The building itself is meticulously cleaned and well cared for and the units are extremely secure. It’s the staff though, that really put this place over the top. From the day we first inquired about our unit, everyone in the office has made sure we were taken care of at all times. From the free moving truck for 4 hours, to opening doors and elevators, to making sure we got the dollies and door access we needed when moving out, these guys honestly have your best interest in mind.\u201d \u201cI definitely recommend them over other storage businesses in the area because of their prices and the following. Friendly staff and clean facilities.I looked at their facilities online but wanted to see the property for myself. I went up there yesterday and they gladly showed me several available sizes and I found what I needed. They have keypad entry at the gate and the doors to the buildings, automatic doors, freight elevators, 2 rolling carts that you can use to help move your stuff, automatic lights in halls, oh and music over a loud speaker.\u201d “I had to move abruptly from my old house. Cube Smart was ready and waiting for me to check in. They were triple staffed so my service was quick, efficient, and painless. I definitely recommend Cube Smart in Ontario.
