If I could rate 0, I would. I had set up to have an indoor storage for my car. It was to be ready the day I was leaving to go out of town for work. When I arrived no one was on site (after I'd been told I had to set everything up there). I called the number on the door...no one ever answered. I called their 800 number and was told I needed to do everything online. Sat and sid that. Then the gate code didn't work and it ended up that I needed to go to a location down the street Then the door wouldn't open and, again, no one on site for assistance. I ended up having to leave my car at a friend's house until it gets hauled to my new state in Dec. Such an awful experience.

Wasn’t very clean, sort of all seems a bit sketchy. Not sure how safe it really is by looking at the place. Could t fit a U-Haul down the roadway so that was a mess. Had to take it as we were sort of stuck at that point. It was nighttime and the cube smart was closed. They just leave your keys in the unit.

Please don’t ever rent storage from this place. I have had storage at other facilities for over 10 years and have never encountered the issues I had here. The staff is terrible. They just read from a corporate script. They scam you. They steal money. Do not go here, they are thieves and liars.

My unit was broken into & I was told that I would receive video footage... never received it. The security gate was broken for months & now you can enter the gate with any randon number. The manager assured me that there was security via cameras & a gate but neither of them obviously work. My rent was raised constantly ... and security is a joke.

I would give this place zero stars. 2nd time my unit was broken into. The 2nd time looks like people were in there doing drugs. My lock was not cut which makes me think who ever did it knows how to get into the units. You can’t never get a hold of anyone when you need them. They have a rat problem as well. This place is horrible. I have added pictures. Someone was living in my unit doing drugs.

I've had MULTIPLE instances in which DESPITE my account being in good financial standing, my entry code did NOT work. As a result my business equipment I store at the facility had to be stored on the street. You can LOGICALLY predict the outcome I had from that experience.

It was filthy dirty, we had to clean it before we could put anything in. We were told it was temperature controlled but there were no vents, no nothing. Movers were great but manager was very rude and not at all helpful. If I could give them a negative 5 I would.

There were a few obstacles after booking online. The lock was not found in the unit assigned and no staff was present to assist even though it was during business hours and the sign said “open”. Other than that, booking online was very easy and more convenient. I’m happy overall.

The gentleman in the office who had helped me upgrade my storage was very helpful, professional and made the process effortless! I came here all the way from Quartzsite to store my little camper trailer on my way up to Colorado. I ran into unexpected traffic and arrive about 7 minutes before they closed. When I pulled in, there was someone cleaning their car in the driveway, which I thought was odd, but I proceeded inside to find an empty office with a ringing phone. I said "Hello?" and looked around for a bit for a sign or a bell or some sign of life, but no one was around. So I looked back out to the person cleaning their car, but they kept on cleaning. And I wasn't sure what to do. Eventually, the person pokes their head up and says "Is this your vehicle?" And I say "Yes," and without another word spoken, she walks into the office with me. She then tells me it's too late to sign a lease because the process takes 10-15 minutes (and at that point, it was about 3 minutes til they closed). I explained my situation and said that I'd need to haul the trailer all the way to Colorado if I couldn't get it stored, and she said she couldn't stay any later. Mind you, I had a reservation, so all the paperwork should've been ready and waiting for a signature. I was severely inconvenienced, though I'll at least say that she was nice enough to let me pull in through the locked gate so that I could turn around (otherwise, I would've needed to back out onto a very busy road, with a trailer no less). I'll also say that the operator I spoke to on the phone (who was clearly not the same person at the office) was incredibly helpful and friendly. It's too bad the person in the office didn't also reflect this friendly professionalism. I wonder if her boss realizes she's getting paid to wash her car and ignore customers? Anyway, needless to say, I won't be back, and I would at least caution anyone else considering giving their business to this place that you will likely also be met with the same apathy.

I was dropping off a food delivery order and my GPS took me to this location instead of the building just south of them where the food was supposed to go. I asked the employee who quickly and expectantly greeted me if he was the customer's name I had. He said he was then took the food order. Ten minutes later I got a call from the actual customer and then I realized that my GPS took me to the wrong address and the employee here just stole the food by pretending to be my customer. That's pretty terrible thing for a person to do. Yes, I made a mistake but an honest person would say no, they weren't the customer and they didn't order food instead of just lying and saying it was theirs. It caused me all sorts of problems, my customer problems and the restaurant problems all because of this employee stealing food. I'd never do business with them if they employ people like that.

When I got back to Arizona I was not working right away, I might have gotten two months behind trying keep a place. He turn me down for the money I had to work with and I just needed till oct 1th, Have all money. I was a joke he said he will try mail my papers said his Mom work at the Postal Office, and his Dad at UPS Office . "Piss In My Face Told Me it's Raining" old saying he didn't do nothing. They wanted my storage, all I needed was my papers and pictures. it would be Nice to see Storage Company allow you get your personal papers. Sold was a joke to them.

I called and spoke with a woman at Trojan storage to reserve a unit to store my college daughters things for the summer. I told her i was flying in and would be there to sign the lease between 3-4:00 on a Saturday, which since they closed at 6 would be no problem. We got there at 2:30 and the sign said she would be back at 3:00. We returned at 3:30 and the sign said she would be back at 9:00 (which I assumed meant 9:00 am Monday morning when they reopened). I called twice and left messages both times, never received a call back. HORRIBLE customer service. This really put us in a bad situation since we were leaving Monday and live 1,000 miles away. We did get a unit at All State Storage, they were open, actually had someone working, were helpful and professional.

