\n“I have had storage units with this facility several times over the past several years. I already had 2 units and temporarily needed a 3rd unit. Managers Jordan and Rachael were wonderful in working with me virtually to set up the 3rd unit so my friends could put some of my belongings in it – until I could put a hold on 1 larger unit. They called me as previously scheduled to put a hold on 1 larger unit. When I arrived in VA a few days later to move all items from the 3 units into 1 unit they had everything set up for me to do so. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS PROCESS AS SMOOTH AND AS EASY AS POSSIBLE!”
