Cubesmart on Prince Rd will always be my go to storage facility. I just recently emptied my unit after 3 years and it was slightly bitter sweet. I rented this storage unit to store my mom's stuff while I helped her move into town. We arrived about 30 minutes before the gates closed and despite our timing, the manager, Rick, went out of his way to help us pull up our U-haul through the gate. Unfortunately, the unit was small for our needs and we did not end up keeping it. However, the staff at this location was friendly and the units and facility were clean. I am still giving a 5 star rating because great customer service goes a long way! Thank you, Rick!

If I could give this review a title, it would be “I’ve Never Been So Filthy in My Life”. Let me explain. I rented a small, outdoor unit here in July 2022 for about $140/mo. I thought the price was outrageously high even then, but it ended up climbing to nearly $200/mo. I might have been somewhat tolerant of this for a while longer if when I visited my unit for the first time last week, it hadn’t looked like someone had attempted to build a sandbox inside. Everything in the unit was covered in dirt. If many of my things hadn’t already been wrapped in plastic from the moving process, they would have been ruined. My family has used outdoor storage before. We’ve had units we used for 10 years that didn’t have anywhere close to as much dirt inside. When I moved everything out, I got completely covered in sand, rocks, and the occasional piece of mouse feces. It was one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had. Clearly the units are so poorly insulated that all the dirt, rocks, twigs, etc. that blow by end up inside the units. The managers both seem like nice men, but the units are very poorly insulated and egregiously expensive. I would have been better off covering my items in plastic and keeping them in the back yard. If you’re completely desperate for a storage unit here, I would recommend physically inspecting how much space there is between the door and the wall, as well as if there are any other access points for critters in the unit they’re trying to give you.

Prince street storage unit in Tucson is outstanding! The team that works there is great - so helpful and always able to reach them via phone. The facility is clean, well lit, well cared for. We had a climate controlled unit and everything worked great and was very secure. The pricing was good and the staff was extremely helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would . DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! I stopped by to complete my rental and there was nobody in the office. While waiting I was warned by another tenant that their unit had been broken into and he was told by other tenants that this is a reoccurring problem that management keeps referring to their insurance company. I wouldn’t waste my time or trust this company to store or at the very least secure my valuable items. Reservation cancelled, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

After calling storage facilities all around town, I chose Cube Smart on Prince Road because of their excellent customer service! Alex listened to my needs and suggested the appropriate sized locker and informed me of their move-in incentives. Rick made sure the locker was clean and ready to move in by the time I got there. I have rented at other storage facilities and they are, by far, the best!

This place is terrible. Honestly TERRIBLE. Last month they gave us late fees on our unit which we then paid in full. After we paid they told us that we would just pay our normal rate on the 22nd of this month. We came back today (8/14) to find ANOTHER late payment lock on our unit, even though we paid all of our dues and fees. The front office said on it’s voicemail, its website and on the front door that it was open from 11-3pm today, so we left and came back at 11:30 and there was still no one there. This is bad customer service and the prices are WAY too high. We are moving our stuff out tomorrow because this is horrendous.

Prices seem high,no electricity or lights in my unit at $200.+ a month. Cust Serviceis advertised as "Ranked #1 for multiple years in a row." I've tried and failed to get phone number to office of the complex in which l rent. I've asked repeatedly for number and am given the national 800 number which is IMHO worthless. I regret making the choice to use Cubezmart for my storage needs.

