“Boston Seaport Self Storage is the best storage facility in the Boston area! Clean and organized is an understatement. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable storage experience. They take security seriously, so you know your stuff is in good hands. Jay, the store manager, takes customer service to the next level. He shook my hand and opened the door for me when I arrived. He showed me the unit I was interested in and then recommended another size based on what I was going to store, which saved me money! He spends time going over the entire contract with you, and won’t hesitate to answer any questions you might have. If you go in enough he even remembers your name!
