“Every step of the process, from selecting a storage facility to loading the space, was easy. I reserved the space online and was called the following day by a knowledgeable customer service rep as promised. The next day I went to the facility to pay my fee and sign papers and the process was straight-forward and Bob showed me the location of my rental space. I cancelled the free moving truck (I hired a company to move my stuff). The next day my movers had easy access to my space. All in all, the entire process could not have been more effortless for me.
