If I could give this location 100 stars, I would! This is the first time I’ve ever used a storage unit, and before I went and got the unit I was really nervous about having my stuff in there. I was worried about bugs & rodents, and things like electronics breaking from the weather conditions. As soon as I got to this location and saw my unit, I was completely at ease with everything! It’s all indoors, and the building and the units are pristine! I was absolutely impressed by how nicely this place is run and how clean and safe it is, and all the units are climate controlled. I have zero worries about my belongings being in storage for the next year there. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Thanks, CubeSmart in Richmond Heights for making this move easy and stress-free for me!”

“Tiwauna Bounds was extremely helpful! I reserved a unit online and she called me within 5 minutes to confirm my reservation. When I began my search for a storage space, they did not have the size I needed available at the time; however, they wrote my information down and contacted me personally, as soon as one became available. When I came in to do the final paperwork, they informed me that another unit in an even more convenient location became available, and happily switched over the unit to what works even better for me and my storage needs. Katherine and Maria are a great team there, and they keep a clean tidy place!”
