I’m truly disappointed in the service to the fact that I cannot get into my gate to put my property in my security code didn’t work. I called the one 800 number they gave me an emergency passcode that did not work to get me entered and this is on a Saturday to wait on a Monday to get my property in display my movement and I have to play two days on my property that I didn’t want to.

Reserving the unit online was super easy as well as the check-in process. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The guy that checked me in was very nice and very thorough through the whole process. The unit itself was clean and had easy access. Everything was great.

I would not trust this place with any valuables. Our items in our storage unit were stolen and our lock replaced with a basic lock that they do not allow. They have specific types of locks they want people to use and ours was cut and replaced. Mind you the unit was paid for the month. Someone had also been using it to store random items. The missing items were a loved ones ashes which are irreplaceable, as well as a box of family photos which are irreplaceable as well, and some boxes with clothes and miscellaneous items was taken as well. They played dumb when confronted and said they would look into it but nothing ever came of it. We suspect it to an employee or owners of the facility who were taking our belongings little by little. If we were late for a payment something always came up missing. Please beware and be aware of the shady tactics employed. Edit: This was some time in December 2023 last year but I write this review so everyone can use my negative experience here to maybe save them from the unprofessional and predatory tactics used by the people who work and operate the business aka CubeSmart.

Love the extended hours, cheaper than other places in town and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I've had little interaction since I was able to conveniently do everything almost exclusively online, but I did have interaction with David and he was exceptional. Highly recommend this place.

The storage unit is gated, has cameras all around and is well lit. Customer service is great and always helpful 24/7. They made it easy to contact them and either make a reservation or cancel a unit. I was very pleased with their service and had no issues.

Good if you're planning to rent the unit for a few months. Been with them for 6 months and they raised my rent to $50 extra. Tried to negotiate for a lesser increase but the manager wasn't willing to work, after I told him I would like to stay there longer. Be careful on what you signed. They'll have these good pricing and promotions to reel you in and then later raised the rent without legit reasons. One person actually put in his review that his rent was increased to $100 and the manager did confirm that scenario with me. First impression is a big deal for me to determine if I want to support this company later in the future. Since I didn't have a good experience with this storage, I won't be using them, nor referring my friends and family to this company. The fact that when I first came on board, the unit that I wanted and reserved was given to someone else, even after the manager assured me that it was hold for me to move in. So that was a red flag already.

I have rented several storage over the years, this is the best storage for several reasons.... Security, quality built units, price, most important is the hours. They are accessable until 10:00 in the evening. I do construction so I often need to unload or load late. Thanks cubesmart. I'm a satisfied and committed customer.

I had a unit at this location a couple of years ago when I lived in Fresno. The woman who was working there was not attentive, she didn’t really care about you as a customer. I had just finished loading all of my stuff from the moving truck into the unit, it was just my daughter and I moving by ourselves, so we were very tired. My daughter had accidentally left her brand new guitar outside and we left not remembering until after they were closed. We went back the next morning right when they opened and the woman said that nobody returned a guitar, so that meant somebody stole it. I asked her if she could check the cameras and see who it was, she replied with no our cameras don’t work…..you have a storage unit with no working cameras? That makes sense. Either this woman stole the guitar herself, or the owner is cheap. Will never forget this moment. You can never fully trust storage units, especially if you are storing your personal belongings.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, SERVICE! Do Not go online and look up any information about sizes, prices ect..... Because nothing matches online to their word!! I asked for a 10X13 fpr 50$ a month plus 9$ insurance, the lady said yes its available and what a great price. She says someone will call me back with the info to Reserve the storage, hours go by and another lady calls me back to say we dont even have 10X13's and the price online is Wrong! Also the 10X13 was for another customer not publicly!! The storages are 99$. I ask you why have a website if your info on your own storages is wrong??? Why post them at 50$ when there 99$? For the record; I haven't had a storage unit here for almost a year and a half so I am posting this review for July 2016 to 2019 only!The gentleman who is generally in the office is far from gentle! He is rude, obnoxious and very unfriendly. Speaks this way when speaking to women only. Attitude adjustment needed! I have taken my business elsewhere.

Complete waste of my time went there on a Monday how do you use the kiosk nobody's there they sold me a lock that they did not even have that I could not even get in the gate . Then they told me it would take 30 to 60 days for the money to credit my account I ended up going somewhere else

Electric gate has no senor or anything to stop gate from closing on your vehicle. It hit my trailer. Stop on a hill, to open gate. My truck is a standard. Roll back as i try to enter gate.

Ive been with this storage place for 5 years. The previous manager was nicer and way more helpful. I have almost been bitten by a lose dog on the premises, stepped in dog poop cause its so dark at night and the manager does not clean up after her dogs, been locked out of my unit when my rent is paid, ignored by management and not allowed to speak with anyone else besides the manager about my concerns. She may be nice to some people but not everyone. Just make sure to stay on her good side or you will have issues. Not to mention every 3 months they raise the prices and require you to have renters insurance.
