“This place is fantastic! I would highly recommend. It is spotless and well maintained. The units and building overall was very clean- I felt confident that my belongings would be safe and secure. Brandon was extremely helpful in organizing an earlier move-in time. He was responsive and pleasant to work with as I secured a space for our move from New York. Highly recommend!”

“I had to get a storage unit that day. They closed at 6:00 pm, so I called and ask if they would wait an extra 5 minutes for me. They said no problem and waited for me. I was actually 15 minutes after closing time. Then I had made my reservation at the wrong store. When I went to the store my reservation was made I found out that they were not open the hours I needed. The manager of that store called the store I was at to begin with and told the manager I was going to go back. A good 45 minutes had passed after their closing but the manager waited and rented me the storage unit I needed. This was exceptional considering the day before the I had made a reservation at the storage etc. down the street. They told me that they stop renting there units at 530pm even though they are open till 6:00. They told me that I had to come back the next day. I not even going to talk about public storage. I just will say that they are dishonest and really have no concern for there customer. They are greedy and all you are there is money to make their executives have bigger houses, fancy cars, expensive vacations. I hope you will never have to find out the hard way that what I am saying is true. if you have your storage there find a place like cube smart and get out before its to late. Thank you cube smart on Lemon Creek in Walnut, you are tops with me. I am looking for a long relationship. MH”

“Bee Storage is a very clean and comfortable facility. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I was impressed with this storage facility. So much that I recommended them to a family member who is relocating to this area who has some storage needs. My family member has been satisfied with them as well thus far.”

“My husband and I recently moved from Virginia to Florida. I called Cube Smart Self Storage off of Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs Florida to inquire about your services and called in June, 2019 to start learning. I was greeted over the telephone by Richawn Cranor , the Manager, who was extremely helpful and professional. She answered my questions with plenty of empathy with our moving out of home after 30 years and offered several options tailored to our needs. We kept in contact through June and July, and when we arrived a few days ago, we stopped by her office to finalize our agreement. Richawn was thorough, well spoken, and caring. She walked us through the storage area to view our “Cube”. Your facility is immaculate, well maintained, and lighted perfectly. Our moving team will have no problem transferring our cargo safely to our Cube Smart Storage Unit. I highly recommend anyone thinking about Cube Smart to call Richawn Cranor.”
