Prices everywhere are rising. We wanted to upgrade our storage because 5x5 wasn't enough. We did some shopping around and found a competitor cheaper. We gave cubesmart the offer to come down to the price of their competitor to keep our business but they refused. IDK if the cube smart associate allowed his or her ego to take over but you aren't married to the company. Capitalism is capitalism and we gave you an opportunity. Oh well.

CubeSmart in Fallbrook is wonderful. I haven't had any issues with these guys except for the rates were a little out of my budget. Otherwise the facility always stays clean from the short amount of time I was there. The staff is amazing, the General Manager Annette is the perfect person to run this facility. We lost over $5000 in equipment off our fishing boat. Our trolling motor, fish finder, marine batteries, chargers and tools. This facility is not secure anyone can jump over the fence. We were also asked to move a vehicle from our 40ft space after they rented it to us knowing we would have a trailer and boat in the 40ft space. They fit without any problem and then after a year said it was not allowed. Extremely disappointed with our experience. Completely dissatisfied.

Very Poor Quality Units, not well maintained, Prices always going up, management no very responsive to complaints, front office people can be nice but always have to get "management approval" for everything they do for customer. Rat infested units near fields are full of droppings and urine. Rusty locks and bent doors make it hard to open, close and lock.

I went to the Fallbrook Cube Smart and no one was in the office to help me. I had already made reservations to obtain a unit and was there with the largest U-Haul truck...I was frantic and didn't know what to do...I called a number for Cube Smart that I found online. I ended up speaking with Dominic from your Vista store. And the gentleman walked through the whole process how to get into a storage unit without anyone being in the office. Which was wonderful because I'm not all that savay with phon s and online.. less than 1/2 hour I was into the gate and unloading my Uhaul !!!! Thank you so much Dominic ( from the Vista store).... I was in need of the storage unit due to a deployment I was leaving for. On deployment it almost felt like I had been taken advantage of because it didn’t take more than 3 months in for my rent to raise almost $100. Tried sending out an email for questions and received nothing back. If you plan on using a storage unit for a deployment make sure you have family or friends that can handle the situation while you are away to save yourself the headache.

Good service from the manager. Storage rates are ridiculously high. Also, because of the location, which is on the road leading to the Naval Weapons Station, adjacent to Camp Pendleton, therefore, subject to frequent traffic to and from Camp Pendleton. The access, itself is tight, and difficult to negotiate, even with no traffic, at all, if you are driving a U-Haul truck, or towing a trailer. I have had problems getting my Toyota Corolla in and out of there! Also, vision is blocked by vehicles from surrounding apartments are parked on the street, that curves to the right before the access driveway, obstructing the view, preventing even a right turn, on to the road, and you have to wait until some kindly individual, who will stop, and wave you on to the road. Most people, either don’t see you, at all, or had a particularly bad day at work, and are only focused on getting home, or somewhere that they can get a drink, as soon as possible. Maybe, storage is expensive, everywhere, but $325.00 per month, for a 10’ by 10’ unit is just too much money, bleeding from my checking account! So, now I will just have to live with the stuff, or give it away to someone who needs it. No hard feelings! The facility is clean, and satisfactorily secure. The current manager, whose name is Aspen is very sweet, efficient, and reliable! I give her 5 stars ??????????

I was there for over a year and the charges just kept going up monthly. I decided to change to another company so I put my 30 day notice in via email and spoke with someone over the phone letting them know I would not renew. I moved my stuff and they still charged me $207 which was my monthly rate. I spoke with someone the day I was charged and she said she would look into it. I called the next day and Aston was so rude about giving me my money back stating that Corporate is busy and that she doesnt know when I'll get refunded. I had to literally state the urgency and to prioritize my refund. I dont know they didnt close my account even after I moved my stuff out of the unit.

Supposed to have rented a 5 x 10 but turned out to be 4 x 8. When I asked why, they replied "All units are approximate size" which is understandable, however 5 x 10 (50sq ft) vs 4x8 (32sq ft). Thats 36% smaller than advertised. Would not recommend. I will be moving my stuff out after the first month is up.

Terrific staff. Clean. Good location near town. Safe storage facility conveniently located. The units do not have electricity in them but the prices are extremely competitive. Access is easy with most units accessible by driving right up to the front. Interior storage units cost less and the Halls to them are short so it may be the way to go if there storage unit is for long term storage

It's a very large inconvenience for someone who lives on a time crunch. Our family has had a storage unit at this CubeSmart for almost 1 1/2 years. The facility is immaculate and location is safe! Dominic & Aspen were both very personable and friendly. There has only been one time throughout my stay where I had a problem, but one call is all it took and they quickly remedied my concern. Lastly, when my boys moved our things from our storage unit because we're moving out-of-state, they forgot to stop by the office afterwards to finalize everything. When I called, Dominic had already checked out our unit and allowed me to finalize everything via email. This would have been an over 2 hour drive for me. This act of kindness was a huge blessing to me. I absolutely recommend this CubeSmart. You will not be disappointed! Judy :)

