Everything went smoothly from the truck rental to accessing the storage unit multiple times over the course of three days. The facility is immaculate and well run. I appreciate the assistance and the flexibility of everyone. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage space with great staff for your next move and transition. Thoroughly explaining the cost, insurance etc and also gave us a tour of the facility. Tiffany was the agent we worked with and she was courteous and professional. Besides the great staff, the facility was clean, climate controlled and easily accessible. I have never seen a storage unit run so well. I am impressed with the staff at Cube Smart — they are incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They reserved one size unit for my family by phone, but after assessing our truck when we arrived, helped us quickly downsize to a better fit. From initially meeting them and getting registered, to unpacking a very full truck, this was a 100% positive experience. I feel extremely confident about our belongings being stored in this facility. It is the safest, cleanest, well-maintained storage unit that I have ever seen.
