I had a perfect experience renting a storage unit in this CubeSmart location for about 8 months. The lot is easy to access, the storage units are clean and well maintained. The AC always works. Accessing with the keypad is easy and efficient. The staff is helpful and kind. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place.

We are having an excellent experience at this location. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. We think our unit is a great value for its spaciousness. Kim has been incredibly supportive, communicative, and friendly when getting us set up and answering any questions as they arise. Excellent customer service and highly recommend this location!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They are understaffed ann not available when you need them. And when you call the 800 number they state that the district manager will call you right back but that doesn’t happen because they are on PTO!!!! Completely disgusted with the customer service!!!!!

Prices go up quickly once they get you to move in and keep getting raised until you move out. Bad faith and no periods of locked in rates. Facility was convenient until they priced me out.

This place specifically this location, rocks! It is my first CubeSmart experience as a customer as I have always been with another company. The current manager is amazing with her customer service and knowing the business. the modern amenities with the app allowing hands free access thru both entrance and exit allow for stress free storage visits!

Overpriced, the fact that I did not have to take their additional insurance if I had coverage in my home owners policy, and poor follow up is what contributes to this review. They increased my rate (again!) when I asked about a rental concession.

My wife Kathleen checked out the CubeSmart on Overton last year after it opened & liked its proximity to home and its air-conditioned units but it was just too expensive. Fortunately, we returned this year and were greeted by the new manager Evelyn. She found us an even bigger unit for a much better price & we rented it immediately. Kathleen was so impressed by the facility's cleanliness, safety, easy access to the unit and handy carts, and especially, how well managed it was. We were able to get boxes and supplies right there in the office.

This Cubesmart is very nice, clean , and well maintained. Easy access in and out. I'm bad with remembering names but the young lady behind the counter was superb! She was very friendly and had a nice smile when i came in the door. She was very helpful with helping me pick out the size storage unit I needed, Even me showing me where my storage unit was located. I enjoy talking with her.

Never imagined wanting an inside storage unit. Evelyn convinced me to come check one out so she could show me all the advantages & cost savings. Oh my goodness... Soooo glad I listened! It was 111 degrees in my old storage unit yesterday, but my new Cubesmart unit was a nice cool 78 degrees. Being accessable until 10pm is another major bonus. Thanks Evelyn!!

I am very glad I chose CubeSmart for my new storage. It had so much to recommend it and has proved sterling in each area. First impression was the manager, Timothy, a friendly fellow with a knack for conversation and giving helpful information about the lockers, the renter’s rights, payments — really, anything concerning the business. He has helped me already, especially about moving in, showing me where to find the tools for an efficient move, such as the carts and dollies available. Timothy’s assistant, Shirley, shares many of Timothy’s attributes, is friendly and already helped me when I left my own dolly behind inside the gates. The premises are spotless, inside and out, with a spacious, modern office, and I came in recently, and Timothy was out front near Overton cleaning up weeds and the like around the entrance. My locker is easy to access, nicely air-conditioned (as is the whole interior), a necessity in a rough climate from April into the fall. Prices are reasonable and affordable, a plus these days.

I was very happy to move my belongings into this storage facility. 10X20 I would have so much more room. However not long after moving in, I was busy working when I suddenly realized it's late! I didn't have my phone so I had lost track of time. I was directly across from the sign out, open the gate box. I quickly ran to it and saw that it was 2 minutes past closing. As fast as I could I shoved things here and there. Grabbed my dog we got in the car drove the 25 feet to the box punched in my number, it said access not granted. It was now 7 minutes past. Due to my tardiness I was not granted access to the outside world. Because I had no phone, my dog and I were forced to spend the night in the storage. No food or water we left as soon as access was granted. I called the business. I was told it is only logical that I should be prepared to be off property 10 minutes prior to closing. Followed by a lecture. In closing the young man said in the future I should go to the manager on staff and tell them. I said thank you I will follow up with the manager. Such a shame too because I really liked the facility and the manager was very nice when I chose to rent there. I left my information so I could explain why I think it was not ok to hold me on property, but I never heard back.

Great location that is off the busy roads like Oracle but still close enough to access. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Able to access after hours, brand new storage units that are super clean! What a great location! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The new customer rates are competitive and the units are brand new. Its nice to have units in the area. And the fact that the gate hours are more accommodating for customers is huge! Finally a facility that you can access after your own buisness hours and one that has a restroom for customers to use too!
