Recently my mother who is a retired from the Navy with service related disability was forced to leave her home abruptly. Evelyn was very thoughtful about location and ease of access for my mother. She went above and beyond to even accommodate a request which in my haste I missed out on and she made the paperwork and fixes without any extra effort required on my part. I would highly recommend Cubesmart - the Lampert location is great! Unit size, access hours, availability of units, cleanliness of property and safety, friendly and knowledgeable staff coupled with automation and online management for contracts makes this a no brainer choice.

Homeless people sleeping in empty units, also had a homeless person sleeping in a cardboard box outside my unit. Another person that had access to a unit had moved a lot of furniture and etc. completely blocking the road between units.

Rent increases of almost 30% over two years. Also had storage unit broken into they have no means of going over the videotape security was worthless. make certain you get serial numbers and photos of all your valuable tools or equipment..

I trusted this storage unit after touring several different facilities and eventually choosing this location for the pricing and the cube smart “values”. After 2 months of paying rent on a storage unit, all of my belongings were stolen. I was in contact with John, who had been the only person who is willing to help us. This facility does not have any cameras, they will not refund you for any damages or rent, and there was another robbery in the same month and there was no preventative measures made to make sure this won’t happen again. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR TRUST CUBE SMART WITH YOUR BELONGINGS !!!

This place is really expensive used to be I paid $100 a month been with this business for eight years and all of a sudden it went up to 135 dollars a month it's ridiculous since CubeSmart took over seems like every year it goes up used to be called store wise storage

Yvonne was a big help. She waited for us to arrive late in the day and showed us a good spot to park my truck and trailer. It took us an hour to cover both vehicles and Yvonne came out to check our progress several times. She also made the paperwork easy by completing it while we were outside. I have been a customer for over a month now November 2021. From the first day there have been issues with the keypad to entere the facilities. Frequently I had to wait for an employee to come to the office to manually open or reset the system. You cannot rely on the open hours to be sure you will get in. Also there is a nice infestation and have catches about 20 mice. I wouldn't recommend this place in any way.

So I've actually been to this place twice. First time they put a lock on my storage unit when I supposed to move into it and there was nobody in the office for the rest of the day. And the second time the gate wouldn't open and I was locked in the their yard for a little bit and nobody was in the office. Good times!!!

In October of 2019 a family member passed away, his belongings were stored here, I continued to pay for the units after we added additional items in November of 2019. I don’t live in AZ and had not been back to the units since November 2019. I noticed that one of the items, a very unusual one of a kind antique, that was in one of the units was for sale on Tucson’s FB Marketplace. I contacted the gentleman selling it and found out that the previous manager Mike, his friend Angela, and her bf Gary sold it to him. He told me that he went to StorWise and met them to look at it prior to purchase. The new manager of StorWise cut the locks off of my units on 1-13-2021. The units, that were completely full in November 2019, were almost completely empty with the exception of some family framed photos, items stolen from the StorWise office, and items that do not belong to me. I’m in the process of filing a police report. If anyone has any info or you’ve experienced the same thing please contact me.

The manager is top notch. I have had horrible experiences with Cubesmart, all is good, until, all goes bad. Don't trust the lying, two faced, corporate clowns that Cubesmart hires, because they can't tell the truth. It is a prerequisite that all Cubesmart employees must be compulsive liars and do everything in their power to screw you out of as much money and all of your material possessions so that they can share half a two day old turkey, the weekend before the Superbowl. The manager Michael goes way out of his way to do everything in his power to make sure that you are smiling from the day you store your prized possessions through the day that you acquire the extra room to set up your hobby room, sewing room, backyard mechanic shop, or your catering business. Whatever you need, he provides courteous service and shares his vast knowledge of the world of storing your prized possessions. I am so thankful that I finally found a nice, clean, safe, and quiet storage with an honest person with 30 years of experience to entrust with my things, while I am looking to acquire my new place of business. Thank you A Access storage. You truly are the best in the business and have my vote for best in the world. Kepp up the good work and God Bless Us All.

Michael the manager seems cool. There is some sketch activity here though. There was some people living in one of the units.. God Bless them...I know people need somewhere to live period. But these dudes looked "and i'm not judging, just observing" like gang bangers, in that neighborhood and by the colors and tats Bloods... I've been through the wringer in life myself and have acquaintances from all over the spectrum, country the world in fact, i'm just saying I hope they are just laying over until they get right and are on the upright Amen!

Rented a small unit for 6 months. There was clearly a leak or flood of some kind because one of my boxes was soaking wet and covered in mold (as were its contents). After moving and looking closer I discovered that almost all of my furniture was at least a little moldy. The rate is cheap-ish but I lost more in damages than I saved by choosing a cheap storage place. Would highly not recommend.

Wow! I loved my stay at this place (when loading/unloading boxes into storage). The manager is very friendly and helpful. He always lightened my day whenever I saw him and he always always always made sure I had enough water, even provided me with cold bottled water... What can I say? He treated me like family and I appreciate him a lot. If you're Active Duty, I highly suggest you check this location out!!!

I had a reservation for months at a different location for a truck rental. When I arrived, Budget had shut that location down without ANY notice! (Thanks Budget for the heads up!) Rachel at Budget (very nice) referred me to Lee at StorWise. He and his son gave us EXCEPTIONAL customer service, an amazing price, and couldn't have been friendlier. Budget was a disappointment, but Lee was my HERO of the day! Budget - if you're smart, you'll keep Lee around and treat him like gold. Maybe even get him an updated printer and computer.