My rates have now increased a total of 115% in Five years… Since CubeSmart is a corporation, there is no way to reason with them, they do not care about individuals, only the bottom line of making more and more money for their shareholders…and there’s really no avenue to complain or publicize frustrations about them…except here I start storing my things at the Fallbrook, CA CubeSmart location on April 20, 2018… My opening monthly rate for a 10x20 unit was $212/month… On 10-20-2018 rate increased to $235/month On 10-20-2019 rate increased to $274/month On 10-20-2020 rate increased to $300/month On 10-20-2021 rate increased to $347/month On 10-20-2022 rate increased to $386/month And I was just notified that coming up on 10-20-2023 my rate increased to $456/month Each year they increased my rate a little bit, but in past two years it’s gone up $109, which is 50% increase over my original rate 5 years ago… And they’ve done nothing to keep up the place…I’m getting bugs and mice in my storage unit, had to recently kill some baby mice in a little nest in some clothing of mine that fell to the floor in the back…and the outside is getting pretty run down…all the rate increases are indicative of just pure greed. They know people like me do not want to keep moving their stuff, so they know that we’ll put up with small increases, but this is too much… In a little over 5 years, CubeSmart has increase my rates by 115% !!! Five years ago in 2018, I was paying $2544/year for a 10x20 storage at CubeSmart…as of 2023, my rates have increased to $5472/year!! Do not store valuables here I’m warning you. Went on a six month deployment, came back to missing two tv’s and two soundbars with subwoofers. They make you buy one of their locks. Of course there was no sign of someone breaking in, and of course they have a policy where they are not responsible for items”mysteriously dissapearing”. Paid basically 500 dollars to get robbed 600$ worth of electronics. Filed a complaint with the sheriffs department wouldn’t even show up because there was no signs of break in. Talked to the supposedly insurance company about filing a claim and basically was a dead end because they have the same policy about “mysteriously disappearing items” basically got robbed and there’s nothing I could do about it so I just gave up. I’m sure they have some way to get In your storage and look through your stuff if they know you are gonna be gone for a while.. if you want a safe place to store valuable things don’t take the chance and get a storage somewhere nicer don’t take the risk!

Called and spoke to Dominick. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Then later on met with him at the Fallbrook location. He was very helpful, showed me the place and he quickly got me what I needed. I recommend Dominick. Awesome customer service! Thank you!

oh yes if you want to store something somewhere and you want it to be safe that's the place to go believe me I had some of my stuff in there and actually I think I still have one of those yeah I'm sure I do but I just haven't went back but it is a good place to go and make sure all of your expensive stuff is taken care of

Can’t believe how easy and fast this whole process was. In no time I was set up with a storage locker, boat storage slot and Penske truck. Dominic our there in Fallbrook was finding excuses left and right to help me out. These guys are prompt, courteous, and is obviously always looking for more ways to improve customer satisfaction! The staff was great. Only issue was they have a sign outside that says first month free but when they tried to apply that promotion into the computer it wouldn't honor it. I really needed a space because I waited till the last minute for my move. So I had to take it.. All in all it worked out. Would have been way better if they would have honored their signs promotion of first month free tho. ????????

I have been a client of this storage facility for over a decade. I have found that the focus is toward the customer more so than the profit margin. I get a very safe and secure place to store my valuables. I get Super Service. I would call it bordering Epic due to Dom and his capas, that's capabilities! I really wouldn't consider any other place because they are at the top of the game! Oh and don't let me forget Aspen, she has the best personality! She's put up with me several times when I'm grumpy. She's also 6 months pregnant and still golden, smiling, happy and as always fantastic customer service!

Nice staff, storage unit was tall. The only hard part is that it's small and tight to make turns inside especially with uhaul/trucks.

One of the rare remaining business that the good old phrases like " Customer is always right" or "Our Customers are #1" still hold. Both Front and store managers Aspen and Dominic are always available to answer your questions and are super helpful. The place itself is safe and clean conveniently located in center of Fallbrook a small town which is surrounded by many major cities like Temecula, Oceanside and more. I highly recommend this store for its great location and extremely helpful personnel to anyone in need of storage in San Diego and Southern Riverside counties.

Cubesmart blatantly lies saying it's a law that you buy their insurance, and they don't bring it up until your movers are in their driveway ready to move you in and on the clock. Avoid this place. Brandon St Mini Storage is also in Fallbrook and honest.

This place is the best, this is my first time renting a storage and, I was very lucky to find CubeSmart, Aspen helped me with the process and in less than 10 minutes I had a place to put all my tools and, the best of all she gave me the first month free, thank you so much, I highly recommend this place.

I want to say how wonderful my experience is at CubeSmart of Fallbrook. I have been going through a rough time in my life and there is two women that work there they're both named Jennifer. Both of them are very kind and understanding patient and forgiving. I noticed that there was no judgment of the situation that I was in. The to Jennifer's are very warm and both are very funny. The facility is very clean and well-kept they must have good maintenance personnel as well. If you're looking to store in a nice clean environment with a nice friendly staff this is the place to go

Yes, they WOW'd us!!! Jennifer and Jennifer were both so nice and helpful!!! They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our storage set up. They referred us to movers to help us. So we told our son and he rented 2 storage units!!! I wish everyone in the service industry treated their customers like they treated us!!!

After a long hard move it was such a relief to have such a positive experience at CubeSmart. I arranged for a storage unit while we were still in Illinois and Jennifer was very efficient in helping me out and also arranging to drop off my rental truck and trailer. When I arrived Jennifer was very helpful in getting through the paperwork and getting squared away in my storage unit. The facilities at CubeSmart were nice, clean and accessible but what really set this experience apart was the excellent customer service
