They scam so many people I should have listened the manager crystal is so rude and will act like she cares at first and then after you get into the storage she doesn’t care for you at all !!! Raised my rent 40$ within a few months after I was promised that wouldn’t happen that soon and also messed up my entire account and my other storages and took a lot of money from me and doesn’t care to make anything right don’t risk it it’s just not worth the risk I had so many people telll me while I was there that they are getting scammed but I stayed because the affordability and as soon as your in a unit they charge you large amounts of money !! And don’t care if they make a mistake they don’t care to fix it :(

We are under a lot of stress. The young woman at the front made getting a storage unit easy and fast. She thoroughly explained everything. Her smile made me feel a little better. Their cat, Mr Fatz Fatz is soooo cute with his stubby tail. Beautiful black and white cat. The staff was great about checking the vehicle/trailer lot for security reasons. They contacted me when they noticed that my trailer had not been stored there in a few days. Needed a place to move mothers items out of an assisted living home for a while. This storage was only two miles for the home and had a truck to loan. Secure looking place with no time limit on length of stay. Only recommendation is to provide a ramp with the truck. Had a electric wheel chair to load and it was to heavy for my wife and I to handle. Ended up having to spend another $60 to get a U-Haul truck with a ramp to get the wheelchair to the storage unit. With a ramp it would of not been a problem.

I have been at this unit since October, about a month ago it rained and everything along this wall got soaked. I was told it would be fixed within the week. I went back a week AFTER it should have been fixed, and noticed I could still see holes in the roof. I tried to inform the extremely rude person, Alisha, that was at the office and she all but bit my head off. It has rained the last few days and this was my unit when I came by today. I have been trying to get this fixed for a total of a month. I am now moving my stuff out in the rain, in the middle of an insurance claim and waiting to speak with the district manager about a refund for the month of horror I've been experiencing. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The property is clean and in good repair. It is somewhat secure with security cameras and fence with limited to mostly day access. The price for rent here goes up regularly. You can just about say every quarter of the year you will get a $12 increase in rent. I have never tried other storage companies so I can't compare to any and I haven't had a problem here with the exception of increasing rent. *I have used several different CubeSmart locations and this rating is suitable for those as well.*

They lure you in with a low price and then start raising it every couple of months! Your rent will double within a year! Also, they force you to buy insurance from them, 11 dollars a month,without it they don't rent. The insurance literally covers nothing and it's just another way for them to make money. Their units are cheap, flimsy, and after even a month your stuff will be covered in dust and dirt.

I've had two EXCELLENT experiences with this location. The day I moved my items in, it was raining HARD. I was indecisive about which unit to choose and despite the weather, Javier took me out on the cart to view them firsthand. He was very thorough, efficient, he knew his product and was very friendly. The second was this past weekend. I called the day before to rent the truck to transport a few of my items. Krystal told me the truck was already reserved but called around and was able to get me one from another location. They both went over and above for me as the Customer and I cannot express how much both experiences were appreciated.

Drove from Oregon to Tucson and desperately needed an affordable storage unit. We spoke with Krystal who was friendly and very helpful in the process which was quick and painless. This was greatly appreciated since we had been driving for what seemed like forever! The area is clean and well maintained. I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are at this unit. 5 stars all the way!

The extended parking is a joke. Lines are atroshous. Like a drunk painted them. Pricey for what you get and it looks like a recycling plant with a few nice rigs.

Great storage place . Have had our things here for 3 years with no problems. We have an air conditioned unit which I recommend hughly. Your things don't melt from the heat and dirt doesn't get in them, so your things arnt all dusty and dirty.

Best location so far . Krystal was very helpful. I wasn't aware that cube smart offers a truck for your move and Krystal went above and beyond to extend it to me . Great customer service .

Krystal and Mike were awesome! Very nice and helpful. The customer service was great and I had no problems looking at units and picking one to rent. Krystal made the process quick and clear, she answered all my questions and when she wasn't available, Mike helped out amazingly

We were completely satisfied with the courteous and efficient service we received from Krystal at this Cube Smart. What was especially impressive is while we were unloading our truck at 11:30 a.m.(it was hot), a nice gentleman came to our storage cube and offered each of us a cool bottle of water. That's great customer service.....above and beyond. Thank you.

I called ahead to get a storage, I spoke with Krystal, she was fast and courteous. When I arrived they had a new employee help me with paperwork, he was very helpful, and when we were moving into the unit he even brought us cold water. What a great place to get a storage unit. Top notch!

SO SO SO BEYOND HELPFUL! I had the pleasure of working with a great gentleman named Steve and a wonderful woman Kristal over the course of two days. At the time, I'm working on very tigth schedule and VERY frazzled. Steve not only answered my questions over the phone once, but he took my calls about three other times day one as I called with after thoughts 're: price etc and even took the time to do follow calls re: one of my questions. And honestly sounded happier and nicer each time i talked to him! Which was SUCH a help it was really BEYOND words. Day two When it came to my attention that wouldn't have enough time to utilize the free moving truck and return it in time. I just explained that in would go and get a truck over the weekend from one of the if the companies in town (assuming Cubesmart wouldn't have one available over the weekend) Kristal made sure that I was able to get a truck and sent me home with a Dolly the so on can just start my move on Saturday morning(because I'm doing my move alone). I seriously needed the helpful kindness at the moment and they delivered. They went above and beyond, with smiles on their faces.

my move from one town to another was a nightmare. right up to the point I arrived at Cubesmart. Krystal was so helpful! the only thing about my move was my visit with Krystal. she was polite, caring, extremely helpful and really made the end of a very horrible day very right. as I walked in I received a phone call that one of the trucks with all my belongs broke down. I was almost in tears when Krystal said hello. from there my day instantly got better. with the delay the trucks were running late and were not going to make it to unload the first truck before gates closed. Krystal was kind enough to let us in with the late truck and I was able to get my stuff stored safely off truck one. Krystal was amazing. she went very far out of her way, above and beyond the call of duty, and put a bright spot in my nightmare of a move. her professional manner, kind words of understanding and caring were exactly what I needed to get through this nightmare of a move. Krystal thank you so much. we will only be using CubeSmart from now on for our storage needs thanks to you. I owe you my sanity today.

The company staff are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with Daria in reservations first and she found a space at the Pantano location for my travel trailer and a 5x10 unit to store my things, both with the first month rent free. Both are also discounted for the remainder of my stay with them. I had to pay $22 admin fee up front, which was fine; however, I was told I had to use a round lock for my unit and they supplied one at a cost of $17 which is at least $4 more than if I bought it elsewhere. I also had to pay $11 a month for insurance, both on the unit and on my travel trailer which I feel should be my choice, not a requirement. I was quoted $49 and ended up paying $60. What I found to be a good deal for the first month turned out to be more than I can afford for more than the first month.

We wanted a smaller storage unit close to home and did a bit of research before choosing Cube Storage on Pantano Road in Tucson. It has worked out really well and the staff has been great!!! We had no problem with Jay and knew Sandy from a previous encounter. We would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone interested.
