While moving to Corona, I rented a unit at CubeSmart on Green River Road. I booked the unit online the night before; filled out all of the documentation online as well. It was relatively quick and very easy. The next morning, I stopped by, signed in and moved my stuff into the unit. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. They have carts and an elevator for use. It's been a great experience - I highly recommend them.

Management is unresponsive and constant gas leaks leading to closures constantly. They had been sending all my billing information to the wrong email and address and blamed me for giving it to them wrong when it was their staff that took it down when I began renting her. The employees on site were friendly. But corporate has Horrible management! They had a sewer leak that flooded the area with sewer smell, which penetrated and destroyed almost all of my items. Now I am having to fight and file claims with insurances and attorneys to recover what I have lost. All they had to do was communicate that there was a problem so that we could have the choice to remove our items before they are permanently destroyed. They chose not to do that.

Price rate hikes galore, was moving my boyfriend's stuff out for that very reason and ran into 4 more people there to do the same. I was going to rent a smaller unit to put my stuff in, but upon visiting, I told the lady at the desk "nevermind" her answer was "no problem, I'll just throw you away" probably a slip up because my name was written on a piece of paper, but thinking before speaking tells you volumes! Glad we got everything out and I am very glad we don't have to go there again.

Rate increased this month! No one ever available when I call during business hours. Being closed Sundays and early evenings during the week is a huge inconvenience. A lot of money is being spent for limited access. Not happy at all. In addition to being forced to pay a ridiculous fee for online payments as well as on the phone.

Theft Warning at CubeSmart Because I don't want anyone else to ho through what we went through. We looked for a secure and tempered controled location and choose Cubesmart because they we only open during their business hours and appeared to be very secure. They stated we needed to at least pay for the minimum insurance so we did exactly that in April 2022 and put our things in storage while we had our house built. Other that your bill is ready or your bill is paid emails, we received one email on 3/27/23 stating the hours were changing immediately and they'd no longer be open on Sundays. Because of the closed Sundays we took off work on Monday May 15th to take our belongings out of storage. got our 2 keys out for the two locks we purchased from Cubesmart walked in to find a y er llow lock on our locker with a tag that said auction. The kind girl in the office had no idea what had happened saying they haven't had a theft since January which was news to us and opened the locker for us to find a mess with over 11k in missing and damaged items. The woman there that day said made a call and found that we were part of the Jan 16th 2023 theft and many lockers were broken into adding that it was an inside job from someone that purchased a locker on line, came in after hours which we had no idea was an option but Cubesmart had changed their hours in July of 2022 without notifying us. They said they called us twice about the break in but blamed us for not taking action. we have no calls on our cell phone call log for that time period. What's the worst part is that we asked to at least credit us and they refused. They take zero responsibility and the manager was the rudest most unempathetic stone cold person I've had to deal with. The woman who help get us into our locker truly felt bad and said she was so sorry. I had to email the district manager and he emailed me back two days later sounding emphatic but said they called and refused to issue a credit. I emailed back asking for credit for January 2023 when the theft occurred to May 2023 when we closed the account and got no response. No service and No protection.

The headquarters did not know of the hours of the property. I asked multiple times if I would have access to the unit after office hour. The headquarters representative ensured me that I would. I did not have access after office hours and the after hours person I spoke to was extremely rude to me. I am extremely unhappy with cubesmart. The access gate is always broken so you have to wait for an on-site manager to be in the office to open it. Meaning you don't always have access to your stuff. Your own personal code will also not work about 90% of the time at the elevators and doors. It's been a pretty crummy experience. Oh, and the roof leaks. There are buckets all over the halls catching the rainwater. Not to mention the strong smell of methane gas that's always in the air. Dominic really is the best manager there. But the facility has a lot of shortcomings. Update: Dominic explained to me why the gate is only open during business hours. It's still an inconvenience but they are trying to make the facility more secure from terrible people who break the law.

