Had locker broken into with lock they provided me. Told me they could not do anything and the security cameras & gates are for the office’s protection. Not the storage units, they’re not responsible for any of my items even though they’re stored behind their gate using their locks. They also do not have any cameras by the units only by the office. One way in one way out yet they let plenty of my items get hauled out at once. (Unit was trashed, people were in there for a while )

My unit was vandalized and items stolen. On site security system inadequate and Cubesmart has no solution. Insurance being charged monthly did not provide any assistance to recover any costs. Go elsewhere for your storage needs.

I think it might be a rarity to find someone as nice a Kim, the manager at the 7070 E. Speedway location, in any job let alone interacting with the public at a storage unit. She was friendly and helpful and came up with a solution for our storage unit challenges that was beyond wonderful. I cannot state enough how caring, thoughtful and solution focused she was. I liked being able to set everything up online, that the type of unit I needed was available right away, and that access is allowed until much later in the evening than most other companies—I couldn’t take time off work to move stuff in so that evening access was critical.

I can’t really give this CubeMart Self Storage one star. I rented a small unit for 62.00 for 1 month. I needed 30 more days and John told me it’s going to be $162.00. I asked for a military discount because I’m a Vietnam Veteran and served in the USMC. He said no discount for you. I said are you serious and he said yes. This is way out of order, only my opinion. I will never rent here again, and don’t recommend anyone to rent here etc. Funny thing is I fought for this country, signed on the dotted line to protect us Americans, and have to deal with people like this. I hope someone reads this and have a discussion with John and explain to him the customer pays him his paycheck, and I helped to keep him safe from harms way. Jeff Scott, USMC service number 2495582.

As your prices for brand new customers was very reasonable, long term customers like myself was got increasingly higher monthly cost each year. First month was 99.00, I understood that was the move in rate for the first month. No worries, I paid after the frist month I think 125.00. Now fast foward 5 years that went up too 175.00 with the promise it wouldnt go up for two years. Now at the end of my rental which was 2020. Rental start in 2012 btw.... 200.00 per month. Had to say good bye, I will say for now the staff at my unit was friendly and helpfull 1000% of the time. But the prices were set my corporate so that lesses my over all rating of the unit.

This is the best storage facility I've ever dealt with. Nancy is the BEST!! She went above and beyond to help me at a time in my life I truly needed it. She's an angel. EXTREMELY UNETHICAL - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! The day my unit was auctioned, after the office had closed for the day, my unit was broken into and the buyer decided they no longer wanted it so CubeSmart held my unit for another month until the next auction when they put it up for sale again. But they told me none of this. By all rights the unit was still mine with them as lien holder when the buyer changed their mind. But THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT IT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO or that it hadn’t been sold and was being held for the next auction which was a month away. I got things back on track financially during that following month and could have saved my storage unit, could have saved every belonging of my son’s and everything that was left to me by my recently deceased father, including his ashes. If that weren’t bad enough, certain things are supposed to be left behind or returned by the buyers of auctioned units, things like photos, personal records and letters/cards from loved ones, things that are irreplaceable and of no value to anyone else. I didn’t get any of that stuff back. The buyer of my unit was someone they referred to as “a regular” and they REFUSED to contact him to inquire about returning those things.

Linda and Mitchell's knowledge and resources pertaining to having a storage unit, moving, and then finally move to new place was extremely helpful ! There are certain situations that arose during the time that I stored belongings there to when I had to move to another location with Cube Smart and just downsized and used them to store valuables , etc... they made the logistic very easy and were simply outstanding! The facilities are clean and very well taken care of! The manager, Nadine was professional and extremely helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions, and I really liked that she took me to the unit and let me look around a bit. She helped talk me through all of the administrative aspects of leasing and payment, and made me feel like I really knew what was going to happen. I would definitely use this facility again.

Nadine was really friendly and helpful. She remembered me when i returned and made me feel like she was happy i came back. Nice to find a customer service rep who is knowledgable and engaged in making sure my experience was positive and that i left with what exactly what i needed. The office and facility were clean and well kept. This is my first storage experience and i shopped 3 other places near by before choosing this location. I am definitely satisfied with my choice.

Extremely happy with the excellent service! Needed a storage area for a few months and stopped in to get some info and Nadine was great! She answered all my questions and was happy to take me out and show me a storage area so I could get an idea of the space. When it got close to needing the space Nadine was happy to reserve it over the phone so there would be no surprises on moving day like not having a space. Went in the next week to get the space and everything was easy to understand, took very little time and was great. Very happy with the experience, Nadine runs a great location, I can't say enough good things about her!

I am not a "new" CubeSmart customer, and when I was looking for another storage unit, this was the Only name I remembered. This is because of the Outstand work and service that they provided to me twice before. I will update my rating in a few months though. I am not moved in yet. The one in "Oh No" Valley, and the one on Tanque Verde were in great condition, and management was so outstanding, that I have nothing negative to say about any of my experiences. And, when it comes to "Luck", I am the one who normally has the Bad kind. This was by selection, and Luck had nothing to do with it. I'll keep you updated. The location is good. After it rained we had water in our unit. They were very willing to let us move our things into a different unit and gave us credit on our bill, which was nice. However, all the unit we were originally in needed was some weather stripping on the bottom of the door, but they said they don't do that. So, we had to move everything from one unit to one a few rows over which was a pain. You can tell the property is an older one, and needs some improvements for the money we are paying every month for it you would think they could afford it.