Would have gotten 5 stars if they would have let me open an account in MY name so it would be easier to move the contents of my roommate's unit out of the unit when his lease was up since we did NOT have a truck, or any vehicle for that matter, to take the bigger contents like furniture and big boxes. I was told that the lady in the office said it was something about "Conflict of Interest" or something like that.... Not quite sure why though. He's NOT a relative or Boyfriend, they did NOT know he was my roommate when they said 'No!', it would have been in MY NAME(which I have the physical copy of), and it was a whole NEW unit!! Maybe it had to do with their whole " 1st month free" special thing they have going on currently, I don't know. Other than that they were very helpful, quick to return calls and questions, kind, and organized. Or so it seemed anyways. I was not the one who rented the unit, I was just there for a few interactions between him and the employees and he told me some stuff as well.

Best customer service of any storage place I've ever used. Incredibly flexible and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Serese and she made sure to take care of me, even after the office was technically closed. The rates here are excellent and the quality of the units is excellent to. I recommend this business.

I am so glad I chose this CubeSmart facility to store my personal belongings. It is clean, secure and convenient and the staff has been great from the very start...especially Seresa, the GM, who has gone out of her way to be helpful. Just this week she helped me avoid any late fees with a reminder call to make my payment. After calling in a panic to say I was on my way but in traffic, she waited after hours for my arrival to accommodate my needs!?..Thank you Seresa!? I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Probably the 10th stprage I've had in my life. So far this has been the best experience of them all. They made everything stress free. There is a truck you can use to move in. Lowest price I've ever paid for storage. Place is secure, no worries about things going missing like other storages I've been to. Staff is friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. If you need storage is highly reccomend this spot.

I have never been so satisfied!! I was in need of a storage for only two weeks, so I was looking for storage places that offered some type of promotion for the first month. I inquired at CubeSmart and Public Storage since they both offered the $1 promotion for the first month. Originally I chose Public Storage in Mesa because their location was close to my new home; however, their service was terrible and their pricing was significantly different from what was quoted over the phone, so I went a different route. I talked to Paul, the manager, at CubeSmart and he was AWESOME!! Before I even went into the office, Paul was cable of breaking down my total price upfront and minimized my frustration with Public Storage. When I arrived we viewed different storage options that still qualified for the promotion, and I even saved money with their moving truck for an unbeatable price! I high recommend CubeSmart because of their outstanding service & great pricing!

Was bought out by someone from out of state changed hours from 24 non gated access 7 days a week to monday thru saturday 9am till 6pm . ridiculous i rented there for 3 years and never had a problem. Until now

Arranged to store a car here today. Was told to bring the car insurance, registration, and ID which I did. But when I arrived to do the paperwork I was also asked for a home owners policy covering it, something not previously mentioned. Could have brought it along if it had been specified. Couldn't get access to my home owners policy while there so eventually had to buy their policy to duplicate it. They said lots of people have to try to access their policies online to prove coverage while setting up a unit so clearly this is something that isn't being communicated to new customers at the proper time and is surprising them and costing them time and money. It needs fixing. So the end result was a sign-up process which took far far longer than it should and cost me more than agreed, which gives a terrible first impression.

I am highly satisfied with my storage purchase at this location. The service was friendly & the purchase process was done in less than 15 minutes. Paul was very friendly & helpful. The premises & units were clean. They just did roof renovations with an upgrade to a roof that will not leak when it rain which is obviously very important to protect your property in storage. The process was very easy & convenient. I searched many prices online & found their storage prices extremely affordable & competitive. From my search they were the most reasonably priced in the area.

Do yourself a favor, do NOT give these people your hard earned money. They don't deserve it. Their discounts and promos are a joke, the staff has the worst attitude, and they wont think twice before ripping you off. Avoid Cube Smart completely, but definitely this store. Living nightmare.

Phenomenal customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I walked in covered in sweat, and was greeted with a warm smile and a bottle of cold water. Paul did an amazing job to make my transition effortless and was also very informative with any questions I had. As for the storage units themselves, a 10x10 which is what I rented out, should be big enough to fit a one bedroom/living room. The storage units are made of concrete wall so even the none-climate controlled doesn't get too hot during the summer. I do recommend getting some DampRid and putting it in the storage unit just in case, for humidity control.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever worked with. Paul Dyre and Jenny were phenomenal with their service. Right after my reservation Jenny called to confirm and assist in anyway she could to make the moving process easier. We then went down and met Paul the week before and his service was also quite exceptional. He allowed us to bring our dog in the facility and we were able to review our unit before rental. He gave us bottled waters and was nothing but kind to us and helpful the entire time. Our move-in day was very simple and easy. And Paul allowed us to use their box truck which was also very helpful. Paul is definitely management material, and I hope his managers take notice of this review. Thank you for the great service you gave us, keep up the great work!

I was looking for a storage facility on a Sunday and went to one in Tempe. I got there around 3:03pm and found out they closed at 3pm. I decided to drive to a few other locations and found this CubeSmart. I pulled in and checked the hours, it closed at 3:00 also. Before I walked away, though, A woman came to the door and let me in. She helped me find a unit and rented it out to me well-past close. She did it all with a great attitude too. Thanks for sticking around Savannah!

Paul at CubeSmart bends over backward to make sure clients are happy. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my stuff in this storage facility, knowing how much Paul cares about his customers. He's easy to work with, flexible where other storage places are strict, helpful where other storage places made me feel like I was lucky to do business with THEM, and a genuinely friendly person who prides himself on customer service. The location itself is pretty standard.....good sized, clean units with lights. I'm so glad to have given CubeSmart my business. They made my move from Texas so easy!
