Beware of deceptive practice. After making my reservation for two weeks out my email confirmation said to complete online registration to avoid having to do it in person. I did this but what was not mentioned anywhere was this changed my move in date up by two weeks. I'm not even in the state to move anything into the unit and now being charged an extra month. Will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Company shows respect to their customers, prices are always comparable to State rates but they understand if you do your part they're okay with circumstances and that's something that I appreciate after losing my job and having to get out of there as soon as possible. Excellent experience. I would never recommend CubeSmart to anyone. When accessing my unit on several occasions, I found dead rats. Every 3 to 6 months they would increase the rates without offering any deals or discounts for long time loyal customers.

I did not want to use the online check in system and instead went into the facility to sign my paperwork. I did this only because I have never done this before. David was a delight to work with. OMG, They claim good customer service but that's a lie. I remember when they started to build their new building I thought I would like to compare it with other storage units I have in other places so I waited till it was built and went and asked about a certain sized unit. They said they weren't available so I want back a few months later and they were finally availabke. So I set up a reservation to get one and on the day to move in I called many times and no one would answer my call so I traveled far to personally go there and when I got there nobody was at the office and it said on a sign they would be back in one hour so I waited an hour and when they manager finally came he told me I could not go in the office without a mask.(I had forgotten to bring one) Keep in mind that mask mandates were already canceled on state and national levels and he would not do business with me. I asked it he could sell me one or provide me one and he said no. I would have to go all the way back home and get my own. So I told him, no thanks. Don't want your business.
