Cube Smart is a very clean storage unit provider . I was on autopay for years and was never late and was rewarded with rate increases every year that I held the unit until , It was no longer affordable .The most recent rate increase came with no communication and my expense account was overdrawn . Jessica truly listened to my needs and what I wanted. Within 5 minutes, she provided me With what I needed. The previous agent had reserved a locker for me. When I arrived, he told me it was no longer available. I ended up with a 2nd floor unit vs. A first floor unit because there were not anymore units available on the first floor. Jessica look up my unit and immediately addressed the issue. She listened to my needs. And explained everything to me. I brought in my own lock. The agent from.the previous day said my lock was appropriate and would work. When I showed it to Jessica, she explained why it would not work. She is knowledgeable, listened to me, understood my needs, and provided me with a locker on the first floor. The agent I had on Monday, 1-8 needs to listen and learn more. Jessica made a bad situation into a very positive experience by providing for my needs. She is great!!!:

The rental process was smooth and easy. Jason was professional and knowledgable. He explained pricing thoroughly, and I appreciated that he did not use a high pressure sales pitch. The facility is clean and smells fresh…which is a nice change compared to the musty smell I’ve experienced at other facilities. And the prices can’t be beat. Highly recommended!

If you are there past closing or leave just before closing time they make sure to let you know about it & if your there 15 minutes past closing they warn you and say if it happens again we kick you out. That’s bad customer service if you ask me. Especially when people need to unload lots of items.

Great service. Jessica was wonderful and very helpful. Update: I got a second unit and an hour later did not need it, due to a situational change. Not only did they understand, they were extremely positive and willing to cancel the storage unit and reimburse me. Look if I need it again I will definitely give Cube Smart Surprise my business. The staff at the facility where very professional. Your policies for my need to downsize my storage unit left a very negative impression. You charged me for a lock that I already have and you charged me for insurance that I already have with my homeowners insurance that you have on file. It this how you treat long standing customers. Had I known this in advance I would have gone elsewhere. Nickel and diming regular customers is bad customer service and very petty.

I really appreciated how staff went out of their way to accommodate me when I moved across country. I needed a larger unit to store my belongings but didn't know when the movers were able to transport the contents of my house. Lakisha held this larger unit for me for at least 3 weeks until I found out the date I would need the storage unit. She also held the promotional rental price they were currently advertising even though she didn't know if it would be in effect at the time I needed the unit. Shouldn’t have extra fees when you sign up. When it says a certain price that’s what it should be period. A lock that can be reused should be the companies responsibility to figure out. Admin fee?? What for doing your job??? Insurance?? The company should carry insurance on what they are being PAID to store. Just another way to rip off people!! Amazing!!

I have for the last week tried to see the size of the unit I reserved and every time no one is in the office. I saw 2 girls smoking by the road on side of building but they just moved further away on one visit. I tried in the morning, noon, afternoon, and calling NOTHING. I ended up not getting the unit and better not have counted against me. Horrible store and if the girls on the side of the building did work there shame on you.
