I leased a 10x10 unit here for several years, to contain my parents stuff while they were in a care home, it was convenient and secure. Continuous rate increases forced me to down size my space repeatedly until l finally got fed up with the endless increases. IMHO: The cost of these units are excessive and the yearly increases are equally excessive. The staff was always nice and pleasant. I eventually felt priced out and relocated my folks stuff elsewhere to a far more affordable facility. My relationship with this establishment started out rather convenient and affordable but ended over the rates. This is not an establishment that l could recommend for any long term relationship.

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the storage unit I was given. I feel that it was falsely advertised and that I was lied to when I purchased the unit online. I wasn't aware that it wasn't a climate controlled unit even though that's what I asked for. Also for some stupid reason the unit has 2 small doors. I got a 10x10 unit because I have a big couch. I was very disappointed that it couldn't fit because of the small separate doors. This unit was far more expensive than the quality of it. My leather furniture won't last in a unit that's not climate controlled. I had to send my big couch with someone else to store it. I paid for someone to move my things and will have to pay again to have them moved into a proper storage. I sent an email and attempted to get someone from corporate but have not received a response.

I’ve always had a great experience CubeSmart; did a move to a different state using one of their relocubes a few years ago and was so happy to find out how much easier it was and more helpful they were than my prior experience with moving companies. Renting a storage unit at this location was an equally great experience. The whole process of renting was incredibly easy and hassle free: reserve online, go to location, sign contract, pay, done. Prices are extremely reasonable— actually the lowest priced unit I found in the area. They actually honor the deals they advertise and do not try to up charge you or add additional fees at the last minute although you can purchase locks if you need them (you do have to pay for insurance though, or have your own). The front desk person who helped me, Kim, was excellent— I showed up close to closing, she was only one there and my rental situation was a little bit complicated as I was renting for someone else to put their stuff who would need access too but she was still friendly, happy to help, and took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood. I was really happy that she was able to explain exactly what they could and couldn’t do with putting the rental in one of our names, how everything worked with the contract and who would be legally responsible for paying the bill and if it went unpaid what would happen. She got me all the right forms for the other person to have access and made sure to explain all the five print about the unit (I.e. where on property it was and that it did require climbing stairs) to make sure it would be okay for what I needed and made sure the gate codes and locks worked before I left so I wouldn’t have any problems. The property is clean and in a nice area, well lighted, would feel safe there at night if I had to get stuff out after dark. They also provide a cart to use to help you move your stuff which is really na godsend in the heat. Would recommend them and they’ll absolutely be the first place I go to next time I need storage.

Our storage unit had a water leak that damaged our furniture & their insurance is a joke. Also I selected a date on the website but then their contract changed it to today's date. There are also large potholes throughout the facility that will shake your uhaul around.

The facility and my cube were both really clean and well lit. I felt safe going into the facility and into my cube even after dark. My cube in a basement level kept my items at a good temperature throughout the hot summer months in Tucson. Staff was friendly and responsive through phone calls and emails. I will definitely use CubeSmart again for my storage needs.

Quick, easy getting started. Just like any storage place....the initial price is great until the extra fees are added on. Location I'm at is tight. I just used my SUV to take stuff and maneuvering around to my spot was quite the task. How the hell is a large moving truck gonna do it? Got me on that one. Unit is clean and doesn't smell. Access to unit is tight...speaking of doorway to the hallway where my unit is located. Not too confident a couch is coming through it. One thing that pisses me off is the price they charge for the locks...18 bucks ...really???? My unit has 2 doors ...ya

This property would get 0 stars from me if I could. I’m pretty sure only two people work here ever and one is the least helpful and cruelest person I’ve ever interacted with. The blonde manager Christine waited 24 hours after my deceased mothers guitars were stolen to even notify me, and when I went to the property I was told they not only knew who did it but had footage. The blonde manager Christine refused to give me any details, laughed at me for crying, literally threw insurance information at me and was rolling her eyes and using the nastiest tone. The companies insurance did nothing, and after I filed with the police the officers on the case told me that when they would come to get information the staff would duck around corners, hide, and pretend they were closed. CubeSmart offered me $0 of compensation and even raised the cost of my unit the next month. You could put your possessions on the side of the road and have a better and safer experience than CubeSmart. Aside from my personal problems the units get FILLED with packrats, spiders, and have walls that leak rain into the unit. The price goes up at least $15 every 6 months, so what you’re quoted isn’t accurate and can change at any time without notice. Please, I’m warning you, pick any other company.

