The facility is clean and there are a lot of options. The manager, Amy, is wonderful and knows how to run the location well. She is friendly and is always on top of things. She makes time for everyone and takes care of their needs. The security gives me peace of mind. There are padlocks, cameras and code locks for extra protection. The downside is the access. The facility closes at 10pm and opens at 6am and also the fluctuating prices. Overall I would recommend this location.

I had to move into a new unit last minute and I arrived at the location 10 minutes before closing to just finalize the agreement and get access. The woman in the office when I arrived was so nice, so patient, and she assisted me fast. I felt horrible that I was "that customer" to make a store or person late to close. And this woman had plans for dinner with her parents and she was amazing despite the fact that I made her a few minutes late for her dinner. I greatly appreciate her and her hospitality. Amy, the manager, I spoke to a few days prior was also amazing, very nice, and she coordinated for me to have 2 units next to eachother for my stuff and the other for my mother in law. Her courtesy and willingness to find us something close to eachother. I appreciated her as well.

I had to store my household stuff for 5 months when moving from Nebraska to the Phoenix area...May - Sep. I really appreciated that it was temperature controlled. All my belongings were in fine shape when I opened the boxes, no damage, no bugs, no problem. When moving in there was an issue about replacing a light bulb so it wasn't so dark while moving. Don't know if that was corporate issue or local office. But all in all, I would use them again if necessary.

When I found out I was relocating short notice for my new position, I was a bit stressed. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get a home in such short notice and arriving on the weekend may make things difficult. However, because of the registration/purchase process for CubeSmart, I was able to easily establish a means to store my belongings and didn’t have to go through the hassle of waiting on anyone. When I arrived, the code I established online worked and I was able to get to my assigned storage unit easily. When I opened the storage door, the unit was clean and ready to move my stuff in. There was also a thank you note and a complimentary lock waiting. Amazing service. When I had questions or concerns, I received immediate, helpful responses to my emails.

The only thing I would recommend is that the contract information be changed back to be be completed at the CubeSmart Office location staff and not by the customer online. That is a normal face-to-face responsibility of the Cube Office staff and not the customer. Online in this case places an unnecessary bureaucratic imposition on the customer and lengthens in-processing process .

Over priced, expecially for basement units, can't say much for manager. Loading dock and restroom only open 4 hrs on Sundays. My unit had dirt all over floor upon move in and yet will charge you $50 if you don't sweep out when leave. My last year there they had 3 price increases in one year.

I love the facility - CLEAN & well maintained. The only complaint I have (and the reason it's 4 not 5 stars) is that if you need any assistance close to closing time, you'll get a lot of attitude about it. Their hours, apparently, are 9:30am to almost 6:00pm.

What great customer service! So very helpful. We ended up getting 3 storage until. The storage until were very clean! We love that they have auto pay. Their carts are so nice, very easy to move your stuff. I highly recommend the CubeSmart unit to store you things.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I came in a few weeks ago just to look at prices and met a lady who’s name I can’t remember and Rick. While the lady was a complete sweetheart, Rick made me very uncomfortable and is the reason I chose not to store at this facility. I’m not sure what his job was but u could tell he didn’t fit in at the store and he came off as a rude and deamening kind of person. I hope he doesn’t work at this facility as I couldn’t imagine dealing with someone like that on a daily basis. I truly feel bad for anyone who has to deal with him.

Staff is friendly and helpful, facility is clean and in a great location. It was the first weekend of the month so it was very busy and the moving trucks didn't adhere to the 30 minute limit. Ended up having to shuttle things from the other side of the building to the elevators. Otherwise a great place to store your things.

Office service was great. I moved from a large unit to a small one. There was no problem switching one to another. One thing I did found out there is no air conditioning going on in the storage area .This was around 3:30 on sunday evening. Not sure if it like that during the week?

I was very happy with this place when we went in to pay. They had a good first month deal the guy helping us was named Jared and he was really sweet answered all of our questions professional and helped us out a bunch. I definitely would recommend this place it's a little hidden but it's an indoor storage unit and they look very clean, very maintenanced, and I feel like our stuff is going to be super-safe.

The start of the visit was bad as the moving truck was in the shop and I was not notified to get a replacement. The young lady at the desk was most helpful after that bad start. We misjudged the space needed and were able to get another cube that worked. All in all a satisfactory experience.

Price was right but customer service not good. We were told it would be a first floor unit. Got there and was told 3rd floor. This makes a difference when you are paying movers an hourly rate. Also when checking in the girl started with us but right in the middle was helping others then came back to us. Took forever and the movers just sitting and waiting.

I've had storage units at Public Storage, Uhaul, and another local unit. I've closed everything except my Cube Storage unit. I got a larger unit there for less money than the other smaller ones elsewhere. And they keep it very clean and bugfree. I was ill for most of last year. They were very accommodating during that time. The employees at the location I use on Litchfield Rd are amazing!

I had a good experience using CubeSmart Self Storage on Litchfield Road in Surprise, AZ. My home furnishings were moved from Missouri to Arizona and placed into two climate controlled storage units. The general manager, Maria was very helpful and went out of her way to help us by phone and when we arrived in Arizona. She even put $2 of her own money into a registration payment which had been raised at the time of my payment. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing self storage for their home furnishings.

Great facility - easily accessible - clean and well kept. However, I ordered a 10'X20' unit for a 6 month + rental and received email confirmation of the 10'X20' unit. When I arrived to take possession of the unit I was told I had 2 - 10'X10' units and a 10'X20' unit would be extra. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Not a happy camper.

Eric at CubeSmart was very courteous and explained the rules to me in simple terms. He made sure that I saw my unit before committing to it. I needed to use the free moving truck and he was flexible enough to let me use it for extra time since there was no one else scheduled to use it that day. Good customer service is rare these days. I felt like my business was valued and that I wasn't just a bother--which is the way businesses seem to run these days. This was a refreshing change.
