Was just looking for a storage unit to get some holiday decorations out of the house and clear out some space. Found this solace near me so put in a reservation on a unit. The manager called me right away to ask if I wanted to view the unit and let me know they were closing soon. We went down about 39 min later and looked at a unit, leased it quickly and had a code and access to the gates shortly after. The manager wanted to keep the old locks on until we came back with our first load because she wanted to make sure the unit was swept clean. Customer service on site is very good and response is very quick. I will admit I haven’t had to deal with their call in number at all. So I cannot comment on remote support or customer service. I would recommend this place if you are looking for storage. They also sell boxes and packing stuff right there

OMG. IM 65 Years young and in my life I probably had 10 different storage units without a doubt CubeSmart is the best I've ever found I had just gotten a storage unit from someone else 3 days before I found CubeSmart so I went back and canceled it didn't even get my money back CubeSmart is that nice that good that clean drive right up to the door it's open until 10:00 the gate I did it all over the phone it was so easy everything they said was true there was nothing hidden this place is absolutely incredible the price that I got for a 10x10 was better than I could have got anywhere else for a 5x8 it's a miracle I still can't believe it you have to check cube smart out I promise you you will love it I'll never use another place ever I mean wow the staff is great friendly courteous helpful check it out you won't be sorry out of five stars I'll give them a ?? I have not ever been this happy with any other company I've ever used for anything it's amazing.

Lynn and Isabell (not sure if I have her name correct) are really the best! They are two of the most hard-working women I have seen in this business. They are always helping the customers on the phone or in their cart driving around and working and cleaning. They even changed my unit door spring within just a few minutes of me telling them I could not longer open my door. I was surprised the company didn't have to get a door person to come out they took it upon themselves to do it right there and then. They have an old-school attitude when it comes to work and since I am about the same age as they are, I get it and appreciate it. It's hard to find EXCELLENT customer service and helpful advice these days so you are lucky to have these two as part of your team.

We really enjoyed our experience with getting information and touring the place. I believe her name is Angela, and she went above and beyond for us, especially since we arrived a half hour before they were closing. She had a lot of knowledge and made the process not feel rushed. She did not hover and answered all our questions. Very kind and sweet. The complex is clean and beautiful. We also noticed security was thoroughly inspecting the parking lot on a golf cart. It really made us feel safe and that we would bring our family here to live.

Lynn has been very helpful and very accommodating in finding a unit that fits my needs. The property is well kept and the drive-up access makes it a no-brainer for me. I was a customer when the property was owned by Storage West but left after a few years. Now I'm back and there is definitely a lot of upgrades that Storage West did not offer including gate access with the CubeSmart app and extended hours to access the storage unit.

The staff is amazing especially the manager Lynn. Unfortunately cube smart is just money hungry. They raised my rent twice in one year the first time being only 2 months after I moved in. Felt like a bait and switch, honestly. I would have moved immediately after the first increase but fell ill to cancer and had no choice but to leave my belongings in there flr the time being. My second increase came at 11 months. They couldn't even give a full year before raising it again. I wish things were different because other than that and the narrow drive ways it was a decent storage. Never had any issues with rodents or anything.

this place is not recommended because they changed their rates constantly and the service is not very great. in fact the little old Spanish lady in the golf cart almost hit my car because she's zooming around the complex so fast and her golf cart. she almost hit my car with my kids in it and then had the nerve to act like it was my fault when she was not abiding to any type of traffic laws as if it was a race car playground. I didn't even have time to snap a photo of her because she was gone so fast.

Your facility manger, Izebell was extremely and spectacular compare to other facility. Izebell found me a place on the main stream of storage as close to gate, restroom, and front office. She made it easier for me to decide with Cube, as we visited many storage in Brea, Rowland Heights and La Habra as I am disabled. Price of storage did rise, but we moved to same size and easy for us. It's reason we stay there. If prices move up quickly then, we will go somewhere else for sure

So far I'm very pleased and impressed with this self storage facility. All of the units are drive up and it appears very clean. It seems very secure and has great drive in hours. The staff, Michelle and Lynn, were very nice -personable and helpful. Storage facilities are famous for increasing rents frequently and I don't know this location's policy, but they had no problem with me locking in my rate by paying for months ahead of time. When you do get the app working to open the gate with my cell phone this will be perfect!

Highly recommend. Unfortunately my mom fell on sime pretty hard times recently and could no longer pay for her unit. After it sold, the manager of this location contacted me since I was listed as my moms contact. She returned an item that she recognized had extreme sentimental value to our family; an urn. The person that bought the unit didn't need to give it to her, and the manager didn't need to call me, but she did. For that I will be eternally grateful. If there ever does come a time when I need to use their services they will be my first choice.

Changed company name and staff They did not make an effort to make this transition easy for the customer absolutely horrible reception they require the customer to make a new account instead of making a program that would copy data and convert it into their own company information took me 3 hours over the phone to make a payment and make the account

I got a really nice, small unit unit here. The staff are all really nice and helpful. If you have any storage needs (large or small, temporary or long term) I highly recommend them. And the use of the truck to help move-In was a Huge help! (Hopefully they will still have that available to help you out as well) I am so happy to be able to literally 'drive up' to my small storage and load/unload as needed, instead of having to unload from my car - put on a cart - then put a code to get into a huge building (if your unit is on a different floor, entering your code in again and use the elevator - then travel down hallways - unload the cart - go back to the car, and repeat, repeat... that's tiring. Thank you Storage West!

Clean Storage Units upon move in. Friendly Customer Service Workers. They don't bother you if you need some time to sort though your belongings. The only downfall I can say is the closing hours is a little early for me since I work until 5PM

They increased my rate within less than a year. I was then locked out with in a month of falling behind. I have continually asked for them to let me get items out to end the lease or to please just auction off and bill the difference yet they continue to charge me over six months later. Horrible-please end the lease.

I’ve been late on my rent a few times and they are always respectful they don’t go out of their way to be rude about it. Always helpful and the bathrooms are clean. The multiple storage units without proper numbering is because some of them have been converted to one unit. Thanks storage west in Fullerton I will miss you guys! Much Love??????????????????

This place has changed over the years. It was really nice awesome customer service before. These days the bathrooms are not 100% clean. It seems to be falling apart (literally) numerous storage doors without proper numbers. Their customer service needs improvements. The upside you could use their moving truck to move into your storage.
