I've been a customer of CubeSmart for only a few months and so far there has been no change on the great customer service I've received when I've had an issue I couldn't get resolved online and needed the help of a human. I like the fact that the facilities where i rent units at have always been free of trash or the landscape neglected. I have not seen any evidence of people actually living in the storage units, and knowing that is reassuring to our feeling safe on the premises. The rates for the different sized units available at different are very reasonable, and if you start out w a discounted rate, it stays at such foe however long you keep the unit. The discount on the monthly rate don't expire after a month or two. I am very happy with this storage unit company's effort at promoting and maintaining a very positive image.

This place was a and s storage solutions for years. Just got a strange bill from cube smart. Without notice I have to deal with a new company and my monthly bill is higher. I was a customer of cube smart in the past, expect quarterly increases in rent! Lastly, Tony was the guy I dealt with in the past when it was an and s. Top notch guy, extremely helpful. He will be missed.

I experienced significant issues at the storage facility on 1st Street in Tempe. Despite complying with a request to move my vehicle, I filed a complaint against the manager for rudeness and inconsistency in enforcing parking rules. Subsequently, I was banned, allegedly due to perceived rudeness during a follow-up call seeking corporate contact information. This ban seems unjustified, and I believe my concerns were dismissed without proper consideration. I would appreciate a fair assessment of the situation and a reconsideration of the ban. In my review, I'd like to highlight my interaction with the corporate manager, Alicia, expressing that she was unhelpful and inclined to support her new manager, Richard. Unfortunately, she didn't believe my account of the situation. My overall experience with this manager was disheartening.

I rented a 5x5 storage unit last week from A&S and could not be happier with how it easy the process was. I called and spoke to Dominick about what I needed and he emailed the information to look at. Once deciding to rent we went over to A&S, Dom showed us the unit and spoke about the security features of the facility. We went back to the office and Dom handled the paperwork very quickly to set everything up. I would strongly recommend A&S!

I didn’t realize it was possible to be inept at managing a parking lot. But thank you Tony for proving it’s possible! My space ended up with a sink hole. No problem, these things happen. They had it filled and it sunk again. They moved me into a smaller spot, but kept charging me full price for the larger spot. Every time I would ask, Tony refused to give me a fix date. As a result, my bus was nicked because it stuck out. They refused any responsibility because I did not purchase their in-house insurance. I should’ve known not to store here when they tried to convince me to get their insurance because they’ve been having a lot of catalytic converter thefts lately. The final straw was when they changed my operational gate hours that I rely on for my business with no explanation. Store at your own risk !

Visited the place on Dec 30th. Was extremely clear that we have not confirmed that we need the unit yet or not, we agreed to confirm the lease on Jan 7th or 8th. I called on Jan 3rd to cancel as our plan or RV travel had changed and we need to store in Las Vegas instead of Phoenix. They first went ahead to charge the admin fee which they have not mentioned. I emailed them about I do not agree to the charge. If the problem have stopped there, I would not have put a review up. 2 days later, they went ahead and charge the monthly rent anyways. Terrible way of conducting business and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I left my new RV at A&S storage whilst I was away for 3 months. Reasons this spot was great: 1. Right next to the airport. Closer than some airport parking. 2. No issues with the RV, and everything worked fantastically on my return. 3. Shirley is very customer focused and even offered a ride on the golf buggy with my bags to get back to the RV. 4. Great pricing. For all the above, this was also one of the most reasonable spots I found cost wise. 5. 24 hour access can be arranged - you just get your own bespoke code to get in and out of the compound. This was super helpful with the 6am flight I had to catch. Thank you Shirley and team!

My brother used A&S Storage in Mesa AZ for a long time but passed away 2 weeks ago, and Shirley and Julie there have been extremely helpful and compassionate during this time. Until I can make it to AZ to go through his possessions, they helped me get a larger unit at a fair price over the phone, to consolidate everything from his smaller unit into the larger one that I needed for his apartment contents. They've been very responsive and willing to help out in any way, and it was great to hear how much time they spent visiting with him when he'd stop by to share a few stories (he was a talker). Looking forward to meeting them in 2-3 months.

Beware of their pricing estimates. I called specifically asking for the "total move-in cost". They kept quoting me the first month's cost and after some prodding I discovered there are additional administrative costs due at move-in. Additionally, they have a $19.95 coupon on their website that they state is "no longer valid" despite it having a 6/30 expiration date.

Be aware of security issues with this place. This month, my car got STOLEN from the "secure" RV parking lot and it took management 2 days to find out and notify me! They claim no responsibility at all for this incident.
