They entered my boyfriend's unit with no notice given then proceeded to terminate the lease on my unit due to an outlet extension my boyfriend had in his unit. Said they were terminating both leases because we are associated with each other. Not sure if any of that is even legal to do but doesn't seem like it would be.... On top of that the guy who lives on property was always doing weird things like stopping at my unit, not saying a word, staring at me then writing things down and then driving off.....but would only do things like that when I was alone, never did it when my boyfriend was there. Very uncomfortable to say the least.

Easily accessible; great access hours; the only bad thing was that there wasn't a lightbulb in the light socket. This unit was 3 5x10 units combined to create a 10x15 unit, with 3 doors. We didn't realize there wasn't a lightbulb until all of my furniture and boxes were in the unit and the light socket wasn't accessible.

Update: CubeSmart district manager reached out and was able to assist me regarding my concerns. Very quick follow-up so this company cares for their customers. Just unfortunately the economy is impacting both the consumers and the business, just happy we were able to come to an agreement. I would still like to see some kind of loyalty discount in the future for autopay customers for example. Hopefully, something to consider. Thank you again, Melanie. Every 6 months rates will increase while new customers get to lock in rates up to 25% off standard rates. There is no loyalty discounts for long term customers which is just weird to me. I plan to be looking elsewhere to take my service after 3 years.

Tucson, Arizona, the Prudence Road location- Extremely aggresive rent increases every six months. The percentage increases make no sense, other than greed. Had the unit for just a year and a half. Started at $366 a month and by the time I was out it was $446! Also strange that I could rent a larger unit at another close CubeSmart for far less, but would have to pay all the set up fees again along with moving. When I rented the unit there was an office at the location, then that soon was closed and I had to transact with the other nearby location. One renting the unit, a day after starting to move in it rained and I had water inside from the roof, a large crack in the wall and under one door. Fortunately nothing got wet at that time. I clauked the crack on the inside myself at my expense. I had put down pallet, so nothing was on the floor if there was further rain trouble. The roof was repaired in a short time, but the crack was fixed only on the outside by a complete amatuer, horrible job. After moving in everytime it rained I had water 4 feet in the unit as there was no sweep plate on one door. I asked about repairing this every month for over a year before it was fixed. I had some water damage to a bookshelf, but caught that and put blocks under it. The water problem with the door was constant and I was told repeatedly that it would be fixed and it took well over a year to do so- a $20 part and a few screws. Dust, spiders and insect damage were a problem there. Many valubale books damaged by insects. Insured, but just a hassle to get any recovery there. The staff was always very pleasant, but seemed to know they could do nothing. Overall a very bad experience and company. I have had many storages over the years and this was the worst, both in price and service. Take my advice and find another company for storage.

So I loved this place and was happy since my move in Oct. 2022. But now only 6 mos there and they raised my rent $20 a month. They said they review every 6 to 12 mos and decide to raise or not. That is quite quick n steep for an increase. I found it within my budget and descent location. I can't afford to move at this time but I most likely will as soon as possible. Just be aware of this. I think it's taking advantage of us and preying on low income that don't have a big house and land. I can only look forward to another 6 month review from them.. smh!

Fast and easy! Price is a bit high but they came through in a pinch! As with many storage facilities, this one had a cracked out couple parked in the middle of the drive, with everything thrown about, screaming at each other. During office hours... I was with my kid, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Another guy was taking furniture apart and wouldn't let me throw anything in the dumpster because I didn't know how to... Safe to say, go during the day, because if that's daytime behavior, I don't want to know what happens between 5 and 10

This facility doesn't have climate controlled storage units. Don't store anything that can't handle the local climate fluctuations and summer heat. Doors don't seal, dirt blows in to the point that a shovel is more helpful than a broom. Bring a tight fitting dust mask. There are plenty of other places in the area that are climate controlled at nearly the same price. Use this facility as a short-term last resort.

Edit: After writing this review I received a message from a manager. I was refunded a week or two later. I rented a unit in the town I'm moving to. A couple of days later I found out I didn't have enough money for a moving truck, and couldn't bring my stuff. I asked for a refund (I would have paid for the days I technically had the unit), but my unit was just canceled instead. I complained to customer service (the lady was very nice) and was escalated. I never received the call from the district manager that was supposed to happen in 24 to 48 hours. When I can afford to move, I will not use Cubesmart. They (Corporate) have no empathy.

I received very professional and swift service at Cube Smart, Tucson on Prudence Street. They loaned me their ten foot box truck to move my goods to the storage facility. There was no cost to me for the truck except gas of course. This is a great service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I travelled overseas and did not realize I was going to stay a lot longer than expected. The staff were highly communicative and was able to help me get my storage unit transferred over in my roomates name so my roomates can gain access and take over financial responsibility. Management was very diligent in securing the proper documentation from me for security purposes. I really appreciated the high level security protocol by this company. We have just completed a 3+ year relationship with this CubeSmart location. I have been beyond pleased with the experience we've had. What was supposed to be a 6 month rental turned into a much longer time frame. Throughout the rental we have had consistent good service. We never once had any issues with bugs, water damage or any other issues that can arise in a self-storage situation. The property is very well maintained and Cary Laviada is a GREAT general manager and GREAT guy. All of the employees we've encountered have been friendly, helpful and are a real asset to your company. Should we need any storage space again, we will definitely contact this location of CubeSmart first. Oh, and as far as having to buy their insurance, if you have homeowner's insurance, you can contact them and have them provide proof of insurance and you don't have to pay for the insurance offered by CubeSmart.

Decent sized units but they are overpriced, sometimes the staff will randomly not be in the office while still having the "open" sign on the window. and they wont be there for over half an hour. Convenience fee for using their website is what bothers me the most. They already get enough money but they want to be greedy and charge you for paying your bill. Give me a break, I won't recommend this to anyone until that stupid fee goes away

Did you wow me today? 100% wowed not only for a day, but day after day after day as we tried to work through finding a storage facility that would allow our moving trailer to stay over night, to the four days that it took for us to actually get it unloaded due to a manergee of unforeseen issues! Cary is amazing. He was so accommodating and helpful. Even in the heat of the Arizona sun, he was ALWAYS cheerful. down-to-earth, and helpful. He was a life-saver. My only fear is that if he is receiving many of these glowing reports, he won't be there long because he will be moved up the chain of command.
