Overall, the place is good. I knocked off a star because of my storage unit to open it where you put the lock at it sticks and it’s hard to open but other than that I’ve used CubeSmart before and it’s been nothing but good company for me..

Great location, safe and convenient, but really poor customer service. I can't say anything about price because in the end if you decide to pay that much of a price for a storage unit, it's your choice. The story is I accidentally forgot a mirror inside the unit, and after spending almost $5,000 dollars for almost 8 months of storage service, they still want to charge me another $100 to "clean" the unit, I told the guy, if they could just got rid of it, but NO they still want me to submit a abandonment form and charge me the "cleaning" fee which I find ridiculous after spending so much money. I hope management do something, that is no way to treat customers...

The manager Mylana is so friendly helpful. She takes her time to really listen and get you I to the right sized unit for your needs. The property is always so clean. On many occasions I've seen Mylana patrolling the property so I feel safe my unit will not be broken into. I highly recommend renting a storage space here. You won't be disappointed.

Great facility with great prices. The manager Mylana is super. She is friendly and knows her stuff making it so easy to have all your questions answered and finding the right size unit to rent. She also keeps the property very well maintained. Things always work super and property is very clean. This CubeSmart is right off the frontage road making it great for easy access. I do highly recommend renting from this location for any and all of your storage needs. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Mylana and CubeSmart for helping me with my storage needs. The only problem I have is that they raised my rent $40 from one month to the next. I feel it is robbery and am currently looking for another storage company. UPDATE: Mylana is no longer at this location and the people running it aren't very friendly, that is when on extremely rare occasions you actually do see them. This place has gotten dirty and now it has a feeling like they just don't care at all. Can't wait to get out of the place!!!!!

This place is a dump. Anything stored will likely be coated with layers of dirt. There are access problems making it difficult access the facility and at times your space. There is no access to the dumpsters as they are locked. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

We had a complicated move with a storage unit and need for trailer parking. Charlie was incredibly helpful to us throughout the process. She was thorough and honest and very knowledgeable. She even stood on the back of my truck with my wife to help us disengage the trailer - now that’s service. We will definitely use cube smart again and recommend to friends.

Storage unit is fine. Staff is excellent. Prices are fair. One star because insurance scam and low balling. At the very last minute they will tell you insurance is required. Since it is now probably to late to check your insurance policy to see if it covers off site storage and print off your policy declaration page they will sell you insurance. You will get $1.75 worth of coverage for for $12. $10 is their fee to collect the payment for the insurance they forced you to buy. Quite simply that is fraud and illegal. There is currently a class action law suit against them for this now. Bring in your home owners or renters insurance declaration.

Rented a storage unit here last month. Dave told me I had to purchase the cube smart property insurance plan for my unit. Let me be 100% clear that he didn’t say I needed to have my items insured, but that I needed to buy their overpriced insurance policy. After a long awkward silence I asked him are you sure that I have to buy your companies policy. Without pause he said yes. I then told him I have my own homeowners policy which covers these items. After a lengthy conversation about what my policy covers compared to theirs he relented. Though he still insisted I provide a copy of the declarations page of my policy. Next came the lock for the unit. Again I was told I am required to buy their $17 lock. I needed a lock anyway so for convenience I overpaid 4 times the value to buy the official cube smart lock. A quick glance at the locks on other units it was clear there is no requirement to buy their lock. I understand companies have sales goals and I’m sure Dave is incentivized to meet those goals- no problem with that at all. Just don’t appreciate being lied to.

I never leave reviews but I had such a terrible and frustrating experience with this establishment that I wanted to share with other people who are considering storing their belongings here. First off, I'd like to say that YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SECURE! I rented a small unit from May-October. When I returned to gather my belongings and move out of my unit, I noticed my bike had been stolen. I was dumbfounded given that the lock was still on the door. I told the manager, Chris Trujillo, about this. We took a walk to the unit itself to discover that the shared wall connecting my unit and my neighbor's unit had been ripped off the bolts, allowing easy access from the neighboring unit to mine. It appeared the person renting the unit next to mine entered my unit and dragged my bicycle through the flimsy partition. He could have easily taken much more, but I don't really own anything of value except for the bike. Chris, the manager, assured me that there were surveillance cameras constantly filming these units, and that he had access to all the footage. He also informed me that the person in the unit next to mine had already been caught stealing from other units and was currently in jail. Not only this but the suspected thief had at one point been hired to paint the facility (I can't verify this information, as I was never given the name of the person). Mr. Trujillo assured me that he would look through the footage, file a police report and keep me updated on the legal proceedings. He also told me he would reimburse me half the value of the bicycle. These were all reassuring things that I would expect from an upstanding business owner. Sadly, Mr. Trujillo hasn't followed through with any of these promises. I feel duped because I thought he would actually care that something like this would happen at a business he runs. As of today, I have heard nothing but empty promises from Mr. Trujillo. He hasn't followed up on sifting through the footage so I'm not able to pursue the thief. He hasn't notified me of any police report. He hasn't reimbursed me like he told me initially. I have repeatedly tried to call him, but now he won't answer my calls. I now realize he only told me these things to calm my nerves after the realization of being victimized, but it's clear that he never intended to follow through with any of them. What is really concerning is Mr. Trujillo's disclosure to me that the suspected thief had spent time working at the facility. This leads me to believe Mr. Trujillo and him could have had an amicable relationship and could potentially be protecting the thief by being uncooperative and uncommunicative with me. This is very disconcerting to me and I wanted to warn potential future customers to consider another storage facility that is run with security and integrity.

Do not leave your stuff here, don’t store anything that you care for here. They will break your lock and say someone broke in and they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. I have been a vendor at the Tucson Gem for 15+ years, I have been through different owners and not once did I have my lock broken and things removed from it. When it turned over to cube smart there personnel were never professional and never on premises. I am making this review because we were called and informed they someone had broken into our storage and they could not provide any information. The managers had no care or regard for the robbery and told us that masters keys are made very easily and couldn’t provide footage of the premises of when it was broken into. If you are a vendor of minerals do NOT store here because if they know you are from abroad they will break into your storage and tell you they have replaced the lock for you with one of there own. All in all they do inside jobs to people who are not close by