The people at the front desk especially the female that was working on Friday afternoon really need to take Cust Serv classes. The girl that was working on Friday afternoon did not leave her chair and honestly was rude and unhelpful. The guy working Saturday around 1 pm felt the need to tell me his mother died a few days ago and was trying to compare me with him as far as how he was acting vs how I was acting. Save yourself the grief and the horror by avoiding CUBE SMART (Corona). I found my stuff here all STOLEN and GONE when I was about to check out . I called the office to inform them I was checking out and lo and behold all items were gone . As soon as they became aware I was in the process of moving out, they stole my items as they have no care what happens to me since I was leaving anyway (retaliation).So all this time, I was paying the rent for an empty cube (my monthly rent/s and belongings ). Paying them to steal my stuff. The managers have no accountability at all, just pointing to me that I probably took my stuff away myself. That's the type of response and help? you get from them. Why would I do that to myself and pay the ever increasing monthly rent for an empty cube? One of the managers admitted the alarms inside the units were not working for some time and no cameras inside ? Where's protection for you and your stuff? Alarms inside the units were not fixed so any one can just access your unit.There's no sign of forced entry so do you believe that there is no master key or lock picking and my stuff just disappear? Running a storage facility w/o safeguards for the belongings and the tenants themselves? The facility can DENY anything that happened to you or your cube as there's no recording or alarms. You can be out and unconscious and injured while inside the facility or your items are stolen and no recording made and alarms mysteriously not working. Mostly one person in the office to watch the whole facility so if you need help you're out on your own. Also, to access the gate and storage facility, any of the office personnel would know (if you ask)as it is your unit number and last 4 digits of your phone number . How fool proof can that be? One of the managers openly discussed to another person and tried to cover up and made up a false story denying the incident that occurred and that it was all settled. He even provided private and personal info (including name } of the victim of the crime . They would retaliate to anyone they don't like by throwing you out for no reason. Please be aware of the terrible and horrific yelp and google reviews from those robbed and victimized here and avoid being a victim yourself. It's violation of your privacy, unsafe conditions and tolerance of crime of theft of personal property and trample on your dignity as a human being.

Horrible place to rent they are constantly raising the rent and if you are one month late they auction off your belongings. Its a good product, but not good long term. Their prices increase every 6 months. By the time your ready to move, inflation already caught up to your unit and your stuck. So this is the most expensive retail price. The facilities are clean, units don't accumulate with dust, units are all in climate controlled area. You use them because your stuff won't be damaged while it's in stasis.

Warning. This location is compromised with criminal activity. To my knowledge there have been two break-ins into storage units in one month. My significant other at the location spoke to a renter of one of the units and said that his unit has been broken into twice in the last few months. It is obvious to me the management knows the weakness in the security of this location and would recommend not use this location until public notice is given on security updates and changes.

The Corona Greenriver facility needs a manager who is actually on-site and one who handles issues. The staffing of the facility is a big issue. The hours vary so much with the staff locking up for lunch at different times each day. It is common to see a "back at 1230" sign on the door. You go back and now it says back at "2pm". This occurred numerous times. The second is a lack of carts which is understandable but to have to go to office leave ID then return again is not convenient. The new security entry to the elevators while a good idea, is a horrible, cheaply made system. You have such a short time to enter the code and push the up button its ridiculous. Its not attached well so it moves as your inputing your code. Other renters and I would consistently laugh out of frustration at the situation. Finally the worst situation was when there were six or seven units broken into NO ONE notified the other renters to advise us to check our units. The suspect had picked the locks and re-locked the locks. So how would we know until we came to check? I had been at the facility over 18 years. Before Cubesmart. It is blocks away from my home. But due to these issues I chose to move to another facility. You definitely have an issue here and I have definitely shared and will continue to share my experiences with others.

My new storage place I love it temperatures good it's clean it has music going the only thing that I would say I dislike the most is the fact that I can't bring my dog up with me to unload or load or whatever I need to do inside my storagewhenever I needed to speak with management they're amazing unfortunately I've gotten locked in a few times and whenever I call customer care they are able to help me and give me a code to get out they're very patient and understanding the units are good priced and good sized so far I believe that this is my favorite storage Center and then it's all the way at the end of the Green River like it's it's just very private feel comfortable to go through your all your possessions and not to worry about anything at all

I have had a storage unit here since 2014 and had no problems until this year. In March, my unit was broken into and last night as well. I was reassured in March that the after hours were going to be discontinued making access to the units on the property during business hours. Obviously, that hasn't happened and it's disappointing. Managements excuse was that they were still waiting for corporate to make the decision on changing their access hour to only during business hours. Does it really take three months to make an important decision like this? Apparently, this is the fourth break in the last six months. We are definitely going to move to another storage place. I highly don't recommend renting a storage unit here.