They are awesome here. Just the best, really. I'll admit that I'm not the best renter, with times the way they are, I am usually around 5 days late on rent but they seem to understand - no excessive calls, no dreadful feelings of "Am I going to lose my belongings this time?" Besides that, my 5' x 15' fits a studio apartment pretty snug, just had to play a little Tetris. All in all, would highly recommend.

Grandson rented 5x10 inside building which is a nice security step .Unit clean, felt ally between buildings little narrow especially since there is a extended railing in ally and if u have anyone else park in ally really inconvenient to back out. Cube Smart makes you purchase "mandatory" insurance through them. Its in the small print. Those prices should be stated on the web sight. I felt there was a push to up-sell me the whole time. Would I like a bigger space, no I would like a smaller one. Sorry don't have it. I arrived with a computer printout of my reserved price per month. Then was told my new price was higher. they did honor the first price but I had to wait after a call to the home office. then when I was paying I noticed they higher priced offer had a 10% discount making my price even cheaper. Chistine the on-sight manager said she could not give me a cheaper price. Huh?? Maybe I was kinda tired. But I felt like they kinda suck. Let the buyer beware.

The staff is helpful and professional. The lighting etc is good. The only problem is that some of the storage units have wooden doors. This means that nobody is going to bother cutting your lock when they can simply force the wooden door of its hinges or otherwise force it open. No worries, the staff will call you as soon as they see that your unit was opened. They could easily improve the quality of those units. I don't know if this is different than the other cubesmart locations.

I was very disappointed during the move out process. I have used this location for many years. I only had one issue with a previous staff member being very rude, but he is no longer there. The issue I had at move out was they don't pro-rate your month. My billing cycle ran through the 11th of the month. I pay my bills in advance so when I paid the last month, it was no different. I moved out of the unit on the 17th of the month. Left the unit empty and clean. I was told that because I had already paid for that month, there would not be a credit back. This doesn't make sense to me since renters have a week grace period to pay. Essentially, I paid for one month of storage for only 6 days. If I hadn't paid my bill on time, I would have had until the 18th to move out without penalty. This isn't fair to those who pay on time. I will not use this location in the future if my needs changes. I will not pay this company one more penny.

Staff is very experienced, friendly and the storage units are very clean. Had to move into a new place and store some belongings for a month. The process was easy (ID, move in fee, insurance) and to move out (notice, take the lock off). Security is good as well (cameras, walk through). Would recommend for both short and long term use.

It was easy to make a reservation for the storage unit and the rental truck online. Once I got to the location on the day of my move the truck and the unit were both ready to go. The manager, Kristine, was extremely helpful both in giving me a tour of my unit and in helping me work the entrance gate. Kristine also allowed me to have the rental truck a bit longer that what my reservation stated. All in all I am happy I chose CubeSmart and this location. I feel safe with my belongings there and you can't beat the price!

I have been using this facility 5-6 months now. I was interested in it because they were significantly cheaper than nearby competitors. My unit is downstairs, so I had to carry everything downstairs for storage- so I figured it should be significantly cheaper with that additional hassle. They just raised my fee by about 10%. It is still cheaper than some competitors but not all of them. If it happens again it will be a no brainer to move to another cheaper facility that doesn't involve carrying my things up and down stairs. Not sure how frequent these rate changes are- something to be aware of.

This was a unique situation. I drove up ot the office on the day after reserving my locker, and saw a sign: "WE WILL BE BACK AT . . ." Just then, a complete stranger, a mother with a sizeable brood, asked me if I worked for CubeSmart. We talked, and I gave the office number on a notepad sheet. She wandered off, and just as I was about to leave, the manager arrived and opened up the office. I hollered out to the stranger, still on foot with her brood, and she ran back. I watched in fascination as the manager, an older woman named Christine (sp?), went to great lengths to help this customer and her kids re-gain access to their locker, as they were just barely able to pay off long overdue bills. Your people go the extra mile.

The people were very friendly. Just make sure to have all the information, like about insurance, before going in. If they do not tell you, make sure to ask about it.

my needs were simple and immediate, I was given best option available for what I was looking for, Kristine was friendly and professional customer service with a smile and heart, something refreshing for a change and hard to find anywhere now a days........... any how, small room short term, best deal possible, what more can a person want , ........... thank you Kristine

Great people, Kristine especially, to take care of you. Over nearly 2 years I had 3 different storage rooms and was always given what I needed.

I was completely charmed by Javiar's dazzling wit and good looks!!! At first I thought his methods were a bit unorthodox, but nothing brings spatial dimensions into perspective like being taught how to two-step inside a 10x10 storage unit!!! 5 Stars.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Every trip I've made to fill the unit I've seen the staff either helping a customer, cleaning, or checking the facility.
