I can't even begin to explain how amazing the people who work here are...John, Yvonne, & Melanie specifically. I had a total nightmare situation- I had (stupidly) left my empty unit unlocked, and someone filled it with their belongings and locked it up. And when I say "belongings" what I really mean is massive amounts of trash and drug paraphernalia. The employees easily could have thrown their hands up and basically told me that it was my problem to deal with... Instead Yvonne herself emptied out most of the stuff, they secured my unit for me, and didn't charge me any kind of late fees or anything. I'm almost sad to not need the unit anymore after realizing how amazing they are! I will be recommending this place to anyone that needs a storage unit!!

Dropped by today, having received a welcome call from Anna in regards to an upcoming reservation. Anna kindly let me view the unit to ensure it was the best size for my needs. She offered to go ahead and get me set up. Throughout the exchange she provided details about the facility and what to expect. She was thorough with all of the important information, and kind and engaging when I shared what was going on in my world. Would highly recommend. Not sure of the other attendant with her, but she was amazing as well. I feel very confident about the staff and chosing to keep my belongings there.

$84.oo a month is what is stated to be the monthly rent on a 5x10 unit, and this is what they charged for the FIRST 3 months. then over the next 6 months rent increased to where now it is almost $130.oo a month. all of the other units have a light fixture in them to provide tenants with enough light to move stuff in and out of their unit after the sun goes down. the one in our unit quit working over a year ago and no attempt has been made to fix it. they’ve never even shown an interest in pretending that it matters to them one way or another after multiple notices of the need for repair. so, unable to safely see what we’re doing in the cooler evening hours, we put up a shade umbrella to try and alleviate some of the over 110 degree sun, and was promptly told to take it down and threatened with eviction from the unit if it occurred again. this is how this business feels about their patrons and how they treat them. i recommend this place to everyone. then maybe some REAL reviews will be posted that accurately reflect the services provided and prompt corrective action. we plan to move to a different facility as soon as we can afford to, but who’s to say we will fair any better at the next place? similar review process: going to end up with similar results. better the devil you know… correct these issues, and i’ll change my review. until then, i’ll just sit over here and hold my breath. Many problems, some permanent, some frequently. 1) even when I autopay without problems, access thru the main gate is frequently denied. Expect extended time to find service over the phone to get help, or wait till next day to get assistance. Don't rely your business on getting your belongings while stored at cubesmart. 2) trapped about 10 mice. 3) pavement is deteriorated and since gate to my unit is worn, dust and debri gets inside unit. Place is filthy. Their advertise award winning service. I would guess they said that based on alternative facts.

I made reservations for unit and truck online and that was so seamless and easy. Went to the unit the next morning and was there before they opened. Rudy (the location manager) came out and greeted me before they opened ready to help! Seriously the most helpful situation in my circumstances. Super relatable and made the whole process so easy. What was going to be a difficult transition became so much easier with his assistance. Highly recommend the location and the people who run it.

Julio was AMAZING! Super helpful, informative accommodating the epitomeof GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He should get out of the storage rental business and start teaching classes on how to give excellent customer service. Unfortunately The facility itself is very small very hard to get around corners and the electrical is kind of wonky my lights in my unit doesn't work so it makes it difficult to see at night. Overall Julio's customer service five stars the facility itself 2.5

CubeSmart on 29th and Alvernon, very tight fit for trucks larger than 15 feet. I had difficulty getting around the corners in a 15 foot U-Haul truck. I had a 10 x 15 unit. Plenty of space inside for my needs, but it had regular sized doors. I was hoping for something with roll-up/slide up doors across the length of the unit, to make managing large furniture easier

Very easy and efficient to go through the application process. The unit itself was clean and ready for occupancy. Two issues though, first, I was given a price for the unit which seemed reasonable. So I checked other storage companies and turns out cubesmart had the best price until I was paying and there was an additional charge for insurance. Bummer! Also the evening after I completed the contract the pass code didn't work. Today however it did work.

If you reserve a unit off the internet says total price 78 dollars then when you get there the guy tells you that they didn't add some of the fees in. Says it's going to be 115 dollars and they try and make you buy a way over priced lock on top of that. Unbelievable

I paid three months in advance and they have tried charging me full price for each month at this location and I even got locked out of my unit last month I've only had a unit with them since June and I also asked for them to explain the individual charges and they never explained to me (not sure they even knew).?! Polite and she takes care if the human problems that can bring bad things to her site. Unruly ex's, and others not following policy. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!! SERIOUSLY, give her a raise.

Instead of taken it upon yourself and trying to walk in and starting taking pictures with out asking me... ya I'm going to get mad... but what really seems to be your problem we keep to ourself dont bother any of your customers we take awhile to leave because we do have things stacked on each other and don't exactly know where everything is at... we live on the south side of town ..but I Gary Sacks. work on this side of town.my girlfriend trys to help me the best way she can sometimes it's hard on her because she's sick has lupus and cant do very much... do you really think I like hanging here....if so your wrong not only only that where on bikes yesterday you asked me to leave I left with no chain on my bike.. no question asked... ok today i left got flats on my bike left my work tools in the unit and didn't put my lock on my door because you asked me to leave.you changed my gate code on me and wouldn't let me in my unit plus a 10 day eviction notice...telling me your calling the cop... that's so unprofessional of your staff to tell me I'm not going to be able to use any other cubesmart..what gives you that right.. we pay our rent on time but I work on my bikes here that I sell I work all day and came here to fix my bike and all of a sudden we were being harassed and was told a few days ago I'm only allowed to be here 30 mins at a time well sometimes it takes longer than 30 minutes to even move stuff around to find what I'm looking for I feel like were being singled out for whatever reason and just flat out being harrassed by the staff.. just because your new staff you can do that to us your wrong...you dont even know us . I do work been at my job for ten years probably longer than you been at your job here. I have recommended customers to CubeSmart and now after they read this more likely they're going to be leaving I will sit in front of your store protesting on the sidewalk what you done your customers here and you won't be able to stop me because it's going to be all legal so I will be leaving in 10 days because I don't want to be harassed by your staff. So don't say anything to me while I'm on your property and I won't say anything to you and at the end of this letter I will send you the pictures 2 you all you had to do is ask. compare your pictures to my pictures and you'll see that I did not change anything around to make it look like if I was living here. I will be sending the same exact letter to your corporate office and see what they think how they're going to respond

No one is ever in the office during store hours. I have stopped by 3 times now and left a message trying to get my key and start loading my unit that I had reserved, but I have yet to find any signs of life. Being on a tight schedule for moving, this has been incredibly inconvenient. Not happy with the "service" at this location at all.

I rent a storage at another facility and needed the moving truck to transport a few of my items. WARNING: Stay away from this storage facility. My daughter's storage unit was broken into, along with several others, on June 7, 2016, and the managers didn't bother to call her and let her know about it until AN ENTIRE WEEK after the break-in. A crowbar was evidently used to break the latch on the doors of the affected units. So what do these idiots do? They replace the latch with the exact same type of latch, apparently thinking that the NEXT time someone with a crowbar breaks in, there will somehow be a different outcome. Since she's out of state, she won't even know what was stolen until she returns to school at the UofA in August.

I'd give a zero but you cant. I bought a storage unit from them. Paid the fees for it and received a call 5 minutes afterwards asking if I could wait til over an hour to go get my stuff. Then 5 minutes later another lady called saying the unit was paid for in which it wasnt. Thanks for all the lies and wasted time and gas! This isn't the first time I've been lied to by cubesmart.