The process for getting a unit was just as easy as the process to close it out. No hassle. The reason it was not 5 stars was the lax security, but given the area it was not a big issue. There was still some security, but for instance one code on the door leading to the units for some 50 units was concerning. There are locks that can be programmatically set with more than 100 codes. Just a thought for improvement.

So happy we chose CubeSmart! We were debating between a few different storage places, but CubeSmart had the best price and customer service! **ExtraStorage was super overpriced, and the customer service was horrible. The grounds are really well kept. The place seems secure. The climate controlled units are kept at a great temperature! The reservation lease process was a breeze! Highly recommended!!!

Cube smart is a new take on how you store your items. The place is well lit, clean and safe all the time. Storage units can be a bit creepy but this one isn’t at all!!! There’s automatic lights cameras and hip upbeat music always playing so don’t feel alone !! Also the entire staff is Amazing. They love what they do. I recently moved to Georgia and needed assistance closing out my storage Unit and Maria along with James went above and beyond to help me. They provided excellent customer service. And saved me a trip from Flying back to California to close the unit. I am extremely grateful and appreciative!! You’re the best Cube Smart!!

I recently transitioned from a townhome to a home in Corona and had a 2 week lapse of time where I needed to store my furniture. I am SO HAPPY I went with cubesmart to store my things, James and Amanda were so incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. Even though it was going to be a short term rental they made me feel like the most valued customer. They were always available and the storage unit itself was clean and very well kept. I literally didn’t step foot in my unit for 2 weeks and it was the exact same as I left it. Highly, highly recommend for your storage needs!

I had my storage at CubeSmart for 6 years. All my furniture was perfect and in mint condition after being in there for so long. The facility is clean and climate controlled. The best part the staff!! Thank you Amanda and Albert for making my move back to Utah a good experience. You charged my phone and gave my movers and myself water. It’s the little things that matter and make the difference!! Very disappointed in management about my storage unit being broken into supposedly there is more criminal activity going on here than management wants to admit, I had very expensive items stolen from my unit and then went to the front desk to inform management about the situation and was informed by an them to file a police report. So instead of management going above and beyond to better assist management stated “oh it’s 3 o’clock I have to leave” and left me with a brochure figure it out for my own! Lastly if this happens to you with a unit you have in there facility they will respond with the same generic lame response so don’t expect much for any results.

The truth is that if you need a storage space, then this location is in my opinion as good as it gets for places within a reasonable distance from the North Orange County area. It is just a few miles East of the Gypsum Canyon exit off the 91 freeway. I found that you will save money over the very high storage unit prices in Orange County. This location is clean and comfortable with good lighting, soft music, easy to use elevators and has a friendly and professional staff of employees. As long as they offer reasonable rates, this location is worth considering if you are shopping for storage space.

The staff here made my life so much harder. After my husband left the US on a job for a year i needed to downsize our apartment and get a storage space. Moving is hard enough but i only had 3days to do it if i wanted to save money. So my husband already had a unit with cubesmart (which also needed to be downsized ) and i told the manager that i wanted to do so before the next bill. Now i tried not to notice the way she was talking about me to her staff laughing at me and saying things under her breath. But only a day after i had gotten the new unit she was kicking me out!!!! And the reason she said was because i stayed late one night in order to get everything done (i was only 10min late) she was counting the time i was outside the gate getting everything locked down on the truck. And after that she was so rude to me as i struggled to get everything off her property in the few days she gave me to leave. I have never been treated this poorly by someone for reasons so petty. She asked me to write a review. Ha! So here it is...STAY AWAY FROM CUBESMART! TERRIBLE SERVICE! AND COMPLETE LACK OF COMPASSION FOR A MOTHER STRUGGLING TO MOVE BY HERSELF

We recently downsized and rented a 7 x 10 unit. We are impressed by this facility. It is temperature controlled and very easy to access via elevator (our unit is on the third floor). They provide several large carts that make transferring items to our unit quick and easy. The staff is friendly and helped us to decide the size unit that was the best fit for our needs. As for location, it is easy in and and easy out.

Convenient location right off 91 fwy, pretty much easy in & out. Very clean seems well kept. Even tho nice facility had 2 break-ins to my units Management did nothing to help except tell you file a police report. With all the cameras & security advertised they don’t share footage or info with tenants so how can tenants trust management? no help with break-ins they are hands off. I will not do business here again, they treat theft like just another day & have no answers regarding footage & activity within the facility, no empathy & poor service when tenants need it the most! Renter beware.
