This office does not answer their phone lines, does not respond to messages being left, or anything. You call the customer service line and you get sent to a voicemail, not only that when I was finally able to speak to a live person they disconnected the call. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service

The team that was there made the process of renting very easy to understand. I was able to complete registration online quickly and upload the required ID and stuff without any hassle. Once it came time to unpack and load my unit, the staff was able to help me figure out how to get in and out and use my access code. When I returned my loaner, they were super helpful at fixing an error I had made in my application, and let me know in plain English what my lease terms were. Great people and very clean units.

I rarely write reviews..however, I'm pleased to say from the time we entered the CubeSmart offices at 8361 E Broadway, Tucson, AZ we were glad we did. We required a space large enough to hold the contents of a full 32' sea container with an estimated delivery date. We were shown several 12x8x30 units and selected A17. We also were shown 10x15 units but decided to wait. The transaction was seamless, Cheri Aitken, the G.M. is sharp, knows her stuff, and drives a mean golf/customer cart. Mike, was also helpful and easy to work with. A good team.

Easy online process especially for someone older like me who works quite a bit. Response time was well within acceptable, my only complaint was that the complimentary moving truck was not available when I needed it but I happen to move right after graduation when many folks were moving and storing so not your guy's fault! Plenty of locations on every side of town, and the welcome kit was a nice jesture.

All of the employees here are great. 2 weeks ago I didn't properly lock my storage unit and I got a phone call within a 1/2 an hour of leaving telling me that my locker was open they placed a lock on my locker to make sure it was secure until I showed up to lock it. Today Mikey was great he stayed 5 minutes after closing time to receive my payment even know it was memorial day. I had only good experiences other than the price going up..

The employee there had an attitude with me when I was there a little late and had to ask to be let out due to the fact that their gate is set up backwards. Ie entry point marks exited granted and exit marks entry granted. Like this is our faults they have it messed up. Security is clearly not a concern at this location and I've asked for it to be fixed multiple times.

Oh my god! Beth is incredible! This place is awesome. I have to move my mother to Tucson as I want her closer to my second home instead of hundreds of miles away. So, while in Alaska, I ordered a Pod to take all of mother’s belongings from Michigan to Arizona. Beth has answered every call, returned every message, been friendly and so very helpful, offering to provide a lock, be there when the pod arrives and when it is unloaded. Neither my mother nor I will be able to be on site and Beth is there! I owe her so much. This 5* review is my feeble attempt at paying her back for EVERYTHING she has done for me and my mother. This place was fantastic. I was really in a hurry the day I had to put all my stuff in storage and they made it really easy and quick. Also great customer service, they really go all the way to make sure you have the best experience possible. The guy working with me even used his shirt to place on the golf cart seat so that I wouldn't burn myself since I had shorts on. Like I said, they're the full package. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that they're pretty far away from campus (not really their fault, but still a drawback for me). Definitely recommend though!

Killer customer service. Helped me out alot on moving in and out. They even helped me get some of my stuff. Can't believe how helpful these folks are. I'd reccomend anyone to move in here if you need storage.

So yesterday I was driving down Broadway and a dog got hit ,and killed I walked in to cube smart to ask if they had a box they could donate me so i could put the dog in the lady working said no considering the circumstances I found it very sad I then bought a box so i could put the dog in the lady working mentioned she had gone to vet school as well I couldn't imagine if I didn't have my bank card with me I would of panhandled to get the box my whole point of this is i couldn't believe a business couldnt simply help out and give me a box I paid $2.50 for the box I guess this company or employ working is pretty heart less you could say

I went to rent a unit on a windy, rainy day and was very surprised that the agent Chris came to greet me, at my car, with an opened umbrella. That is what I call "great customer service". Once inside I was offered a cup of coffee, tea or a water while being explained the ins and outs of their rental policies. Several times he asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed by this young man. Thanks to Chris for doing an awesome job in making me feel like I picked the right place to store my belongings.

Very clean, reasonably priced, and very friendly and helpful staff. Finally got a place big enough for all of my stuff, went there with a uhaul and realized that I had lost my keys to the storage. Talked to the manager and literally called a couple other cubesmart to find a grinder to get my lock off. She left immediately and returned with a grinder and got the lock off at no charge. If I need storage again I would definitely drive out of my way to use this storaget company again

We worked with Nancy and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and fun while we completed our transaction . Nice, clean waiting area with coffee and plenty of packing supplies if needed, quality locks at a reasonable price and you can pay in advance which was helpful for me. They offer online payments and no contract so you rent month to month. Property was clean and well maintained.

This facility is the best place for all storage needs. I have been here over a year and will continue to stay due to the ladies that work in the office are the best. And the property is very clean and welcoming. They treat you like a person not just a renter they will make sure that you are taken care of for you storage needs. You really can't ask for more from this location.

Nancy and Jacob are two folks who are well trained and professionally...'take care of business'. They solve storage problems all the time at their well-maintained storage location on East Broadway. And if they can't accommodate a situation...they helpfully steer you to another CubeSmart location which can...and will. The property is secure and clean. Coffee isn't bad either ! Can't go wrong...

AWEFUL, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Are ther any more descriptive terms I can use. The attendant tried to convince me that 2 roll-up doors in a 5x10' were standard doors. Two 30" doors means things like refirgerators, ranges, couches, big coffee tables, etc. CAN'T GO IN THE UNIT. I just double checked the site, they do not mention any of these details. If you want a 5' door, it $55/mo, not $39. And you MUST BUY their insurance, locks, and they charge for access. That totals $51. so there is not 1 month free, cause the fees are greater than the rental for the first month. If you want a 5x10unit go to 3955 E 29th St, and get the same unit for $18.75/mo for the first 3 months, and there is only a 1 time $22 administrative fee. After 3 months, its $36.75, cheaper than the "sale" price at this locationThey acdept your homeowners insurance and DON'T force the store policy on you. BAIT and SWITCH. Bad business owner!!
