommodating their customers needs. I needed to have an inspection of my RV done and they allowed me to move my RV into 2 spots for a day so I could open everything up so the technician had easy access my rig. They are very aware of what is going on with the property and take the security of their tenants property very serious. I would definitely recommend this establishment for any of your storage needs. Kristen, Patrick, Chad and Renee will take care of you and you will not be disappointed!

After procrastinating this move I went into CubeSmart to rent a storage unit. I was helped by a very nice gentleman named Chad. After doing a great job upselling me on a larger unit, which i needed. He answered all my questions but there was another amazing employee there name Kristen. She was Super Amazing...she found me a better option for my larger unit with the large door and got me 15% off. She even suggested i give Chad a review but she deserves a one as well. Shes a 10 all day. Great people...check them out!

The facility holding my entire household was about to be seized by the government...I had to act fast. The Riggs Road location was just down the street from where our new house is being built. The staff was incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to get the storage we needed quick with no fuss. I reserved my storage room online while I waited for cubesmart to open. It only took a few minutes and I had my storage and was ready to go. The staff was real nice and a 49ers fan so you can't beat that. The storage room itself was bigger than I expected and I thought a nice space. I would recommend cubesmart to anyone who needs a clean secure storage. By the way they have air conditioned units too so they have you covered if you need that. The only reason I am not giving five stars is I believe the price is just a touch on the high side and you can only access you storage from 6am until 10pm. Me personally cuz it's so hot I would rather be able to do things at night.

Went in there to rent a space as my wife and I are preparing to move. The ladies there Amber and Kristen were awesome. Explained everything, showed me the climate controlled facility, and my locker. Mentioned they had a truck I could use as a client for a simple administration fee for four hours. No need to look any further I rented right away.

I am not in Arizona yet but my husband is and he was very pleased about the service he received from Cubesmart. He and our son and some friends unpacked a upack van and moved our stuff into a storage unit. He was really pleased, specifically, with the accommodation for the upack trailer and how helpful and friendly the staff was. He said they seemed really genuine in their desire to help. He indicated the the facility was clean and easy to access (both pluses for me) and that he is glad that he went with a larger unit than we at first thought we would need. He indicated that the people there were very helpful in facilitating the change. I am sorry that I was not there when they unpacked but I will be there within a week and will be adding a few things to the storage unit. Thank you for helping my husband and making this easy for me since I was not there to help.

Moving is always a stressful event, but the folks at CubeSmart were 100% helpful and cooperative. Every question I had they were quick to answer; every request I made they took care of. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience. Kudos to Kristen, Chad, Renee and Amber. The place was clean and efficient. Carts were available for hauling things from the truck to the unit, and I feel like my goods will be safe. The climate control makes a difference, too.

I honestly wish I could rate them 10 stars! After a very trying day trying to move furniture I needed a storage facility fast as the movers were not going to get done in time. I submitted a request thru Sparefoot and not only did they get back to me but Amber went wayyy above and beyond to help me. This wasn't good customer service...this was AMAZING customer service! The story is entirely too long (and sad) to retell but I cannot say enough good things about her! The facility was very clean and I've already told several people if they need storage this is the place to go!

Customer service with the team at CubeSmart was great; they are helpful and extremely responsive to questions or concerns. I really appreciated the first month of rent free. Thanks so much! My only complaint was with an elevator that wasn't working well when we moved in. Our units are on the second floor, requiring the use of the elevator. Because it wasn't working well (extremely slow), it took my movers much longer to move our items. Not good when they are being paid by the hour.
