This review is long overdue. Cubesmart Glendora was one of my more pleasurable experiences with self storage. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I liked how everything is digital and seamless. The facility is very secure and clean. I also appreciate it being temperature controlled. I had a great experience. I recommend this facility if you're looking for a painless self storage experience. They have very affordable rates, and make moving in and out very easy.

My family has rented here for a while, and I just recently got my own unit a few days ago. The process was so smooth! Esmeralda and John took the time to help me pick the ideal unit for me, explaining the promotions and waiting while I compared the options, never rushing me. They reserved it for me because I wasn't ready to move in that day. When I came back, John set everything up for me, even though it was before the love in date I picked. He was so accommodating and explained the whole process to me. He even helped me figure out the app on my phone and made sure everything was working properly before I left the office. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. If you need an affordable storage option in a clean space run by friendly people, this is the spot.

I initially had my mother rent at this storage place just because it was close to my house. We've stayed because the space is clean and well maintained, the value is great, and most importantly, the employees are fantastic! We're a bit of an odd situation in that it's my mothers stuff, but since I care for her I'm usually the one here. Both employees are polite and helpful, patient when I'm having a difficult day, and incredibly friendly. In fact, I'm about to rent a unit of my own to move from my own current storage place, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The on-site staff is very nice and very fair. Everything between 10x10 and 10 by 15 for a new unit has very good price. As well as anything below that. We'll see how things are as time goes on with rent prices but like all corporate places they might jack up the rent. I really like the fact that the place is climatized it makes things very nice. Haven't seen a single roach or a rat as the place is very clean.

I have recently moved to area from Rialto location and the manager John here is truly the best and walks you through everything! You can tell he is genuine and wants to make sure you like your unit and make sure you know your belongings are safe and helps you through every step of setting up your phone and shows you how nothing can be accessed without your phone which is also a comforting feeling for security purposes. He’s hands on and definitely is great at what he does! I’m grateful to have had such a great experience and I am glad I had chose this facility. It’s huge and I love it! The front desk person (Esme) was fantastic! She showed us around, answered all of our questions, was so patient, and made us comfortable to choose this storage over competitors. As for the actual storage situation: This is definitely the nicest self-storage I have used across the years. Nicely modeled and everything is SO CLEAN! Here are a few reasons why I chose this place: - Climate controlled: Store electronics safely - LOTS of cameras all over the premises (makes me feel safe) - LED lighting: None of that old outdated lighting that goes out quick and has hallways looking like a horror movie - Electronic access via an app: Great for safety because they always know when and who is coming in and out, and also convenient to not have to remember to bring your storage keys. - Bug spraying: I was notified that they have regular bug spray/pest control. This was a HUGE plus for me! - Elevator access and parking space: There are TWO elevators and plenty of carts to borrow and plenty of spaces to park. Easy access! Newer property = Less mechanical issues (like lighting, elevator working, AC working, etc.) and less likelihood of pests/rodents. THE BEST PART?!?!! ... PRICE! This was the most affordable storage unit in the area for the size I was looking for. I did a search across many storages and this was the best priced and just so happens to be the nicest looking one. 10/10 I would recommend!

Nice clean facility with air conditioning, friendly staff ,elevator is a plus, great rates on storage units, however I had two incidents where I was locked out. I punched in my code several times as instructed but was not able to get through the gate. Huge inconvenience, this is ridiculous. I was stuck waiting over an hour with a U haul truck on a week day morning waiting for staff to arrive. I was not able to get through the gate the evening before so I had to return in the morning and was very late to work.

the best storage facility and staff that I've ever had and I'm a pretty experienced with being a storage renter for the last 15 years I've had my personal items stored with Public Storage in AZ. But now I'm gonna make plans to move to this location! Stellar high tech security... only prob is that if I need to use their locked moving carts, you have to use it during their office hours because you have to leave your driver's license to use it and then return it back to get your driver's license when you're done...

He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He walked me down to my unit and showed me how to access everything including the push cart. CubeSmart in Glendora is the best place to rent a storage unit. The staff here is incredible and helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The facility is state of the art, clean, and the access to your stuff is easy to get in and out, everything is hands-free. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit from CubeSmart in Glendora.

New Clean Storage Facility, If Security is was your looking for this is the place. Bluetooth technology locking system or use a Cylinder lock is awesome, all done with a smartphone, if you don't have a smartphone you can still use access codes to store here, best of both worlds, cameras throughout the building & a live monitoring system you really feel safe even after office hours not to mention access hours is great as well 6am to 10pm.. overall if your looking for a clean, secure & friendly staff this is the place to store your things.
