This is hands down the best CubeSmart location in the greater Tucson area. The administration and front office is attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful if an issue comes up. Overall an OK experience. The condition of the units themselves and the security and condition of your goods (dry and protected) is excellent! Customer service can be better. Handing and dealing with unique circumstances is not something the general manager and managers here do well. If you ask for something that they are trained on - that goes well. Anything out of the ordinary - that's another issue. My situation is unique in that a person I did not know had my son's goods removed from his apartment and stored in a storage unit here under their name (not my sons) without my permission. My son died there in a motorcycle accident. I am his father and next of kin. I filed a police report for stolen property with Tucson PD. I wanted that person to turn the unit over to me. That could be done via paperwork at the CubeSmart location. Since I didn't trust that person do anything they told me via text I asked them to visit the CubeSmart to begin the paperwork. I wanted the store manager to call me while they were there completing the paperwork so I could reimburse them rent that they had already paid via Paypal. The manager WOULD NOT cooperate. Because of this I had to hire a lawyer to talk to the person that I couldn't trust for $400. The cubesmart manager could have just witnessed the person completing the paperwork for free- but NO. Every one lost here.

They are scammers.. Try to rack up charges. They knew I moved out of the unit and even asked me to leave them a review for service.. I did leave 5 stars but then a week later they tried to charge me and said my lock was still on there.. I said I thought I took the lock off but and would come down there to remove it but now they say I can't come on the premises until I pay them for a unit I moved out of.

Great service and attentive staff. Drove from Phoenix and was to arrive by closing time. Called in and explained and staff waited for us to arrive and get some stock out of storage.

Friendly mgr secure and clean facility. I edited my original review because though the staff is great, they raised my rates after a few months and it got to be the same price as an interior climate controlled unit at another facility. If you're storing things in Tucson, strongly consider climate controlled storage, as these CS units get very hot with the sun beating down on them all day.

First time experience with a storage facility and it was easy! Jennifer is very professional and prompt with communication and was a great help. Facility itself is very well kept, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Jennifer is a very nice person and went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable. The costs were a little higher than I expected, but she was very apologetic. It's a convenient distance for me and a very clean, tidy and well-run facility. Security is excellent; best I've ever seen.

We have just closed our storage at CubeSmart S Plumer Ave, after 6 years of excellent service. Can't fault the cleanliness, friendly staff and general all-round efficiency. Should also emphasize that I felt really safe when accessing the storage, even after dark. Now living in the UK, and missing that Tucson sunshine!

Jennifer has been great to work with while we have been moving in and out of multiple units at this location. Clean restrooms and water are always available. The staff continuously checks the property, offers assistance, and if there is an issue someone responds promptly.

I miss this location. I had to move across town and made the terrible mistake thinking all Cubesmart locations would be as good as this one. Service was fantastic very helpful, offered water when I would walk in, just a great place to go. I went to the Cubesmart on Oracle and Grant and it was a nightmare. See my other review. I would highly recommend these guys over any other Cubesmart in town. Avoid Grant and Oracle. They try to rip you off.

Cindy and all the employees of this location @ 201 S. Plumer Ave. are fantastic! Always helpful in every way and friendly every day, you'll always feel welcome and your belongings safe! They check the property on a routine basis to make sure everything is as it should be and should your storage needs change they're right there to accommodate you again... unlike other storage unit properties, at cube smart you are able to access your "cube" 365 days a year, Holidays INCLUDED! This is a very clean and immaculately kept property... I don't know if the rest of CubeSmart properties are... BUT I can say this: I have rented storage units all over the Southwest and this beats 'em all by far... maybe this sounds like I'm layin' it on a little thick... I'M WOWED! ... AND I think you will be too... everybody I see there is wearin" a smile...I think that says something... just my thoughts. Check it out, just might be your thoughts too....WOW!

Very cheap, friendly and accommodating to students. I stored my stuff here over the summer since I live out-of-state. My payment was due August 15 but since I was coming back on the 21st for school, they only made me pay for those 6 days, not the entire bill. They really help students out.
