I would have given 5 stars but I thought that people were encouraged to do their hobbies in the units. But I was wrong, I closed my door for a minute and within that minute the front desk lady came speeding up to come to a screeching stop in front of my door. She said that this was my "last warning." That I am not to hang out in my unit. I almost responded with.the fact that I didn't get a 1st or 2nd warning, but I thought better of it. All I wanted to do was switch my shirt because I had moved all day and wanted a clean one. This was my 1st day. Oh well.

After cleaning out my unit I found a ton of cockroaches, other insects, and mice droppings inside the unit and inside my belongings. Renting from them wasn’t in issue, as far as the process went. All of my things were accounted for and the staff was very pleasant.

Rueben at the Orange Grove location was efficient, professional and personable. Due to time constraints on the sale of my house, he made it a priority to help me save money and time. When I went to the Speedway/Country Club location to rent the moving truck, Able also was empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the move was successful. During my relocation travel to Tucson, Dakota , the manager of the CubeSmart location on Orange Grove Rd, in Tucson was a joy to work with durning every step of the process. From explaining all the details of the how everything works to staying in constant contact with me during my journey, he showed how to deliver over the top customer service. I was amazed at his helpfulness even on the day I unloaded my boxes from the moving van, he rode by in his golf cart to check on how things were proceeding. I explained that my helpers had not been able to assist me as planned so he sprang into action and helped me unload quite a large number of boxes and bins into the unit while offering great suggestions on how best to position my stuff to best fit into my CubeSmart unit. Really impressed with his level of commitment and service to his customers.

I had been unsuccessfully trying to find an "affordable" storage unit for my mother who is moving in with us. The two I was familiar with had no available 10X10 units and other nearby businesses were overcharging. I had driven by CS; then later found your facility on Sparefoot. I apologize for my lapse of memory but, I don't know the names of the lady and gentleman who assisted me at CS but, they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. The young lady came out to help me in the heat to show me how to use the door. She then oiled the tracks and added a second pull to make it easier for us. Both individuals possess excellent customer service skills.

We used two different Cube Smart locations. The one at Orange Grove and Thornydale was pretty nice. We moved to the far east side so tried to get one over there. That one at Speedway and Kolb we could not access unit if someone else was in theirs due to lack of width of the row and could not get out since gates were all locked. Had to back out. This didn't work well since you had to back out and turn in a very specific way. Another tenant showed us how. My mom could not do it and it was too far down the lane for her to walk. We looked at other units in the area and found A Family Storage at Camino Seco and Speedway. They have wide lanes, great access and they were half the price. Their security rules, policies and procedures far surpassed Cube Smart. They even live on site. So, for all these reasons we moved our items from OG to the AFS unit. If we had not moved we would have stayed at OG location. But we now have two units at AFS for the same price as one at CS at OG. And we can get in and out quite easily.

I live in the east my parents live in the west and I was the one in charge of moving some items. It was very hard to do with the pandemic. I didn't feel comfortable with the movers but I felt so much better with CubeSmart helping me out. They let me know when the movers got there, when they left and checked to make sure things were actually in the storage unit. Nicole and Christine went above and beyond their managerial duties. We had no issues at all with billing or anything during our time there but what puts it over the top to a “10” for me is that within a very short amount of time from my husband moving our things out of our unit, he received a call to make sure we had moved out rather than having been broken into or something because our lock was missing off the unit. We hadn’t even had time to contact them to let them know we had moved out yet! That tells me they are on top of things and paying attention to their customers security! Bravo!

They are way to expensive, for a 3x8 i was paying $45 a month and when i left they raised the prices to $49 The place I'm at now is $29 a month for a 5x5 Also they wouldn't let us use the dumpster for our trash, and the bathroom was locked at all times, and not accessable after the office closed. My new place we are able to use the restroom whenever as well as the dumpster too!! I won't rent from cube smart AGAIN

Great place . Close to the freeway and perfect for freshman year storage. I left an item and called them . They located it and held it at the front desk until I returned the next day to retrieve it!!

I had the most pleasant experience renting a storage in this facility. Tina and Nicole were both extremely helpful and accommodating when I realized my ID had expired. They also offered me water as it was upwards of 100 degrees that day. The whole process was super simple and fast. This is my first time renting a storage and I intend to continue choosing CubeSmart for my future storage needs. They really do excel in customer service.

Do not rent here! They don’t pro rate and I was one day late on moving and they made me pay a whole MONTH! The lady w the black suv is not helpful at all and VERY RUDE! They need to get rid of her!

The office girls are very nosey and will drive by in their stupid golf cart every 5 min. The on site manager wouldn't even acknowledge us when we got locked in for the night and we were the ones that got yelled at for trying to leave 4 min after closing.

The staff at CubeSmart Self Storage, 3680 W Orange Grove Rd, were very helpful right off the bat. I looked at many of Tucson's CubeSmart locations, comparing prices and available sizes online before reserving a unit. I called this location and was providced with answers to all my questions. The staff member said she would be watching for my reservation and call me to confirm. This was done in record time. When I made a visit there, I was taken to the unit and set up was quick and easy.

I recently suffered a loss in the family and Beth (manager)and Lera (co-worker) were extremely helpful and understanding to my situation. There were a couple of easy obstacles to overcome that they helped me with all the way, which also shows their dedication to represent their company's interest as well. Hard working, loyal employees are a dying breed today and they gave me faith and belief that there are still good people out there. We are military and move often. Many times we must down and upsize based on availability. During our 3 year stay here, we were in a downsize cycle and required temperature control facility for several of our keepsakes. The facility had great hours, was always clean, and the temperature in the facility maintained so that our items were not damaged in the 100+ Tucson summers.
