From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Buzz. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. On day two I had an opportunity to meet Diane and she was great as well&#8230;very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was excellent! The Gales Ferry Connecticut CubeSmart team guided me through the process of leasing my unit with professionalism and patience. This team is detailed oriented and caring. After signing my paperwork and returning home to collect my items, I found the hand truck at the entrance door to my unit. My unit was also broken into TWICE. I&#8217;ve already recommended a few people to this particular cubesmart and to be honest I actually moved from the area across town in June but preferred to leave my items in storage here due to the cleanliness and customer service!
