Changing my review! This company is a thief!!! I paid for the full month but moved my things out on the 6th they knew I had moved out and sent me an email noting I had. I expected a refund but nothing came in my mail. When I stopped at the office the fellow asked “ oh you wanted a refund?” Well yes! It’s my money and it should have automatically been refunded. He sent an email to corporate and I still have NOT received my refund. I’m a widow on a fixed income. I need the money back!!!

Thanks to Kyle I will be using cube smart for a while, great guy offered me the best deal he could although he couldn't match the better deals that were posted online. I don't understand why he can't offer the same deals they offer on the website. I recommend to always reserve your cube online before you go to the office, they will have better deals. After reserving online go to the office and Kyle or Tiffany will be able to assist with the rest of the process.

Overall, I was satisfied with our CubeSmart storage unit and the process was fairly simple and clear. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there was a hike in rate that I wasn't expecting so soon or that I had misplaced the communication. However, it was explained to me that it would not occur again for some time. I would still have liked to see a lower rate for a 5x5, but the location was convenient and facility is superb.

If money is no problem its a very secure and great place to store your gold bullion. We have been storing at this place since day 1 and they have taken EVERY chance to raise our rates. We now pay over 200% or close to it in 3 yrs. Hours of gate operation are limited and dumpster requests are always turned down. Even for simple cardboard.

We rented the unit for 5 months while we built our new home. I understand it is an outdoor unit, but our stuff was covered in mice poop. The only thing that was ruined was our couches. Customer service was always good, but having to get new couches was not what I expected.

Penske brought us a car carrier without a locking pin, and after spending 8 hours loading the truck and another 2 waiting for penske roadside service with two tired pets in the truck, Tom the Manager came to our rescue afterhours as he happened to be returning to drop off a trailer. He gave us a bolt and a lugnut, helped us set up the carrier and we were finally on the road. Thanks Tom! Facility itself is clean and secure. 10/10 Would rent a unit again.

Manager Tom was phenomenal and exhibited the utmost professionalism. He was expedient in accommodating my storage needs and always greeted me with a smile. A suggestion that I would make not for him per se, but for any team member who receives inquiries to rent with CubeSmart , is to be upfront on all the pricing involved. I was unaware of the $24 administrative signing fee and insurance premium that was due the day of choosing to rent a unit. Knowledge is key and it allows customers who are shopping smart, to weigh their options.

The exterior units are not sealed. When the wind picks up real hard it pushes dirt in the unit. They are infested with black widows and scorpions. I had a couple large units since this location has opened and it was a waste of money. I couldnt take half of my stuff when i moved out cuz of the black widows. Absolutely everything nightmares are made of!

This place is a NIGHTMARE. Dont use this location. Or u will regret it. It is absolutely INFESTED WITH BLACK WIDOWS. The site manager knows it. Her apartment has scorpions even.. And she lives on site. The INSURANCE they push doesnt cover ANYTHING. I literally lost most of my belongings.. And tiffany was 'so helpful' by brushing it off and pretending everything was going to be okay

I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I received from James at this location. He is incredibly helpful. I expected a pushy sales person looking to upsell me to unit and add-ons that I didn't need. This was not the case. James showed me the sizes I was interested in and helped me choose the right size for me. He also let me know about additional moving and packing supplies they have available without feeling like they were forced in me. A very professional yet laid back and non-stressful experience. I also want to give a shout-out to Sal, who I understand works at a different location. I received a call from Sal one evening, when he was filling in at the San Tan Valley location, to let me know that I had not properly locked my unit. Thanks to his observant eye, I was able to go secure my belongings. Thanks Sal! I strongly recommend CubeSmart in San Tan Valley!

I just have to say this place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and carrying especially James. I had an issue with my bill with making the payment due to i work in east mesa and they are in Santan Valley so I couldn't make it there by 6 so I called them up and spoke with James and he made it to where I could pay on time and without having any troubles. I needed a storage unit asap due to a move and they were on the ball I had one the very next day. They are AMAZING! I would defiantly recomended this place.

I had a frantic move situation and between Lisa and Tiffany they were outstanding helping me make changes I had two different storage units because the first one was inadequate based on my lack of knowledge. We have rented a 10 x 25 cube for 10 months all the Customer Service Reps were helpful and friendly. Any concerns were solved very quickly. On our last day, Tiffany and Lisa were helpful and professional. We would recommend CubeSmart to our family and friends. We would rent space again if needed in the future. Space was clean and free from any critters so important when storing household items.

I wish the facility would have made me sign an acknowledgment of their policies and rules for storage. If you want to see them, their not necessarily on the lease, you have to go online, which I didn't take the time to do when securing my space.

In today's world of nonexistent customer service and apathetic workers, Garrett Chriss was a very nice surprise. I stopped in months ago to inquire about units, and not only was he very engaging, helpful, informative, and friendly, but when I came back yesterday to do the same thing, he remembered me, my business and my storage needs, and was eager to show me around again, and get me setup. We need more people like Garrett!

I was under a lot of traumatizing changes and stress in my personal life end honestly CubeSmart has brought me the security that I need for the time being, and Brynn has brought me comfort and hospitality since the first day I walked into her office and at that point I didn't even know if I was going to rent one I still had a few more units to go check out, she happily gave me advice and a list of questions to ask the other units for my personal assurance.... low behold I couldn't have gone with a better storage facility. I've used other storage units in the past, one in Illinois and one in Pennsylvania but from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Brynn, I could tell she and CubeSmart are above and beyond the best in this industry! Brynn was courteous, professional and answered all our questions. She dId not rush us into but made sure we felt comfortable and even made suggestions on moving, packing and storing that we hadn't thought of. Coming from a cold climate to a hot one with different bugs she had us laughing as well! Kudos to a friends and knowledgeable employee!!
