One of the managers at the location, UB, was so kind That when I explained to him that I was going to assemble pallets for shipping in my storage and I was worried about the size of the doors, he took the time to go and measure the unit door, the main door and even the elevator to make sure that I was going to be able to move the pallets without a problem. He totally went that extra mile, and every time I see him around he is super nice, offering to help and making sure that everything is going well.
