I loved how easy it was to register online. Took my sister and I a few minutes and then we were able to access our storage unit same day. It was such an easy process. I got the 5x8 to store a lot of my son’s summer toys (water table, slides, bounce house, etc) and there’s still so much room for more. Very affordable too.

It was so easy to get in and out of the premises and there were large carts available to move items back and forth between the unit and my vehicle. The main lady who works there is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and she was so helpful. When I first entered the lot by myself using the app, I got to my unit and she made her way all the way over to me to show me the procedures for locking and unlocking my unit and all the other necessary information.

So far my experience with CubeSmart has been very pleasant. Quick easy steps to set up getting a storage unit online I appreciated. No hassling with chat bots or anyone. They took their time to reach out to me once I booked online, made themselves available to me, incredible and sincere kindness and hospitality. Let me know up front of possible price increase and when I might expect it. My last storage place, while also nice, didn’t do that and frustrated me when they went up 50% overnight. My vehicle stalled while I was there and Jerry was nice enough to give me a jump! The way they talk to people let’s me know they really care and can feel good about storing my things with them. This location is AWESOME. Every time I have been there there were other customers. Their unit paces go fast. I have a space that has 3 bedroom house of furniture and office furniture. We won't talk about my clothes. This is the best Storage business I have every done business with that I know my area is secure and safe. If you're going to be late to pay your monthly rent. Very friendly Staff! Very clean facility! I don't have a unit here but my friend Melissa does and she loves it! They are a tad pricey tho is my only complaint (if you can call it a complaint). The staff and cleanliness make it worth it tho. It's a husband wife owned location and they are great people! If they gave us a better deal on a different unit id take the pricey "complaint" out of this review. But again it's not really a complaint cuz we love them, it just might make Melissa and I move somewhere else if she can't afford it.

My family and I were moving over the span of 2 days. So to make it a bit easier we decided to rent a storage unit. I was EXTREMELY worried about doing so because I've heard stories of people having their stuff stolen. But Jerry and Jennifer made the whole thing way easier and helped calm my fears! They use the cylinder locks which is harder to get into, there is cameras over the entire property. It was a very pleasant experience! I would 1000% rent from them again! Highly recommended!

Very friendly personell. This location is kept very clean and free from trash or debris. They offer both air conditioned units and non air conditioned units as well as RV storage lots. Experience in and out was great overall. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a clean well kept storage facility.