Compared to other places I've used in the past (Public Storage), this place is old and very dusty. My unit was broken into because of the facility's inferior material and protective hardware not by my lock. This location is convenient for me and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Nick and Chris go above and beyond great customer service. To be commended! UNFORTUNATELY they have changed ownership. I'm MOVING my stuff out and to a different storage or to a private building. I have done business with them for almost 9 years. People are friendly and helpful, prices are decent. But was not happy to get yelled at because I had a small, friendly dog out of the car with me. Can't keep him in the car in AZ heat and I picked him up whenever anyone else was around. But WORSE than that. They had an electronic gate installed but the installation job is so bad that I can not get to the box to enter my code without breaking my mirror (mirror will get damaged even if its folded flat.) or getting out of my car. And going out of the facility.....I have to fold my morror flat, have my car in reverse, enter my code then BACK UP so the gate won't hit my car. And IF I'm lucky, I can manuver close enough to NOT have to get out of my car going out too. So basically getting in and out is a two man job OR I have to get out of my car to enter the code both going in and out. For going out that means: gear shift in neutral (manual 6 speed tranny) and hand break up. Get out, enter code, get back in, release hand break, shift into reverse, back up w/o stalling....kinda hard in a sports car while hurrying.....so the gate won't swing and hit the front of my car. Then remember to unfold my mirror so I can use it. Gate installation was terrible and they don't seem to be fixing it. Kinda sucks. Don't want to move my stuff, but might have to. :( Also, don't expect to get a moving truck or trailor in there. We have made several moves into the locker with a pick up 9ver time, but I'll probably want to bring a moving truck or truck and horse trailor to move everything out at once. But I don't see a way to get a truck and trailor in, much less out again because their property is small and compact. Not a HUGE deal IF you are just going to be in and out with a pick up or van, but anything bigger is going to be difficult. Not a fault of theirs, just a heads up to you. Its convrnient access for UofA students. Because of the nature of my moveing and storage needs and how they have changed, I didn't realize the driving space limitations until it was too late.

Very helpful, professional staff. Kirsta was able to get us a spot on a very tight schedule and that was even with me asking a ton of questions and reading through the entire contract word for word. She was also able to give a detailed example of what could fit into the space to ensure we were selecting the right sized unit. Would most certainly recommend if you're in the area and need a place to store.

I recently moved my belongings out of my CubeSmart storage unit after two years. Everything was as I left it. Michelle, the manager, was extremely helpful with my move-out. I had arranged for a U-Pack trailer to be delivered, and since I was coming in from out of town, I had a very short window in which to unpack my storage unit and pack the trailer. Michelle worked with me to find a place for the trailer to be parked and phoned me the day before to confirm all arrangements. The day of my move was unseasonably hot and Michelle made sure my moving partner and I were stocked with cold water. I recommend this storage facility highly.

The manager, Michelle, is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. She takes customer service to a new level. I've seen her twice and she even remembers my name, it's astounding. I'd happily recommend anyone to use this storage facility. They're not the cheapest operation in town, but their prices are fair and the customer service is, by far, the best I've ever had. You won't find a better place.

I had the BEST experience ALL the way through! Staff was awesome (Polite and Helpful.) I've moved a lot and I was stressed to have to move around the Holidays, but Cube Smart staff really made things easier by helping me find exactly what I needed at a price that I could afford. My experience was PLEASENT even to the end when I moved out. I would go back any time. They were Clean and kept a close watch on the property. I highly recommend this storage location.

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to store their belongings, give CubeSmart on Prince RD a visit. I had the best customer service from a woman named Michelle, which I really appreciate. I have been finding it hard to come by great customer service from a lot of businesses lately so it was a bit of fresh air. The office was very clean and so was the storage sge assigned to me. It was my first time needing a place to store my things so I wasn't sure how it worked, but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything I needed to store got great and I am very pleased with my visit. I cant leave out the awesome deals she had to offer on my move in... I usually spand more taking my family out to dinner lol... Anyhow thank you Michelle, and if your looking for a storage this is your place!

Andrea did a good job. I had to wait a really long time (around 1 hour) to get my cube, but I could see that Andrea was doing the best she could with the situation. It was a really busy Saturday. Other than the wait, it was a good experience!

I was called by customer service to get my info for storage room. I asked specifically if this one had free truck to use. The guy said yes. I went next day to pay etc and was told after I signed everything that that location didn't have a truck. So we had to call other locations to see if their truck was available 2 of 3 we called didn't answer the phone. One that did was miles from me. Only allowed up to 50 miles free. This location would have taken about 30 miles there and back. Anyway made reservations. But something changed and had move it back a day. And location I could use was booked so called different store they said was available. So booked it. I was told after I got there that it's $10 to use truck after says "free move in truck". So what the hell? It was so stressful. I can't wait get my stuff out there and never go back. Girl at one on prince was great but guy at grant and Oracle was a complete ass.
